Extra friendly and helpful staff. Beach front location, with great view. Well equipped bar area with books, table games and snooker. Eco friendly standards. Delicious breakfast buffet. Only improvements required are the jacuzzi cleanliness (too much hair), and the flies on breakfast area. Great overall, definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel was lovely. It was great how environmentally conscious they were with recycling bins in the bathroom. The restaurant doesn't allow bookings after 8:30 pm because they can't guarantee the tables, which rather defeats the purpose of the system, but otherwise, the stay was brilliant. The jacuzzi bath in the room was a treat!

Nossa experiência para um casal foi muito boa, apenas o hotel é distante de tudo, portanto as refeições obrigatóriamente será no restaurante do hotel. Café simples,mas muito bom. O restaurante é muito bom. Único ponto negativo é que para utilizar as piscinas ou jacuzzi é necessário touca, não diz nada nas informações, a recepção vende, mas acabamos achando caro e não compramos pra usar um único dia. Portanto o local ofece piscina,mas com está condição.

Foi uma óptima estadia em família. Ficámos bastante surpreendidos pelo hotel e condições. Tem piscina interior e exterior, jacuzzi exterior que soube lindamente, sauna e banho turco. Os quartos são óptimos, as camas bastante confortáveis. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom e variado e tem ainda uma zona cheia de brinquedos para crianças. O staff é bastante prestável e simpático. Massagens óptimas. Foi um excelente fim-de-semana e óptimo para repor energias. Vamos repetir com todo o gosto! E como foi dia da mulher, recebemos ainda uma flor e uma caixa com pastéis de feijão da região. Que miminho tão atencioso. Estão de parabéns!

We stayed in a loft room. The room is very cosy. We loved the view to both sides. The bathtub is a bonus. We enjoyed the outside pool area with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was great. The restaurant is delightful. A great location for our trip. We even got a little sweet treat after we checked out.

Nice view over the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great that you can use all the facilities without any extra cost (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, snooker, breakfast) Also some nice walks in the area, which were recommended by the staff.

The property was very clean. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi with the view of the beach and protected from the wind. Great restaurant food and view. Lovely indoor pool and spa. Both of us had lovely massages.

The view of the ocean with no impediments, falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves and nothing else was a dream. And the jacuzzi in the room was amazing. With the chilly weather we found we were able to enjoy it even in August!

The hotel was very relaxing with a sea view from the bed. The bed was large and comfortable and the room had a lovely large walk in shower. The spa facilities were lovely to use on a breezy or cooler day. I saw a reviewer state there is a charge for swimming cap etc .. there is but this is all in the information you receive beforehand and can bring your own items. If you forget you can purchase sandals at €10, swimming cap €5 and hire towel €1 and robe €2 - so it’s very reasonable. The breakfast was great, lots of options from fruit , yoghurt? Crepes, pastries, cereals, continental and cooked. We also ate the the restaurant in the evening and it was really great food. The staff were fabulous, helping with anything you need. There is a pretty nature reserve walk close by, the beach was clean and not crowded with lifeguards. All in all .. a fabulous place to relax and switch off.

The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and there was lots of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety. The location was excellent, steps from the beach and most of the good restaurants in Santa Cruz.

The location was great very close the restaurants and easy access to the beach. The breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit and good coffee. There was staff available 24 hours a day. Room was clean and the shower was nice and hot.

What an excellent stay! The room is what I would call a "standard" hotel room. It has a balcony which is nice, bed was comfortable, good pillows (for us, as we don't like them too big!). The included breakfast is basic but adequate, the staff (particularly the gentleman who checked us in) were wonderful. And to to it off there was an amazing drummer band parade on the street right outside our room - honestly the best surprise ever and we had the very best view of it imaginable!! What a highlight

-The perfect place for a couple (we went for our honeymoon) -Relaxing, fresh air -Perfect for going on a walk at night -close to Lisbon -good prices -there aren't souvenirs shops -the restaurants menus have a lot of pizzas and spaghetti

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are very good - helpful, accommodating, informed, with perfect English. The rooms are immaculate and perfectly designed, modern and spacious and very comfortable. We were staying in the smallest room type with the smallest balcony yet it still felt quite large - I can only imagine how wonderful the more expensive rooms must be. The room itself was perfectly constructed with every single detail in place and finished. Even the closet doors were high quality. The bathroom was large and perfectly laid out. The bed and linens were high quality and every comfortable. Everything in the room was perfect. The free breakfast is also truly 5-star, with a complete spread of any and all breakfast food you could desire - seriously, everything is provided. Also, having free high-speed wireless was so nice. The location is wonderfully secluded, but just a 10 minute drive to the small city Torres Vedres. Although it's just a small city it has everything you might need when out for the day - a few cute plazas, some nice restaurants, food shopping, and little street markets on the weekends. We spent a week staying here and would definitely do it again and recommend it to friends. Oh, it's also just a 20 minute (very circuitous) drive to some VERY lovely beaches. So, you can sun by the hotel's wonderful pools, or take a short drive to the beach for some sun. If you're looking for a lovely retreat away from the crowds in the city - stay here!

We had a nice stay. Newer and clean room with comfortable bed and a balcony with gorgeous views of the pool, the vineyard and golf course.(we booked a deluxe king room). The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Great breakfast. Only complaint is that the bathroom is a bit awkward. It has nice size shower and even a big bathtub, which left uncomfortably tight space for the sink and even so for the toilet. Also, during our stay there were a couple of large groups staying there causing some noise and delays in the restaurant. (unfortunately there are not many other options for dinner close by)

Just returned from a 1 week family holiday in August. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our interconnecting rooms were clean and furnished to a high standard with lovely views over the golf course. As others have previously said, the air conditioning keeps the room comfortable at night but it certainly isn't cold. The club house bar/restaurant was excellent for luchtime snacks, but we were not impressed with the buffet restaurant in the evening. The food was bland and barely warm so for this reason we ate out most nights at the excellent local restaurants. No tea available at breakfast either (unless you like peppermint or camomile). A car is essential because the hotel is in the countryside but the bonus is that there are many historic towns and vilages within one hour's drive to explore and of course Lisbon. We played 4 rounds of golf at the resort and can highly recommend the course. It was in great condition and a real test of skill. The hotel wouldn't need to change much for this to be a true 5* experience. Good value for money and would go back, but the hotel needs to develop an atmosphere and improve the quality of food served in the main restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Dolce Campo Real. Reception staff were very polite on booking in and my room was lovely. The bed was massive and so comfy. There was a separate bath and shower. The shower was really powerful and had a separate detachable head. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. I also took advantage of the spa facilities which were amazing and very relaxing. Body massage was perfect. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. I didn’t try the golfing facilities. If you want to see Portugal you will need to hire a car as it is not serviced by public transport.

The property itself was lovely, very quiet and secluded which was exactly what I needed. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and cafe. Nice and safe place to wander around. The staff were lovely, helpful and on hand if you called them. The gym was small but good for weight training, some machines didn’t work but if you’re happy with free weights then lovely to train with a nice view. The area was kept nice, lovely pool, plenty of Sun-loungers, and clean, spacious apartment. Nice area to relax, read and admire the views. Sunsets were stunning!

The location is perfect, but not easy to walk to the beach with kids, too dangerous to access. But driving to the nearest beach is easy. Staff is friendly and the apartment was great.

Beautiful facilities and super comfortable apartments. We only stayed for a night but I wish we stayed longer. Staff extremely friendly and provided us with a beautiful breakfast basket.

Excellent breakfast with delicious breads and other baked goods, fresh fruit and fruit juices, excellent scrambled eggs constantly being replenished. The pool was lovely and refreshing after our long drive, and the view of the orchards and grapevines from our room was so pretty. Beautiful modern bathroom with great shower.

Great place with amazing view in the morning. Parking space, the room was spacious clean and warm. Super close to the town center, it was easy to get ubers there.

It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The bed is amazing and the apartment has everything you need. It is quiet at night and it’s just a 15 minute walk to the city center. You’re close to praia do sul. The view is out of this world if you love sunsets and the ocean, but who doesn’t?! The owner Rui is an amazing and welcoming host. He’s very helpful and has a lot of fun tips (restaurants, activities etc.) A must stay if you want to visit Ericeira.

Rui, our host, is very courteous and helpful, explaining all the features and facilities available within the apartment and complex. He also gave recommendations for local restaurants and bakery Clean, bright and spacious apartment with secure underground car parking with lift & stair access. There is a balcony with views to the ocean from the large living dining area. Home from home with all appliances including microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher washing machine and clothes horse for drying clothes on the small balcony of the kitchen provided. When the doors are open from either balcony you can hear the crashing surf. Highly recommend staying at the Ericeira Sunset Apartment, which is close to the beach and boardwalk to the town centre

Great place and very sociable owner with a good sense of humor. The apartment is beautiful, it has a spacious balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the city. You can admire the sunsets for hours. Inside there is everything you might need, the bed and sofa in the living room are comfortable, no problems with hot water or wi-fi. There is a parking under the building and you get a personal place for your car, it's very convenient. Ericeira is a 30-minute walk from the house, along the beautiful ocean. It was easy to visit Sintra, Lisbon, Cascais from here, but at the same time we lived in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Rui, for your hospitality!

I definitely recommend, and really want to back again, and more than 2 nights to enjoy again this beautiful view and ocean breeze.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The two balconies were perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. We also appreciated the underground parking space. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, which is also very beautiful. The host was very accommodating, explained everything upon our arrival, and was always available with great tips throughout our stay. He was very friendly and attentive. We loved staying in the apartment and want to express our sincere thanks.
