Stayed in Mid November 24. Loved the hotel, loved Merano. Upon check in we were upgraded to a large nice modern room. Design was fab, with a large walk in wardrobe and large lounge area. View of apple groves. The exterior of the hotel was well landscaped. The spa facilities were comprehensive, with a good sized heated pool, saunas, ample quiet chill areas. We had a massage session- the masseur was good. Service was very good; breakfast and dinner was good too. The steak was especially memorable. Merano is beautiful in autumn with the hillside walks and walks by the river with the autumn colors. The hotel is a nice 10-15 minute walk into town. Wonderful stay

All the spaces are very intimates, flowers everywhere. The Hotel is not in the center so they provided bus ticket, which make the center of Meran very easily accessible. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. The whole place is quiet, well thought and nicely decorated. The breakfast was really nice in an open air restaurant. At arrival we were invited for a special drink which was delicious. I also enjoyed the shop they have selling a lot of small items you can find in the property. Great experience, will definitely go back and recommend.

If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. There is a good choice including cook to order egg dishes at breakfast and the included afternoon cake buffet is an added bonus. Since our last visit more English is spoken but we did wish we could understand the daily news letter as we felt we might be missing out on some interesting facts or activities. We’ll definitely return if in the area again, it is a fantastic hotel.

The hotel was an amazing boutique hotel and exceeded our expectations. Our friends we travelled with had stayed there before and said it was a fantastic stay and it really was. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable and it was in a very quiet location. The breakfast is outstanding and even offered the most delicious cakes such as homemade apple pie, cheesecake and macarons and cream cakes which we couldn’t resist trying as we were on holiday! Why not… Fresh squeezed orange juice, make your own pancakes and boil your own eggs were delicious. We hired bikes for €4 per day to see more of the area. The hotel is decorated in a classy and elegant fashion and it feels so grand for a small hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and were exceptional in helping you have the best time. The pool and gardens were stunning.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the park and surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – everything you could possibly wish for, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. Pool towels were available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

The reception staff is so helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They had an omelet station and fresh squeezed orange juice along with a variety of lunch meats, pastries and breads. This hotel was excellent so if you’re looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend it.

Parc Hotel Flora has beautiful views of palms and the mountains from it's back garden. The breakfast buffet is large and in a nice patio room with views outside. The pool has lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the lake is just a short walk down a path by the hotel. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well sound-proofed. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of closet and luggage space to spread out a bit. There was also a safe large enough for laptops. We appreciated the complementary bruschetta and salami when we ordered drinks by the pool. While we were there we took advantage of a free yoga class one morning and free appetizers and live music one evening. The gelateria in front of the hotel was delicious, and you can also walk in the beautiful gardens of the Hotel du Lac et du Parc next door.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week tour of Lake Garda and the Dolomites. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we had wonderful views of Lake Molveno from our balcony. The food and accommodation were of an exceptional standard, and extremely good value, when compared with other 3-star hotels we stayed at. The quality and choice of food at the buffet breakfast and evening meals was very good, and the staff were particularly helpful - especially Gloria at reception! We had a fabulous two nights at the Du Lac Vital Mountain Hotel in Molveno, and I could not fault our experience in any way!

The welcome we received from reception was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our view from our window over the lake was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous, and staff are great and serve you well. The grounds of the hotel are spotless, clean, tidy, nothing was out of place, it was just so good we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in May so the cost was OK, not sure we could afford mid summer though as the price doubles.

The best part of my stay was a shiatsu massage. It was arranged through the hotel, but with a woman who works for herself. She has nearly a decade of experience working as a masseuse in Japan and Italy. I can say honestly that it is the best massage I have ever had. I went in with issues with sciatica caused by tension in my back. After the massage it was completely gone. She even spoke with me for 20 minutes after the massage about what she noticed in my body - where things were tight and exercises I could do. It was given in a downstairs room shared with a tanning bed, but none of that mattered. I cannot recommend it enough! The hotel was also lovely. Our room had a view of the lake, the shower was on point, and the room was very clean. It wasn't the hands down most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, but it was plenty nice. And the breakfast was really outstanding - especially for this foreigner. I can't get used to the tiny Italian breakfast, and this was not that. There were offerings (presumably) for those with an English and German predilection. If I come back to Molveno, which I surely hope I do, I would happily stay in Hotel du Lac again.

Wonderful family hotel where one can really have rest! Hotel is located basically in town, but thanks to own garden and proximity to lake shore gives the feeling of staying within nature. The staff cared and did everything to make guests feel best. Room was comfortable, clean, with great quality beds and linen and magnificent views over the lake. Hotel faces the road, but nights were quiet - there is no traffic at night, we slept well with open windows. Dinners included in HB were delicious and cooked with quality, the size of portions surprisingly consistent, only once we asked for additional portion and were immediately gladly provided. Had lunch on menu several times, as well, and it was fine. Staff gave all the advice we asked for and all were useful. We later stayed in different area in a higher category hotel and perhaps twice more expensive but service was worse and therefore the rest. All in all, everything is always about people! Highly recommended!

We stayed just one night in this hotel, but it was truly an experience. Our room was spacious, with a private jacuzzi, sauna, and a beautiful mountain view. Parking was conveniently located right by the hotel. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant – the food was good for the price and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was great as well. The receptionist was very kind, spoke excellent English, and even accompanied us to our room, wishing us a pleasant stay.

What a super place. Easier to reach and explore with a car, but I didn't have one and there's buses till about 22.15 and a lovely walk down into Trento in the morning. What a view! I cannot fault the care - even a breakfast bag at 5am when I had to leave for an early flight. The wellness facilities are pleasant, including rather wonderful massage beds and outdoor jacuzzi as well as a decent swimming pool. The room was billed as single, but it was a comfortable double with a balcony. It would have been useful to know how the blinds and door worked in their full functionality, which I slowly worked out and that made them a lot more useful. And there's a restaurant with broad and pleasant menu as well as a good breakfast with a fresh omelette bar.

Lovely location, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi’s. Amazing restaurant and wonderful staff that goes the extra mile. We felt very welcome with our two young kids. Our baby is only 2 months but the team ensured everything needed was there and very relaxed. Anna & Christian did everything to ensure we enjoyed all drinks and food in their restaurant, bar and outside area and Andrea from reception ensured a very welcoming feeling and made time for a small chat and shared recommendations for the area so we went to a nice wine house and bought some wine. The owner ensures to train his team for eye for detail, delivering very high quality and going the extra mile. I can imagine he has to be strict sometimes to deliver this standard. He is on duty 24/7. We hope to visit longer in the future. Thanks team!

We were super happy with this hotel! The location is amazing, it’s in a less touristy area. That makes it feel really authentic. Breakfast was great too – the croissants were just amazing, honestly the best! Maybe the only thing missing was some fresh salad leaves, sausages, but overall it was good and filling. The staff is friendly, polite, always trying to help you with anything and really going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Spa area is huge and really nice. It costs only 5 euros per person. The spa has great saunas (both steam and dry), a pool with warm water, and awesome jacuzzis with beautiful views. And since there aren’t many people, it feels really comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and cozy, totally up to the standard.

Exceptional hospitality, well staffed and prepared to make your stay as good as it can be! We’re always super impressed when we visit Villa Madruzzo— seems that food, service, amenities only improve as so many places seem to diminish over the years. The location is stunning, peaceful and romantic. Rooms are well kept, super comfy beds and balconies with lovely views. Choose one with a private hot tub! The spa is clean and inviting. Dinner I neither of the gorgeous dining rooms is absolutely delicious and breakfast delightful! Best place to stay in the area around Trento!!

Cozy hotel, small but great. All staffs were friendly and welcome you with smile. The room is excellence. We have book the biggest room under the roof, the room is cute with jacuzzi tub on the terrace, it is so good.

We stayed in the penthouse. It probably was the most stunning apartment I have ever stayed in. A true proof of quality workmanship and style. The jacuzzi on the terrace was the cherry on top (the mini-bar style cupboard on the terrace was also genius). The dinner and breakfast were also very good. Every evening was an experience, not just a simple dinner. We enjoyed the local dishes and the atmosphere. The highlight of the breakfast definitely were the fruit juicers. We enjoyed freshly squized orange, apple, carrot, etc. juice every morning.

The lovable ladies who work there , the hotel how it’s clean , cosy with beautiful decor and views! The breakfast was so tasty , with lots of choices and natural products from Dobbiaco! I’ve loved all the details about this location, the staff were ao helpful and so welcoming, and the food was also delicious. The room is a 5 stars with a breathtaking view and balcony

Staff were very friendly and professional, especially the gentleman who checked us in (sorry we didnt get your name). Room was so beautiful, love the bathroom too! We were offered to have dinner at the restaurant which was really delicious and good value for money. Had to leave the hotel early before their breakfast time but they were kind enough to let us have breakfast earlier before their official opening hour. So thoughtful! Thank you for a great stay :)

Excellent place location, breathtakingly beautiful, lake beach, warm but not hot, activities like canyoning and hiking. Hotel has discount with bike hire. Hotel gave my family free spa session. Saunas, fragrant showers and jacuzzi were so good that we booked a follow up next day. Breakfast was also above expectation with fruit juicer

This is a little gem of a hotel, nestled just outside the main town, it is a lovely quiet location, with views to the mountains from my room, some have lake views, but it is not directly on the lake. It has a small but good parking facility, and free parking nearby. The very professional and welcoming staff are a massive asset. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a great bathroom, and shower facility. Bed is really comfortable and has ample, good pillows to ensure you get the rest you need. The breakfast buffet is expansive,and definitely caters for those with a sweet tooth, the pastries on offer are incredible. I also ate twice in the restaurant in the evening, and again the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The hotel also has a small spa (sauna, steam room, spa bath, aromatic shower, and relaxation room), which I made use of for my stay. The access is restricted to only a few people per session (1.5 hrs) so you can truly relax and recuperate from your day. The Hotel also has an incredibly well stocked Weights Room, for those looking to put on muscle, with one aerobic treadmill. You can also get a really good massage on site, and the masseur (sorry I missed your name) was again incredibly professional, and soon got into my knotted and tangled muscles.

The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the shower so you have a birds eye view wasn't really my thing. My other friend's room had a clear section in the door to the bathroom so you could see when someone was on the toilet. Ok for some couples but not between friends. The other thing only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no other mirrors which is crazy especially if someone is using the shower. There needs to be another bin & tissues in the sleeping area. Hanging space is ok but hardly any drawer space so this can be a bit tricky but certainly not a deal breaker. Sockets with USB ports would be helpful but again not a necessity. The staff absolutely make this hotel work they really are a credit to the place. It's situated close enough to shops, restaurants, the lake etc. only a short walk & you're in the hustle of the town. It's a truly magical place to stay. It's beautiful, people are friendly & the limoncello spritz are a necessity! Overall if you use the hotel as a base it works very well, it just needs a few tweaks.

Super pleasant stay, I got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and had a really nice evening. Great breakfast. Calm and quiet, good for relaxing.

The location is very good, beside the castle and on the edge of town only less than 10 minutes walk to the main square, the breakfast was very good with a large selection available, parking was easy in the hotel with large spaces,our room was fabulous, I had booked a superior double but we were upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi which made our stay even better, the views from the balcony were fabulous, the staff from check in to night porter and breakfast were excellent, they have a good gym and spa is there too,also the hotel offered my wife a free massage on a new type of massage, this place just kept giving

Location was great! Simple walk. Parking (included!) On site and under ground- which was great for us because there was a small hail storm while we were there. Pool is indoor and there is one indoor hot tub and 2 outdoors. The outdoor lounge area was very crowded when we were there, but after swimming, we went up to our room which had a jacuzzi of it's own and got to enjoy that and our terrace privately. We did not partake in the breakfast as we preferred exploring the town and the cafes. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Two pillows per person were provided. Bathroom smaller but perfectly adequate. I would stay there again!

One of the issues with staying in Trento is that very few hotels have parking. Thee are basically 3 good options, and Hi Notel seems to be the best. Access is pretty easy in a city were driving around can be a challenge. There is ample parking in site. The rooms are not particularly large, so if there is something to complain about that would be it. We booked a city view room which had an ample balcony and great views over the city. Well worth it. Breakfast was excellent, ample selection of high quality products. The baked goods were exceptional and the cheese selection was notable. Scrambled eggs were available. The point of differentiation here is their gym. It is an excellent hotel gym. You can get a good workout, and everyone can at least get in a maintenance routine. The cardio and weight training equipment are kept in separate areas. We did not use the spa. The bed was comfortable, with individual duvets. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel and the center of old town is maybe 10 minutes. One thing worth mentioning is that while there is a noisy bar basically just below the hotel the soundproofing is exceptional as we heard nothing with the door to the balcony closed.

A very comfortable and modern hotel set very close to the centre of the old town. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Our room had access to a shared sun terrace overlooking the outdoor spa area. Breakfast was very nice with a good level of options available.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Astoria Park in Riva del Garda in July 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great combination of amenities, including a fantastic breakfast, free parking, an excellent pool, and a prime location ( There was no extra charge for the pool ). The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the center of Riva del Garda and the shores of Lake Garda. Its location makes it easy to explore the town, visit local attractions, and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services. There was also no issue in them holding on to our luggage as we arrived quite a few hours before checkin. The standout facility at Hotel Astoria Park is the excellent pool area. The pool is large, clean, and surrounded by a well-maintained garden, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. There are plenty of loungers and shaded areas to enjoy. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The quality and selection of food were impressive, and the breakfast area was spacious and inviting. This stay was part of a 7 day trip around Italy and we would not hesitate in staying here again. We absolutely loved Riva Del Garda.

We had a really fantastic time staying at Astoria resort for four nights five days in October; we enjoyed mountain biking walking excellent food and service. Accommodation is really nice and we were provided a comfortable room for three. The room has everything you might need, a nice balcony and masses of hot water. The breakfast buffet is excellent too, really a great spread, with all sorts of cold cuts and sweet pastries all made in the in house bakery. The juicing station is particularly good, fresh juiced veggies and fruit. Also eggs to order. Yum. The indoor swimming pool is excellent. It is free for all until 10am. Then there is a charge of €20 per adult for 2 hours that includes sauna and steam. No children after 12. Children €10 between 10-12 They also offer free city bikes for 4 hours a day. This is excellent and offers a great way of seeing the city and cycling to Arco. the bar and restaurant are excellent. And offer good food and drinks at typical hotel prices. There are excellent options within 10 mins for food and drink at significant savings and to provide variety and different vibes. It's worth noting that Alice who serves in the breakfast makes the best cappuccino. and Daniel makes a very very good omelette but all of the staff were friendly helpful and testament to a great team. And leadership. Thank you for our stay. We will be back.

My strongest reccomendation for Garda Lake !!! Located 20 minutes from historical center of Riva de Garda. So - not noisy but not far from the center. Inside the hotel, in the garden You do not see other buildings. Great, comfortable room, beds and bathroom. Perfect air condition. Nice view (mountains). Wonderful breakfast with pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs, fresh fruits, etc etc etc. One of the best I've ever had ! Nice smimming pool with little people. Also very good evening bar with lots of great drinks for normal prices. For this hotel it is very important that is does not have many rooms - that's why You feel really comfortable with so many facilities. Friendly and helpfull staff. Parking - OK. My stay around Garda Lake was great also because of this hotel - I will reccomend this place for all my friends - THANK YOU :)

Second time in Riva but first time at the Astoria Resort. Would highly rate this hotel, everything about it was excellent. Breakfast was varied and very fresh, staff were all very welcoming and immaculately turned out, very clean, outdoor pool was great. It’s only a 10 minute walk into the old town where there’s loads of restaurants , although we did have dinner in the hotel one night and it was lovely. Lovely cocktails as well. We will definitely be back.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, it was my partners birthday and they left us up a bottle of prosecco and small cake. We couldn't have been looked after better. The breakfast was delicious and very comprehensive. Everything from hot food to cold meats to Haribo gummy bears, they had it all. Aqua aerobics is on at 8:00 we joined in, it was lots of fun. The instructor was very good and was able to give instruction in English so we could follow.

Each room is individually designed. I stayed in "Iron," which had its own private balcony. Everything was super clean and modern. Nice touches like espresso machine with pods and hot water kettle with variety of teas. Expansive sack and drink selection in room. Very comfy beds. Large, well-lit bathroom. Responsive and friendly staff. They offer a city card that gives you free access to local busses/trams and some museum discounts. Great breakfast, too. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location right in the center of the center 😁. The room was amazing, very large, clean, comfortable, AC. Huge bathroom, with bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet. The staff very helpful. The voucher for a welcome drink nearby was a nice gesture.

The room was sumptuous. All mod cons and lots of facilities to make tea and coffee. Lovely fluffy cosy pillows, beds and duvets and the dressing gowns provided were very luxurious. The receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was just perfect.

Everything- staff were so helpful and the room was lovely. Some great touches - local wine and nibbles to buy from the mini bar and a lovely balcony to enjoy them on

We had an amazing stay at The Exclusive Hotel in Trento! Located right in the heart of the old town, it was incredibly easy to explore and take in the beauty of Trento. The room was absolutely stunning – it had everything you could dream of: a jacuzzi, sauna, and even a Turkish bath all in one! We loved every second we spent in the room, enjoying all the luxurious amenities. It was so relaxing that at times we almost forgot we were here to explore the town! Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway in Trento!

The location was just perfect; the staff was super friendly and helpful; the breakfast was delicious and had enough variety;the room was not too big but comfortable; and the bathroom was perfect.

The hotel is in a very central location with bars and restaurants on the door step. The room was clean and had all the required facilities, including a huge shower with lots of different water angles! The staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

Spacious and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the main square. The private infrared sauna in the room was great! The included buffet breakfast has quality hot and cold items along with some delicious pastries. The room had a fridge and kettle with provided teas and instant coffees. This boutique hotel ticked all the boxes for me!

Excellent location, right at the Piazza Del Duomo. The room is quaint and charming, clean and comfortable. I also like that a kettle is provided, along with coffee and tea bags. Breakfast is good too, with sufficient varieties and choices. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, extremely clean and nice smell. The rooms and the whole hotel is very cute furnished and maintained. Spa center was just perfect for us. We really had a great time and were happy to extend our vacation. Dinner is not a buffet, but we’re happy to try new dishes. Thank you also for the “Tyrolean dinner” 👍

Modern, clean and comfortable. Kind staff and owners. Smaller, but cozy hotel. Amazing brekfast and we tried a dinner. Staff prepared decoration for son bithday ( it was kindness and surpised for our son). Close to Sand in Taufers and Spiekboden/Klausberg ski resorts. We were pleasure our staying.

Everything was bright and clean. Modern rooms and everything you could need when travelling with children. Staff were amazing and very attentive. They loved the kids which made the stay a lot more relaxing!

Clean, comfortable, safe, wonderful amenities with AC, jacuzzi, a small drink cooler, centrally located, and we loved the connection to the bike rental, use of the garage bike room with a charging station, laundry service, and the cafe was wonderful every morning. We were sad to leave!

Bellavista is the perfect location. We chose one of the rooms with a small private patio and a jacuzzi! overlooking the lake! Well worth it! Breakfast was very good. It is also on a nice piazza. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see. Parking was not a problem at all. They have assigned parking for their guests a short walk away.

It was in a central location with views direct onto Lake Garda. We had a suite with hot tub and it was fabulous. The hotel staff were very welcoming and just could not do enough for you and made the stay special. We ate dinner and lunch in the restaurant and service was fabulous and food great. They are English friendly unlike the other Italian hotel we moved from to come to this hotel. We had robes and slippers on the bed on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities. Fridge, WiFi,. Bathroom shower was rainfall and seat, spa lighting and soaps etc provided. Breakfast in the morning was just superb. Well done to all staff at Bella Vista and thank you for making our stay so special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Perfect location 200 meters from the beach. Modern, clean room. Very friendly staff. Excelllent breakfast menu. Private parking and bikes deposit. It was just seamless and we enjoyed our stay.

room was quiet and cozy. there is a free parking on site, which is a great advantage! good selecton for breakfast buffet. we loved it! The hosts are very responsive, they attended to our check-in in the late evening.

Perfect hotel for short term stay. I need to point up helpful staff ( especially lady at reception) that highlighted my stay. Hotel have very nice restaurant,lounge area downstairs. Everything very clean.

very polite and nice staff both at reception and during breakfast breakfast was pretty good considering its 3* hotel (sweets, sausages, eggs, bacon, ham, salami beverages, strudel, yoghurt, vegetables, oranges, etc.), food was replenished continuously, staff was really nice and smiling all the time fantastic location, free wifi working; air condition in the room rooms and beds were cleaned everyday as well new towels (frankly speaking our bed, as we dont need that but forgot where is card with "no clean") parking in the premises of hotel BUT be careful it is limited by amount spaces + majority of parking area is very tight; for bigger cars issue to even get there; close by (ca 200-300m) is free public parking

Clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety of food.
