I’ve choose the hotel based upon the location, near Airbus and Atr centers and from there we started a collaboration for my company based upon our impressions as the first to stay there. We were extremely surprised of how attentive the staff is, they deliver excellence and would strive for the guest to be happy. I would like to give a special thank you to Jean Michelle, he is the most kind and helpful person we always goes beyond expectations. Always there with good advice, cheerful mood and ready to help. He was driving us to the Atr training center and always helping with anything you need around the hotel. The hotel will give you slippers upon request. Small bottle of water in the room, coffee and tea. Breakfast amazing compared to other hotels in France. You can order eggs as you prefer them, omelette, fried and with any toppings you want. At breakfast you will find Nerve, an amazing person that will assist you and recommend the best choices. Extremely helpful and treating the guest better than in any 5 star hotel. The rooms outdated but good value for money considering all factors. Thank you amazing people for making me feel welcomed and appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent! The layout of the food and a great selection of different fresh hot coffee ☕ and other hot drinks! The servers were great and housekeeping was excellent! My room was always very clean and very well maintained! Thank you housekeeping for making me feel very comfortable and special and for always keeping my room very clean and maintained I appreciate everything that you did for me when I stayed at Marriott CourtYard!

We were about to start a cycling trip in the French Pyrenees. We selected this hotel because it was near the airport and we were flying into Toulouse from the US. The hotel was perfect for our needs. There were many other cyclists in the hotel that were either beginning or ending their cycling trips. They were great about communicating in advance of our trip by email and telephone with respect to arranging a shuttle from the airport that would accommodate our bikes. They offer free shuttle services to and from the airport which was exactly what we needed after our long flight from the US. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating and our room was very comfortable and clean. The only reason it is not 5 stars across the board is because of the local area. It is an airport hotel after all. You will not be in walking distance to much and I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel if you are there to visit Toulouse for any duration as you are a distance from the center of the city. The hotel was perfect for our needs on this trip and I would stay there again and recommend it to others. They have the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced. Truly.

This was a perfect space to chill on the outskirts of the city, yet still close to reach the Centre. The staff are amazingly helpful, food was great and especially the breakfast buffet. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean and added bonus having a refrigerator! We booked a family room and ended up with 2 rooms with a connecting door, super spacious.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport, my luggage was lost and I wasn't really sure how to find the hotel. Was truly exhausted from the flight details I experienced the previous day and night. It was a gift to find out that there was FREE shuttle service. I had a car rental, but had never driven in Toulouse before. So, I went to the hotel via shuttle. Realized how big the city really is and that driving on a Friday night in traffic would have been a nightmare. All staff were over the top generous with their time in getting me settled. The room was comfortable. Everything worked. Just an average room, but large with a comfortable bed. Shower had good water pressure. Meals in the restaurant were below average in my opinion. The hotel needs to look at their menu and possibly hire a new chef. I definitely expected better. For example, something as simple as a latte was machine made and not very good. Location was perfect with convenient local transportation available. Easier to navigate the public transport in Toulouse than driving a car! The freeway system is complex for someone not use to driving. Finally, I asked about the massage option at the hotel. Was surprised to have someone come to my room AND she was AMAZING! I highly recommend the massage. Seriously one of the best I've had. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I would stay there again.

Le Grand Balcon is an excellent hotel; we loved it! The hotel is currently being renovated which is being done in such a discreet manner that we hardly noticed. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped & clean. Complimentary snacks & drinks had been set out alongside a handwritten note in English welcoming us to the hotel & providing useful information which was a lovely touch & most unusual these days. The location is great, right in centre of Toulouse but the soundproofing was first class and we were not disturbed by external noise.Hotel staff spoke perfect English and were all extremely pleasant and helpful from recommending restaurants to booking taxis. Breakfast was also very good. We felt that this hotel really valued our custom which is a rare thing in our experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was just an overnight day after returning from my vacation. It is located less than 5 mins from Metro and in the center of Toulouse. The updated and renovated rooms are spacious (certainly by European standards) Modern fixtures including free standing tub and separate shower. Quality amenities provided in room. Staff were friendly and helpful and Lucy at reception even prepared recommendations on restaurants and sites to explore between checking in an departing for dinner - Look forward to returning for a more extensive stay in Toulouse.

I only stayed for one night so probably didn’t make the most of my visit but the location was absolutely perfect for central Toulouse. I found the staff extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. On testing my terrible language skills, I was replied to in French to ask whether I prefer they talk to me in French or in English. A lovely touch rather than automatically replying in English - especially if someone is trying their best to learn. The room was modern and clean and the hotel staff were all really friendly when crossing paths on the corridor. There was a lot to like about the hotel but I felt that the staff really made the difference. I’m just disappointed I didn’t take names to shine a light on them in my feedback. I will 100% stay again when I’m next in Toulouse.

I travelled to Toulouse and Le Grand Balcon Hotel with my adult son. I asked for two rooms next to one another, which the hotel was able to accommodate. Both rooms were clean, well decorated, and comfortable. I had the corner suite, which was spacious and had a fantastic view of the square. The ability to open the doors to the Juliet balconies was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely up to date. The staff were all very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and hope to do so again in the future with my husband.

A beautiful hotel right next to the Place du Capitol. Our room was really lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot and cold food. The staff at reception and at the breakfast room were all very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Toulouse.

We had a wonderful stay at Appart Hôtel Clément Ader, right in the heart of vibrant and family-friendly Toulouse. The location is excellent — all major sights are within walking distance, even with young children. There are plenty of shops nearby, and a supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. Despite being in the middle of the city, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet and peaceful — something we really appreciated after a busy day in town. The hotel offers its own underground parking garage, which, by city standards, is just spacious enough to park comfortably. After a long day exploring the city, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. For our kids, it quickly became the highlight of each day. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, including a small kitchen. The children slept on a large sofa bed, while we had a separate bedroom with comfortable beds. One minor downside was the shower in the bathtub — at 1.85 meters tall, I couldn't stand upright underneath it. Breakfast included all the standard items you'd expect, but given the relatively high price, we found it a bit expensive for what was offered. A small suggestion for improvement: adding some bacon to the selection would be a welcome touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and the city. We can warmly recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxed and central stay in Toulouse!

We were lucky enough to find this modern hotel in an unbelievable location for our first visit to Toulouse. It offers excellent access as it an easy 7-8 min walk from the train station and 10-15 mins by foot to the historic center with many of the tourist attractions. Our room was a queen bed in a studio with a large modern bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had fresh towels and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was adequate for simple food preparation. We opted out of the breakfast and there are grocery stores and bakeries just across the street. However the breakfast buffet looked plentiful and varied as we walked through the lobby. Again, the location is fantastic as there are so many options for bars and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is full of options within 5 mins or the historic center has many places also. We wanted to recognize all if the staff. Check in was pleasant and very easy. All of the staff was extremely polite and courteous. No question or request went unanswered. Particularly we would like to recognize Maryam. She facilitated a later check out for us and went above and beyond when i needed some extra coffee! She acted very professionally. We are so glad we discovered this hotel and look forward to a return visit.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with limited off-street parking (so book a parking space well in advance of your arrival). Our apartment was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. It didn’t have a sofa but had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Modern clean bathroom. Very helpful reception staff.

I stayed for 1 night on 2 separate occasions and slept wonderfully both times as I was very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient to get to from the airport, and the hotel was in an area with lots of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed using the gym and would have liked to use the other wellness facilities if I had more time. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Mustafa was extremely helpful when I checked in as he recommended places to visit and eat in the short amount of time I had, and gave me a very useful map to take.

Our whole experience at Clement Ader was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the apparent was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect for enjoying Toulouse. We will be returning and would not consider going anywhere else. Thank you everyone.

The staff were professional while also kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags and check in early. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very well located and about a 20-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the lobby/bar/ breakfast area is nicely decorated and welcoming. I appreciated the coffee and water available at all times in the lobby.

Comfortable room, restful, quiet, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff, memorable view of the Centre Capitol, and ultra-convenient central location. We would return and highly recommended!

Friendliest welcome! We were upgraded to a room with a fabulous view over the Capitol Square. Excellent soundproofing so no traffic noise and what a wonderful spot for people watching. Very comfy bed, walk in shower. No bottled water in the room, but cold filtered water in the lobby, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast, included as part of the tariff, was extremely good. Variety of fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheese, breads, pastries, cakes and jams. As well as hot food—scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. And two light-filled courtyards to sit in. But almost the best part for us was the ever helpful reception staff—with a special thank you to Clement, Nicolas and the amazing, smiling, multitasking Marie! Service that matches its enviable location makes this a great place to stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location in the centre capitole, a lovely square with bars and restaurants. Easy to explore Toulouse. The hotel exceeded our expectations for an Ibis Styles. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of options. We enjoyed the pretty courtyard garden area, having a drink in the evening before going for dinner.

Everything!! This is a gem of a hotel! Staff so friendly and helpful, fantastic location , the room was so quiet and clean and such a comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious, great value for money. The hotel has a beautiful calm vibe with a lovely courtyard. If only more hotels were like this!!!

We had a lovely stay! We travelled as a couple. The hotel is at a great location between the train station and the centre of Toulouse. The Capitol is within 10 min walking distance. 15 to 20 min to the river. Fantastic bed and a choice of 2 types of pillows. Modern interiors. Very clean. The room was very light and airy facing the front of the hotel. The only downside of the room we stayed was the small bathroom. The space between the toilet and the wall was tight. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, tiwels and bathrobes. Very good European breakfast (small selection of bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, croissant, cake etc). Orders of cooked eggs taken and served during breakfast. Staff is professional, cheerful and pleasant. Pape and all staff are amazing! We asked them if they could serve our breakfast in the room for my husband's birthday. They came with a tray full of what we pre-ordered the night before. They served my husband a chocolate cupcake with a candle on it. They even sang happy birthday to him. We would definitely go back!

Lovely, newly renovated hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Walkable to the sights of the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Pleasant front desk and breakfast room staff was welcoming. It was truly a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was welcoming , especially Christophe, he helped so much and thank you for making Toulouse like home! Their service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member was professional and attentive, addressing all my needs promptly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. recommend it!

Modern and clean, with lovely bar/reception area. Chilled water available and also filtered water to refill your water bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kind to us who did not speak much French. Great location! Walkable to Capitole and Victor Hugo marché as well As dozens of restaurants and pubs and shops. Bus to airport stops right in front of hotel- super easy!

Convenient location for Toulouse especially if travelling by train. Loved the quirky decoration of the hotel, both in the individual rooms and the bar / lounge area. The host was very welcoming and we were happily upgraded to a front facing room, everything was spotless clean and the large double bed super comfy. It was a busy Friday night in Toulouse and the hotel felt an oasis of calm. We walked everywhere but the metro was close by if needed.

This is a very pleasant hotel close to Toulouse Airport. They offer a shuttle service to the hotel which operates until 23h30. Comfortable bed with a choice of soft or hard pillows. Good shower. Excellent breakfast provided with a good choice of cold and hot dishes, good coffee. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel as a convenient stopover or if you have an early flight to catch.

Stayed here overnight in preparation for an early morning flight out of Toulouse, after a 3 week holiday. Reception was helpful, friendly and assisted with information regarding a shuttle in the morning to the airport. Rooms were clean, well lit, and had everything required for a short stay. Breakfast was great, started at 0600 which enabled morning breakfast before the shuttle service to the airport. A selection of cold meats, breads, fruit juices as well as a buffet selection of hot dishes, of bacon eggs and sausages. Overall a great stay, will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Great place for a stopover for the airport. Free shuttle to collect you and take you to the airport. Mini bus holds 8 people so book your return at the desk soonest. They go every 30 mins. Shuttle driver friendly. Front desk staff multi lingual. Professional and friendly. Room modern and well laid out. Breakfast (Free) had a good selection. Small breakfast area but you can go outside if the weather is good. Swimming pool reasonable size. Open 10.00 til 20.00.

Convenient location to airport plenty of choices for food nearby . Accommodation was Comfortable clean well equipped and quiet . Staff were very helpful and professional from Check in to booking the shuttle bus to the airport

As we booked the day before after 6pm, we had the Superior studio for the same price as the Standard studio. The apartment was really nice, clean, large and confortable. The bed was wide and comfortable too. We appreciated the kitchen and the terrace. Breakfast was good and complete. The staff were really kind and helpful. The gave us good advice about accessing the city center on underground and places to visit. There are good restaurants on the area.

Very helpful and communicative staff everywhere I went. Breakfast was continental but with an outstanding selection of eggs, bacon, sliced meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, baked goods, coffee, tea, juice...dining area was always clean and ready. Room was spacious, clean, and everything worked. Housekeeping was also great. Great stay for 8 nights.

Clean apartment and lovely hotel. Very well located and maintained. We had some free coffee and teas in the room. The design is great and staff is a gem. Quiet place with lots of activities and great restaurants nearby, by 5 min walk.

I particularly liked the friendliness and warmth of the staff. They courteous, helpful and always had a smile. The room was very clean and well set up. The small kitchenette was very handy. There were nice indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The parking was spacious and on site. There is a bus directly outside the hotel which goes to the subway for Toulouse city. For anyone visiting Toulouse by car this is a great option.

The hotel was in a perfect location - central to shops, restaurants and tourist sights, yet remained quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff were very helpful , friendly and professional. The breakfasts were delicious, great variety of fresh pastries, cooked eggs and bacon, fruit etc and hot and cold drinks. My friend and I had a Classic bedroom each - easily accessed by lift or stairs. Air con, room service, good bathroom with excellent shower, comfy bed etc. No noise from the hotel's outdoor restaurant or street sounds.

Villa du Taur is an amazing place to stay and very convenient as it is located only minutes away from central square of the city. Service is exceptional, very friendly staff and enjoyed every minute of my staying there! I absolutely adored the interior of the room, super comfortable and clean. An excellent choice in a very romantic city.

This is a lovely, stylish but non-pretentious hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean and modern, very comfortable with a lovely shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Clara was very helpful when we checked in.

Comfortable, clean quiet room in town centre. Step out into city on a quiet street....just a 10 minutes stroll to the central square....where we enjoyed breakfast sitting outside as the sun rose. Ideal location. We enjoyed a beautifully presented evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Good value, centrally located hotel. We would readily stay here again.

This humble apart/hotel is quite amazing! We started and ended our time in France here, for a total of four nights in Toulouse. With its clean and spacious apts, wonderful service, and comfortable breakfast room (with a 24 hr coffee/tea available), it was the perfect base for our return visit to this amazing city! The location could not be better, what within walking distance to the train station, a bus stop in front of the main door, and the pathway along the Canal du Midi a block away! Highly recommended!!!!

Central hotel convenient for metro, shops and restaurants.Also lovely walk along the canal from just up the road which we didn't explore until the day we were leaving. Very clean apartment with well stocked mini kitchen, containing large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, hob and lots of plates, glasses and utensils. Extremely comfortable bed and room quiet. Hotel was undergoing refurbishment so scaffolding outside our balcony but no issue at all. Staff very helpful, couldn't fault it. Great value for money. Plenty of places to eat out and /or buy food. Other than cereal, ate out each day.

Perfect position, 15 minutes walking to the city centre and close to two metro stations and Train station. Beautiful large apartment, lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the city, well equipped kitchen with all we needed. Comfortable beds. Free coffee and tea facilities in the hall. But the helpful and welcoming staff is what really makes the difference in this structure! Thank you everybody. We definitely recommend!

We opted to upgrade to a one bedroom apartment from a studio. Ours was located on the 9th floor with a great view over Toulouse. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was very very quiet. The bed was great. The wifi was great. There is a small Casino Supermarket almost right outside of the building. Nice breakfast. Great coffee, free and available whenever you wish. Excellent location for easy access to the train station.

The staff were very friendly. The apartment has a daily cleaning service. A complimentary 24/7 coffee/tea service was provided in the breakfast area. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is very close to the metro, bus station and shopping area.

10/10 for reception staff. Chloe checked us in and she was very warm and friendly. All were friendly and were some of the nicest staff I've ever come across. Breakfast had the usual choice. Fresh fruit salad, fresh pastries, bread. Good juice and good coffee. Modern bathroom, but some of the hotel looks worn and shabby, it's clean though, except for bedroom carpet, that needs a clean. Comfortable bed. Some noise from the bar outside, but not enough to put me off staying again

Very decent hotel, not far (5 min walking) from Jean Jaurès metro station. Airport bus stops very close to the hotel. If you need supermarket or post office, they are 100 meters away. Some nice restaurants and bars are also in walking distance. It is located in a small street, not much noise in the room (probably it is soundproofed). Breakfast is good: scrambled eggs, bacon, cow and almond milk, cereals, various jams, bread, pastry, yoghurt, local cheeses, ham, home made waffles and banana bread, etc. My room (305) was for one person but big enough, has a safe box, comfy bed and pillows, wardrobe, shower, free bottle of water every day. Personnel is very nice and helpful, they answered my questions via chat and also booked a table in restaurant, when I asked them. The hotel is clean, not old, well maintained.

We were in Toulouse for a concert at the Capitole theatre. The hotel was less than 10' walk away, quiet and comfortable. The deal with the local large public car park was excellent - reducing a charge of what would have been almost 30 Euros to 18. We can't comment on breakfast. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very well equipped (fridge with complementary water and coke, coffee machine with complimentary capsules, kettle with tea and instant decaf. coffee etc) and the free wifi was very good. Comfortable bed, decent shower. We will happily return.

The Manager was an absolute delight. Friendly, helpful, thoughtful, speaks a variety of languages, professional. Altogether charming. The location was perfect for station, metro and city centre access. Local restaurants and bar if you don’t want to walk far for an evening meal. Free bottled water and soft drinks. Quiet room and quiet air con. A good value hotel.

Hotel was so central but on a nice quiet street so no road noise, rooms were clean , beds very comfortable, lovely selection for breakfast , all the staff we met spoke very good English and were very helpful with our questions, There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room ,and we were left 2 bottles of water in the fridge , My toothbrush was apparently dropped on the floor when the room was being cleaned ,so a lovely note was left in English stating this and they left me a dental kit with new toothbrush, which I thought was a lovley touch Would recommend this hotel for a visit to toulouse

Comfy, quiet, clean facilities. Very popular as breakfast time was hectic but staff managed to fulfill all needs in a very efficient and friendly manner. Breakfast was buffet style with selection of baguettes, cereals, cheese and ham. Coffee and juice drinks were available but staff struggled to maintain supply for number guests. We would return but perhaps have breakfast a little earlier to avoid rush.

Excellent hotel and amazing value as it included breakfast and car parking. Excellent free wifi connection. Breakfast was generous and high quality.Free car parking and easy access to the motoroway. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Free tea and coffee in the lobby during the day until 10 pm. 6km from the city centre on main arterial route. Has a swimming pool. Close to theme park ie. within in walking distance so perfect for families.

We needed a hotel for a one night stopover in Toulouse and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel for the price paid. Our hotel room was bright, clean, comfortable and quiet - even though it was next to the lifts. There was a selection of complimentary refreshments on offer in the reception area, though no tea/coffee facilities in the room itself. We ate in the hotel restaurant for lunch, which was decent quality and reasonably priced. The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the space park, but is still only a few minutes drive from the older central areas of Toulouse itself.

With our Irish son marrying a French woman and the ceremony and reception taking place 30k east of Toulouse the family needed a hotel where international guests could stay but which suited all budgets and was convenient for bus shuttles to events during two day at the weekend. This business hotel proved to be a very good choice. Clean, efficient, flexible and with a good breakfast it fitted the bill. While dinner is not served from Friday to Sunday guests were directed on Friday to a nearby Italian restaurant within walking distance. Some who stayed longer also ate dinner at the Ibis which was good and far better than what one might expect at a chain hotel. All in all the staff were great and there were no complaints (although more irons and ironing boards in room service might be a good idea for the next wedding group)!

Excellent location in the centre of the pink city. Elegant building, clean tidy with great vibes. Rooms had adequate space and lighting with loads of electrical sockets. Good tv, fridge, safety deposit box and air con. Bathroom was huge (room 110) clean and modern. Shower was excellent. Lovely wooden bedroom floor, a bit squeaky but it’s all part of the building’s charm. No restaurant but loads of nearby quality places. Breakfast is a buffet style with everything you need. Natalia, the lovely Spanish waitress, was lovely, friendly and professional as were all the other staff. Good value for money and would definitely recommend it. We will be back.

This is a great little hotel ideally situated just steps from Place du Capitole, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the main sights on foot. The location couldn’t be better for first-time visitors. The breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of fresh pastries, yogurts, smoothies, and other tasty options to start the day right. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.

Location was superb. I did a lot of walking during my stay and the hotel was central to the city. River, canal, old district etc. Room was good. Very clean, which is the most important aspect for me. As I was there for three nights a comfy chair would have been nice as I didn't really have anywhere to read other than the bed. That said it was functional and did the job very well. Plenty of hanging space, safe etc. I didn't take breakfast The reception staff were excellent. Incredibly helpful and could speak English. Assisted me with opening times, airport bus times, finding a bike hire. Overall just perfect

We LOVED our stay here. The location is PERFECT. It is right in the centre of town near everything and yet it is on a quiet sidestreet so no rowdy hubbub when you're trying to sleep. The bedroom was simple and classic. The public areas are on the small side but cosy, friendly and again, classically elegant. The staff were, without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was superb - very varied and thoughtfully done with lots of tasty and healthy options. We would stay again without hesitation.

The location is good. It's easy to access both from the airport and the metro. They were always so kind. I went to the restaurant nearby the hotel which were recommended and reserved by them for dinner. It was so great. (I regret that I forgot to ask her name who helped planning the dinner.) I also love their breakfast. It was definitely the best breakfast. I was happy to eat quiche in France for breakfast:) Thanks to this hotel, my stay in Toulouse was perfect.

From the moment we arrived we felt looked after, especially by Damion who helped us find the parking and carried our bags (and helped again when we left!). We booked a superior room which was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast including some regional specialities (loved the violet honey). The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe in the lobby area and is located next to a park with a lovely Japanese style garden and is walking distance to bars, restaurants, the river etc.

I cant say enough about this lovely hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff super helpful. Hotel super clean and updated and smelled wonderful. Room price excellent. Room was large and super comfortable Tv had English channels. One person in our party in a wheelchair and the room was beautifully equipped and accessible. Proximity to gardens and back patio were wonderful. Breakfast was complimentary food delicious and fresh and comparable to 30 Euro breakfasts I have had. Will return and recommend

Fantastic and friendly reception staff on arrival. The room was spacious and had a view to the gardens next door. The bed was comfortable and large windows. Breakfast was really varied and something for everyone. Tip: there’s a Japanese restaurant (I know it’s France haha) at the front that’s very small with upstairs seating - their ramen is fantastic.

Great restaurant, amazing breakfast but the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and welcoming from the cleaning staff to the front desk. Particular thanks to the team who got ice cream for my kids out of hours. We are all looking forward to returning!

It was not the first time we were guests of the Mercure hotel chain. It is one of the best hotels in France. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Clean, large and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and fabulous breakfast. As for the staff, only good. Very kind and friendly.
