Amazing, cosy hotel, close by to the center of the town. Breakfast was great, everyday the same, but with a big choice of dishes. Room was very comfy and clean, spa area with sauna and jacuzzi and is very nice with cool view for the mountains and slopes. Restaurant in the hotel is amazing for the dinner, better to book in advance to be sure, as half of Val d'Isere is coming there to eat.

A lovely hotel with everything you need for a great ski holiday. We stayed here for 5 nights in 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable with a spacious bathroom. We ate breakfast each morning in the restaurant and there was a lovely variety of food on offer. The bar is fantastic for a drink each evening and we dined at the lovely French restaurant within the hotel. The food and service were excellent. The wellness spa was my favourite part. Beautiful sauna on the rooftop with amazing views of the village and mountain. The hotel provided a locker per room to keep your skis and boots in which was heated. Location is fabulous. There’s a supermarket right across the road, ski hire and the free shuttle bus stop is less than 100m away. You can also walk into town in less than 10 minutes.

Amazing hotel in a great location. A short walk into Val D'Isere and close to the bus stop to get to the various different ski lifts. Nice clean and warm rooms with excellent bath and shower. Lovely cosy bar with great staff and wide selection of drinks. The Spa has lovely views of the mountain and was perfect to relax after a day on the slopes.

Very comfortable beds. Lovely restaurant. Very quick room service. Helpful and friendly staff on reception and in restaurant (especially Latecia). Nice lounge and bar area. Very close to supermarket and shuttle bus stops. Clean well located ski locker room.

Bel établissement et bien situé, personnel très agréable. Boissons disponibles pour le goûter très appréciable. Spa un peu trop petit par rapport à la capacité de l hôtel. Très difficile d avoir une place dans le jacuzzi qui ne peut accueillir que 3 adultes max. Idem pour les transats qui ne sont pas assez nombreux.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in the middle of summer, with temperatures higher than average for this time of year. Our room was therefore quite warm, but cooled by opening the balcony doors. Our room was huge for 2 people but could see how room could be tight when there are kids in the bunk beds too. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and explained to us how to make the most of all the facilities available in summer. Large range for breakfast and also a god selection for dinner. We made use of the pool and the bar area for pre dinner cocktails. It would look magical here in the snow but was also a great place to stay in summer - mountain bikes, hiking and activities on the lake.

Room was spacious and comfortable, very great atmosphere. Breakfast and bar staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed with your stay! Very clean hotel and great area to stay in if you are in Tignes :)

The location was super - just a little off the main street, near the ski lifts, a great restaurant we found for dinner (Bar Jacques), a little grocery and a great bakery, easy to get to everything. The rooms and lobby were very comfortable and attractive, and I was able to swim in their outdoor pool for exercise. And I especially liked the staff, who were super-helpful. I talked to a couple of them, and they are just really dedicated to making this a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, warm and modern but without loosing the charm. There was plenty of wardrobe space and we had a large balcony overlooking the piste and main ski lifts but sat in a quiet space. A ski room with heated boot warmers. A lovely lounge/ bar area. Definitely a ski in and out hotel a short walk to town. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they organised our ski passes for collection on arrival and also reserved an underground parking space opposite the hotel.

It was close to everything, it was in a great location! The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The ski room was perfect too. We had breakfast which had variety and was delicious. We didn’t get a chance to eat dinner at the hotel but it was fully booked each night.

We loved our time here - the bed was so comfortable we could sleep for hours, balcony nice for warm spring skiing sitting outside, and location so convenient for getting to the slopes, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast was nice and no complaints from us would stay again!

Hotel Refuge is a perfect location in Tignes La Lac. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable room and bed. Will definitely return.

Stayed at Le Refuge early March 2025. Rooms were ideal for us (group of 5 friends in a twin and a triple), not huge but enough space for what we needed. Hotel location is fantastic for kicking off and ending the day on the slopes. Storage for snowboards very convenient which helps at the end of a long day. Even better were the spa facilities which we used most days to rejuvenate our battered limbs! Lovely breakfast spread which we had to pay for as wasn't included in the Booking.com price, but well worth it. Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the ambiance of this Alps style lodge with warm comfortable common areas, great for cozy conversation. The bar area was staffed in the evenings, so a nice place to relax outside of the cute compact rooms. Unfortunately the restaurant area with great mountain views was only used for their adequate breakfast, with only larger groups able to arrange for outside catered meals to be served for dinner. We did try one of their pre-prepared dinners one evening which would be best described as an evening snack, but was an interesting concept. We especially enjoyed the spa with sauna, and there was also a hot tub and steam room.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming. The proximity to the pistes and the view onto the mountains made the trip amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and spa was an added bonus.

Clean and cozy, and convenient for skiing. Nice bar for a post ski drink. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast.

We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection. The hotel was nice and quiet and only a couple of minutes walk to the pistes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely breakfast which they set up early for us so we could make our transfer. The spa is also fantastic, with an incredible outdoor terrace to cool off and soak up the view.

The location is perfect for visiting different ski areas each day. Plenty of on road parking, boot dryers in the ski room. The room was very clean with an amazing view from the shower and the balcony. Our room was next to the bell tower which doesn't ring every hour :-) Our second time visiting and we will definitely return.

Very nice location and views from a comfy and cosy room with a good breakfast and nice restaurant option. Most staff were friendly and the room was spotless. The village is lovely to stroll through.

Check-in was friendly and very fast. My room had a balcony, a nice view, and ample space. The restaurant has good cuisine at affordable prices. I could find whatever I fancied on the large breakfast buffet. On check-out, I even got very useful and well balanced information on a problem on Col de l'Iseran.

Good base for exploring the big ski areas that surround this valley (Driving time to nearest lift for Tignes-Val D'Isere = 20 mins, La Rosiere = 15-20 mins, Les Arcs = 15-20 mins) and the local area of Ste Foy 1550 (10 mins drive) was a real delight. We had a family room which was a good size. Comfortable beds and the bunk beds were segregated off from the main room. Big window and balcony with fantastic views. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Compared with staying in resort this hotel is good value for money, although you have to factor in the fuel costs for driving each morning. There was a free bus up to Ste Foy station, but we didn't try it... it didn't seem super regular.

Excellent stay at Les Suites - La Maison Bouvier in January 2020. Everything was perfect: service, rooms, comfort, the hammam and sauna are a big plus!!! Unique experience at the one-star restaurant in the hotel. Don't forget to go to their Panoramic Restaurant at the top of the mountain (fantastic!) and also La Table de Jeanne in le Val Claret.

The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL at this hotel. The facilities are great, myself and my daughter had a wonderful massage in the spa and it was one of the very best I have ever had. The pool/spa area was great, but was VERY busy at almost all times of the day, and also felt that it was not kept as clean as it could have been. One of the jacuzzi was especially scummy. But overall for a small hotel, the spa had everything you could want, 2 hottubs, 2 saunas, a steam room. We stayed in a suite with a second floor loft. My daughter slept in the loft area in a single bed. We had a separate bedroom with a large king bed. The room was large and very spacious for European standards. Excellent toiletries. Room cleaned 2 times per day. The rugs and the furniture in the rooms are becoming a little run down and should be replaced soon, and the room is dark, but not something that made me feel that I would not return. Breakfast was adequate, and they kept the buffet refilled. Excellent to order hot drinks and eggs to your liking. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and it was excellent and the staff and service A+. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Location is very central, walking distance from the ski lift, best restaurants and shops. Hotel is very nicely decorated, rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and bath tub. Staff and concierge were very professional and helpful. The Spa is quite enjoyable, with steam bath, 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis and a pool. Good international breakfast overall, with both sweet and savory options. We would definitely stay again...

Breakfast room is great, nice variety and choice and you can order eggs of your choice from the chef if you don't feel like the scrambled option. The hotel is modern with a cosy feeling inside. Lovely to walk into after a great day out skiing. The location is perfect with the back of the hotel near the meeting point for ski schools. There is also a ski shop downstairs with very friendly staff ready to assist with your skiing equipment. We had a great experience at this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Very enjoyable stay. Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff, nothing too much trouble. Special mention to the valet park guys who helped with bags, then parked my car in the underground car park and then took me there to pick it up again at the end of my stay, all without charge - excellent service. I'd also like to say a big "merci beaucoup" to the guys in the basement ski rental and ski storage, they were also very friendly and incredibly efficient. Despite the restaurant breakfast service being busy the lady Maitre d' welcomed us every morning with a big smile and humoured me as I attempted my schoolboy French! Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection of freshly prepared food.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night as we were sharing a week in a chalet with friends and had a one night overlap - but I was wishing we were staying for longer! Met at the front desk by a charming chap who got us checked in quickly and efficiently and showed us up to our rooms, and showing us where to go for breakfast in the morning. The room was fairly small but very well laid out as was the bathroom, which was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy too. The breakfast was good, they are obviously an international hotel and not so hot on the cooked breakfast, but that was absolutely fine. There was a large array of food to choose from. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. Sadly we didn't have time to visit the pool so can't comment on it. All in all I'd definitely go back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Incredible hotel. The staff is so friendly and wish to make your stay as lovely as possible. They are so thoughtful- the front desk called to see if I wanted dinner delivered to my room upon arrival. The hotel has a private driver to take you around if needed, their is a ski/ snowboard shop in the basement if you need rentals.. the staff there is also very friendly , quick and efficient. You’re only a 2 minute walk to the mountains. The sauna and pool are great. Breakfast is very fresh and incredible food. Overall- I had an amazing stay and look forward to my next stay!!

Service was charming and friendly. The hotel lounge was a comfortable and attractive place to sit and have a drink in the evening. We stayed half board and were given a simple but beautifully cooked 5 course dinner. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The shower was good but a bit of a tight squeeze! Overall Bellier was very good value for half term skiing and we would stay again

Centrally located, friendly and cheap by Val d'Isere prices. Generous self service breakfast and excellent fixed five course evening meal. Cosy lounge area for post prandial drinks. The single room was small but clean and warm.Ideal for the single traveller who is out from 07.30 for the next 12 hours. Secure ski storage near the door.

This is a 3 stars family run hotel, decorated in a montagnard style. It is very easy to walk to the slopes,shops ,bus terminal. The hotel is kept clean and is confortable , offering an english breakfast buffet.

Car park directly opposite, 75 metres from the piste, a gentle stroll to the main street....The rooms are simple but more spacious than others and although we booked the cheaper 'city view' rooms the outlook was really nice. The breakfast is generous, buffet style and tasty. The only drawback (depends on how much skiing/ partying you want to do!) is the noise from Dick's that goes on into the wee small hours. Ski room and boot heaters (Yeah!) easy to stagger in to after a day on the slopes. Overall- a great place to stay.

The cozy place is more a chalet than a hotel, made for skiing tourists. The staff is very friendly and handles all requirements very professionally. The room is clean and cozy, but small. The breakfast buffet was way better than expected (baguette bread, toast, croissant, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, marmalade, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, just to name the key items). Right across the street there is a public parking garage for free. For summer tourists this place is definitely worth to stay.

Fabulous location; very comfortable rooms; extremely clean; serviced daily; friendly and helpful staff (they were able to make bookings for us at restaurants during busy New Year week); terrific buffet breakfast each day; and close to all amenities. A fantastic week in a great hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Val d'isere. The location is incredible with a short walk to the Olympic Tram and many restaurants bars and shopping right outside. The facility is a cozy mountain chalet style hotel they also have a nice breakfast buffet included. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, providing lift tickets, recommendations and most all the owner drove me 30km down to the train station after a blizzard disrupted normal shuttle bus service.

Very well situated for the lifts about 300m away. The room had an amazing view of the mountains and was reasonable in size with a good bathroom and excellent shower etc. The Breakfast was excellent with cooked as well as cold options. Endless supply of any type of coffee from high quality coffee machines. The boot room although small was excellent and the boot warmers were superb.

The hotel is ideally locagted in the centre of the town and only a few minutes walk from the slopes with good access to restaurants and bars.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice lounge area and facilities, warm and cosy but a little small overall. Good restaurant menu. Tea selections at breakfast excellent. It was a comfortable bed and space enough for cases and clothing. Bathroom functional and clean. Nothing luxurious here. Good TV and ski room.

The property has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. The bedrooms are cosy and have all the amenities you need and are very comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s central with easy access to the ski lifts, pubs and shops. All of the staff were welcoming, informative and helpful. We really did enjoy our stay!

personnel professionnel et souriants. le restaurant C2 est très bien. la prestation piscine et jacuzzi est très bien. la chambre agréable, pas spécialement grande mais correct. deux points d'amélioration: le nettoyage (des cheveux sur la terrasse et sur la moquette lors de notre arrivée), au niveau du jacuzzi et au niveau de la zone de stockage de la cuve à l'exterieur) le petit déjeuner, certains produits sont très corrects mais d'autres, un peu léger. je suis exigeant car la tarification est élevée.

We stayed 5 nights as a family of 4 in the residential suite, and were offered a self contained apartment with master bedroom, kids bedroom with bunk beds, and a kitchen/living room. This formula does not include daily room cleaning, but is best with kids. Hotel is brand new, and everything is in great condition. It is situated on the slopes, next to skiset shop for rental, and esf for ski lessons. A small Sherpa supermarket is on the main road, a mere 5mns walk away. There are other shops/restaurants on the main road. The hotel also boasts a good restaurant, which can offer breakfast lunch and dinner. We used it only once for raclette, as we prepared our meals in our kitchen. There is a spa, and indoor pool/jacuzzi which looks fantastic, which is great for after ski winding down. We payed about £120 per night off season, so this hotel could get quite expensive at peak times.

We stayed here for a week in April 2016. Our appartment was in the main hotel building, and suited us perfectly. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our children had a separate bedroom with single beds, which is preferable for us to a sofa bed. The kitchen was small but well equipped and we cooked most meals here. There was also the option of ordering bread and croissants for breakfast. The ski locker was large enough for all our gear and had boot dryers, and access was a short 50m walk to a ski in ski out point. The wifi was adequate, slower in the evening. The staff were very helpful, in particular Jeanette (lovely German lady). Although we speak French, most staff had excellent English. We parked undercover for the week, and although we couldn't check in until 5pm, we were able to park our car early and ski for the day. There was a small, well stocked supermarket close by and some restaurants which the staff were happy to reserve for us. If you arrive on the Saturday, you can buy your ski pas at the hotel. Overall, this was a great hotel, and I would love to go back here.

The Alpage apartment was fantastic - cozy, well equipped, perfect for a ski holiday. Convenient covered parking (extra fee), access to the bars and restaurants in the hotel, 24-hour reception and the morning bakery service were all pluses. The hotel is ski-in / ski-out, and the heated ski locker room was very convenient. Shops were a short and very pleasant walk away. The only reason "cleanliness" got an average score was because the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen had stains and dirty spots - we ended up washing them all before using them. Otherwise, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies and toiletries was a nice touch.

The hotel was in the most amazing location with an incredible view of the mountains. Everything was beautifully presented and well looked after, the room had everything you could need for a self catered week away from home. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, the rooms were spotless upon arrival, bedding and towels were provided which was a bonus to us because a lot of the accommodations we looked out didn’t do this!

Very good location 2min distance to main lifts (Palafour, Toviere and Les Almes). Is a ski-in ski-out location, of course depending on the snow conditions. The Apartment is very convenient and has all you would need for a comfortable stay, even for self catering groups. The view from the balcony is also fantastic - towards the mountains and the rest of the resort
