Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Vancouver

Stayed at the pacific rim for 3 nights last week with my husband. We had a harbour/city view room on the 18th floor. Room was lovely - large bathroom with a big bath tub and rainfall shower, comfy bed and amazing views. The cleaners were very polite and friendly and did a great job. We also found the reception staff, concierge and doormen were excellent. A massive perk is the complimentary car they provide to take guests anywhere downtown - we’ve not had this at a hotel before and it was amazing. The reason I have knocked one star off is due to the food and spa. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel on our first morning and found it to be very average. A small glass of orange juice, a coffee, an eggs Benedict and a cooked breakfast came to over $90 and the quality did not match the price. I feel the continental breakfast buffet should be included for this price. We wanted to use the spa and went to look around but we weren’t overly impressed with the facilities - an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The mens sauna was out of use, but was still charged at the full price (if I remember correctly it was around $55 per person for 3 hours?). Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location, lovely staff, great room, but breakfast and spa could be improved

I booked the room over the phone, the staff were super helpful in arranging everything for us - big thanks to the team for such a smooth and thoughtful reservation process. We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont Pacific Rim. Christina at the front desk helped us during both check-in and check-out, she was so friendly, efficient and really made the whole process feel like easy and welcome. The room was clean and cozy with a lovely fireplace balcony overlooking the pool. We even received little welcome snacks and since it was my birthday, also received a slice of birthday cake. That made the stay feel extra special. We had breakfast and dinner at Botanist, both meals were amazing. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely top-notch; friendly attentive and professional throughout. Also we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which made the whole stay feel even more relaxing. Definitely stay at this hotel again

We recently spent five nights at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff—everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help, which made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the pool and hot tub area, which provided a great space to relax after our daily outings. Parking was also very convenient, with in-and-out privileges that made exploring the city easy. We did ask the concierge about breakfast options one morning and were directed to the in-room tablet for information. Based on what we saw there, it appeared that breakfast was only available via room service during the week and in Botanist on weekends. That may or may not have been the full picture, but we ended up enjoying some great breakfast spots nearby instead. On that note, we visited Giovane Caffè several times and it was excellent—definitely a highlight! Although we didn’t spend time in the lounge or restaurants during our stay (which is unusual for us at a Fairmont), for some reason they felt a bit less approachable than what we've experienced at other locations. Perhaps that’s more about us than the hotel, though. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated — warm, professional service, a seamless check-in, and a room that took our breath away. The harbour and mountain views from our suite made every moment feel special. We spent a relaxing afternoon at Willow Stream Spa, which was truly world-class. The massage was incredible, and the serene spa spaces gave us the quiet escape we were hoping for. It was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary touch in the room, which made it all the more memorable. We loved the lobby bar’s live music in the evening — such a great vibe — and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city. This trip was exactly what we needed. For a special occasion or a luxury getaway, I can’t recommend Fairmont Pacific Rim enough. We’re already planning our next stay.

We had an amazing experience at Fairmont Pacific Rim. From the moment we checked in, the service stood out. Christian at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, she made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was a treat, especially thanks to Namiko. She was warm, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. It really set a positive tone for the day. We also had dinner at the Raw Bar, and it was fantastic. The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the chocolate hazelnut dessert was a lovely surprise—rich, balanced, and a perfect way to end the meal.

Our flight was delayed and then one of our bags was also lost. We were able to text with the staff to keep them up to date on our arrival time and they were very empathetic and happy to have us once we finally arrived. Our jacuzzi suite was amazing and exactly what we needed after long travels and after being out in Vancouver all day exploring the sights. We ordered the room service breakfast, which was amazing! Highly recommend the Bacchus!

the staff were amazing! Every person treated us with exceptional customer service, and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The valet was very helpful and friendly. The front desk was welcoming and thorough. The lounge had a great ambience, yummy drinks and amazing staff! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being located right downtown. Room service from the in house restaurant was delicious!! This was a perfect stay for our date night, with so many amazing venues and restaurants near by, we are excited to come back and stay again. next time we will stay longer and take advantage of the spa.

Right at the reception desk the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ryan in particular was great! The room was a good size which included a large bed, desk with chair, a large comfy chair and two stools located with the "bar" setup. A Nespresso machine and mini-fridge were included in this setup. Snacks and beverages could be purchased if you wanted. The room was serviced every morning with new towels provided and the bed made up. A turn-down service took place in the evening along with two cookies which was a nice touch. Staff would come around to provide ice and replenish coffee pods, sugar, cream, etc. for making coffee. I had brunch in the restaurant which was very good. The restaurant itself is high quality. Overall the staff was certainly a bonus. It was nice to be welcomed back in the evening after being out.

This hotel is a classic, luxury hotel with large, comfortable rooms, friendly, service-oriented staff, and good facilities. The hotel bar/lounge was a highlight, with top-quality food and drink, but reasonably priced. Service was the standout for this classic hotel, everyone from the valet, restaurant and spa employees were all extremely helpful and pleasant and made us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the city, as well as great restaurants and bars nearby. We will definitely be back.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet - perfect for sleeping. The bar downstairs is amazing!! The location was perfect. We walked to Granville Island (took the aquabus), we also walked to Canada Place and Gastown. The art gallery is right across the street.

The Hilton downtown was a great location, facilities and staff were overall friendly and services were good. Great outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. As we had booked the best room, no upgrade was possible. But the receptionist offered us a bottle of wine as compensation. That was very nice. At the end of our stay, he managed a late check-out, so we could take a shower before heading to the airport. The bellboys were also very helpful. took care about our car and luggage and provided us the address of the next gas station. There is no breakfast buffet available even it is still promoted in the elevator. As Diamond member I am used to receive a free breakfast, but here it's not available. You have to use the restaurant and the hotel just provides a voucher for 22 $. Also it was the only hotel we stayed during a three week period where the coffee to the breakfast was charged extra. So the hotel voucher doesn't cover the costs. Also the room service was very poor. We stayed in a suite. The next day the beds were made and towels changed. But the bath mat was missing, the coffee corner wasn't cleaned, no new coffee pads provided and the empty bottle of wine and the glasses (compensation from the receptionist) stand still on the table. From Hilton I am used to a better room service especially when staying in a suite.

1st time stay. Very helpful and professional staff. Breakfast was ample and varied. Wish they would offer congee as an item on a la carte Vs buying breakfast option. I overheard table beside that it was $12 for a bowl, which seems a little gaugey for overcooked rice. Restaurant is small, so expect a little delay at peak breakfast times. Lisa the concierge was very helpful and welcoming. Porters and valet courteous. Gym and pool were adequate. This stay was very pricy but location is everything. Safe, clean and walkable to everywhere. My only issue is elevator…this residential building turned into commercial hotel explains why only two elevators. It gets really bad in morning, when some go for breakfast, checkout, leave hotel. At one point, it was better to get on when ascending, in order to secure a spot when descending. There’s a tv screen beside elevator… why oh why can’t there be a live feed of the two elevator positions? Some patrons may elect to take stairs if they are o lower floors or going to the gym. Food for thought. Overall, classical hilton experience. Great.

Checked in to downtown Hilton on Tuesday for few days of long hectic schedule meeting in the area , I decided the best way is stay downtown hotel to avoid the time hustle and traveling , I choose the Hilton because the convenient location for me and I am long time Hilton Honors member , lot of benefit like 4 pm check out upgrade plus complimentary breakfast , front staff very professional fast check in , my room is upgrade very comfortable with city view good working area , comfy bedding clean bathroom with shower and tub , restaurant and gym on site , enjoyable stay , whole hotel not over crowd and no running kids in the outdoor pool ! one of the best choice I made to stay here and really give me the opportunity to export this side of Robson street , truly Hilton Downtown is number one choice !

We stay in Hiltons all the time. This one has been my favorite so far. I really liked our room. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were perfect. There was a chair that I found very comfortable. I loved the bathroom. It was quite large with plenty of light and counter space. There was a makeup mirror mounted on the wall. The room itself also had plenty of space. There was a small alcove fitted with a bench and spot under the bench for shoes, etc. The only thing we had an issue with was the coffee maker. We got it to work but I think it was broken. We thought it was us, at first. Anyway, we got our coffee and it was just fine. We also ordered room service and I was so impressed. Everything was still warm and delicious. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a muffin. there was a rather large bowl of fruit, as well. My husband had the eggs Benedict and said he could not believe how good it was. The only other issue is there are only 2 elevators for 31 floors and that was very congested. I would stay here, again. We walked to the hockey arena and walked to our restaurant. Both were very close, easy, enjoyable walks. Perfect location.

Returning from remote camping on North Vancouver Island I needed some civilization before boarding my flight home. I had stayed in a few other accommodations along the trip, none had air conditioning but were otherwise very nice albeit with a legacy vibe. This franchise location is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. It is very clean, feels very new in its fabrics, fixtures and equipment. My rooms climate control was spot on, the shower and washroom are very clean, the breakfast opened at 6AM which was convenient given my early departure. Breakfast was normal franchise buffet but it was a very robust selection. You are wanting for nothing. I was on seventh floor, I never heard other guests at all, slept very well. The public areas are trendy enough but very utilitarian, the rooms are very nice, clean modern design, everything worked as it should. Window coverings include a blackout shade and a privacy diffuser screen that lets lots of light in and provides privacy if that's what you desire. There is a Costco across the street which was handy. There are several great dining options nearby. I walked 10 minutes to a very trendy finer dining spot The Story Cafe and Eatery. Great steak after 5PM.

Rooms are clean,,they even smell clean!! The beds were so comfortable,,the best night sleep we had for our whole holiday. Rooms are quiet,big, and you can’t hear the traffic or airplanes. The hotel is close to the airport,River rock casino and Costco is right across the street. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Also,,there is parking for your vehicle for 1 week,2 weeks etc.(for a fee of course) and a free shuttle to the airport. And complimentary breakfast. Rooms have a safe,fridge and a Kurig coffee maker.

I try and pick Holiday Inn Express, if I have the choice, when travelling. You know what to expect. I like the well-organized, simple, exceptionally clean rooms. The bed was comfortable after a long flight. The white noise machine was a nice touch considering they're not yet sound proof near the airport. I expect that that will come with the reno's. As they are renovating, it's looking and feeling more fresh. Travelling can be stressful and It's actually soothing to stay there. The breakfast is simple, fresh and filling. Really great value for a family of 4. The shuttle bus was easy and efficient. Shout out to how clean they keep the Breakfast area as well. Staff were kind and professional and that's pretty welcome at 11:30pm after travelling all day and feeling frazzled and jet-lagged. This was the beautiful sun -rise we got to see from the hallway that has bright big windows.

- Free shuttle bus arrives on time. Driver is so friendly and helpful - Staff is helpful (but not too friendly when compare with the first night we stay here) - Room is clean and bed is comfortable. We got a higher floor than the first night and room looks newer - Breakfast is good. Hot food is served. Staff is also nice. - Location is good. The hotel closes to the train station (Canada Line) within 10 minute-walk and there are some restaurants nearby

The hotel was clean, well appointed with a very friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a good selection of food. Front desk staff, Cindy, KC & Jordan were all super helpful. Kudos to them.

We have been regular customers of the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa for the last 5 years and it never disappoints. The location is fabulous, walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, Stanley Park & the sea wall. The rooms are lovely and include numerous extra touches such as high end bath products, chocolates on arrival and delicious homemade cookies with turndown service every evening. We were fortunate enough, on our last stay, to be upgraded to the penthouse suite, which has two spacious balconies overlooking Robson Square as well as a jacuzzi and fireplace. The restaurant, Bacchus, is outstanding and has great ambience, whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. Their fixed menu Thanksgiving dinner this weekend was superb! However, what really sets this boutique hotel apart is the staff and the personalized service. It would be unfair to name staff members who went above and beyond as every single member of the staff across all departments is consistently friendly, courteous, welcoming and exceptionally helpful, exceeding all expectations. Management must be doing something right as we see the same staff at the property year after year and it is easy to tell that they take great pride in the property. We visit Vancouver quite frequently and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. The Wedgewood is perfection for us!

Currently this hotel is traveller ranked number 2 on TripAdvisor but for me it is number one. I have stayed at other top hotels in Vancouver, for example the Loden is lovely and the Fairmont Waterfront is luxury with spectacular views, but the Wedgewood is just perfect for me. The welcome was genuinely warm and the rest of the service during our stay was attentive without being stuffy. The Bacchus lounge is so cosy and comfortable with excellent food that is plainer than the restaurant section, where the food is more adventurous and amazing, whilst remaining non-stuffy. The rooms are beautiful, the furniture wonderfully made and designed and the two cosy armchairs were the most comfortable seats I have ever had in a hotel room. Any and all requests we had during our stay were handled efficiently and with charm. The people to mention who looked after us so well were Dickin, Martin, Andrew and Ryan but a particular mention for David who made us feel at home as soon as we stepped in off the street. Thank you Wedgewood team, you are wonderful!

It is a little bit of magic in downtown Vancouver. Kirby at the front door and Sharmaine behind the front desk, along with all staff members were welcoming with exceptional attention to detail. Rooms were both spacious and cozy. Bacchus Restaurant (Lobster Bisque + Bison Shortribs!) & Lounge (grilled Albacore tuna + Bacchus Cobb Salad) are perfect for dining and drinks. Make sure to stop in for an evening cocktail (perfect Manhattan) & to hear beautiful, live piano music. Highly recommend. If you love Christmas, this is one hotel that still does it up in full - a MUST visit over the holidays, and year 'round. Its location makes it wonderfully walkable to shopping, restaurants (although you don't need to go beyond Bacchus), Stanley Park (a good walk!) and all of the city.

We loved this hotel! Our room was spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. Great bed, huge bathtub, bar area and very good bathroom, shower. The location is a perfect downtown location with great access to all of Vancouver. The lobby feels luxurious and yet made us feel right at home. None of that big chain, corporate vibe. Add to this the staff were all wonderful and very helpful. We also dined a couple of times at the bar area of Bacchus and the food was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing from the time we called them in the car to get directions for valet parking, to checking in, restaurant recommendations, to amazing drinks in the bar-to check out-just friendly and welcoming. The hotel was gorgeous-decorated for the holidays. We got some amazing pics in front of the fireplace/holiday tree. Room was comfy and quiet. We loved it! Oh-also great location and close to downtown shopping and great restaurants.

I don’t often complete reviews but after an amazing stay just had to speak up. Check in was efficient and staff were professional and extremely friendly. Was offered a room upgrade which was incredible. This hotel consistently goes above and beyond for guests (especially repeat guests). Room was amazing. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice restaurant onsite with delicious breakfast buffet. Can’t say enough about this property and always look forward to my next stay. Joyce at front desk was amazing.

Quick shuttle very late from the airport. They gave us a few toiletries that were missing with our luggage! The room was quiet and comfortable modern, neutral decor. The bed/bedding was great! Nice amount of lighting and comfortable chairs, side table plug ins, adjustable temperature in the room. Wifi, coffee and tea available, good size bathroom, adequate towels and soaps. Plug with bathroom night light was appreciated. Breakfast buffet included was excellent. Very helpful friendly staff.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good as well, with friendly staff.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious for two. Our bellman, Omar, was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and made our stay feel like we were honoured guests in someone's home. The cleaning staff were also thorough, respectful, and efficient. Front desk staff were also efficient, thoughtful, and helpful. The third floor room by the elevators was remarkably quiet - we didn't even hear much of the air traffic landing at the nearby airport.

The hotel is located only 15 minutes away from the airport and offers free shuttle! Rooms are extremely clean, well maintained and cozy! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant conveniently located inside the hotel. We’ll definitely return!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered here. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with excellent support and zero motion transfer. The pillows were perfect and they pillow cases were even labeled with the level of firmness. The room was very clean and spacious. I noticed how quiet the room and building was. I can see the effort that was put into ensuring the noise was at a minimum including have the vending machines for snacks and ice located in an enclosed room. There were two restaurants located on premises, a pub and an Italian restaurant, both were excellent. There was a liquor store on site and a convenience store located across the street so all our needs were met without having to leave the hotel. The pool was so wonderfully warm with lots of natural light and space. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

This hotel has a lot of good things to make your stay comfortable: free, easy parking, great location near the highway, adjoining restaurant is very good, Superstore across the street, spacious suites, quiet (non-slamming) self-closing doors, mini-fridge and microwave in room, good water pressure for the shower, welcoming lobby entrance/seating area, pool, gym, and laundromat on site, polite staff, working elevators and free wifi, beautifully landscaped grounds. The hotel is showing its age however: peeling wallpaper in the washroom, dated furniture, and towels that were thin and scratchy. A coat of fresh paint and new towels would help immensely to get a 5 star review. 4.5 stars for now as you get more pros than cons and reasonably priced.

The room was so clean and well kept, it felt like we were the first people to stay in it. Daily maid service, plenty of towels by the pool, and every time I went past the front desk there were 1-3 people helping customers. The hotel just feels well run and welcoming. We used the pool 3 days in a row. It was cool the first day, but perfect the second two days. As it says on the website, no hot tub. Our room had a little kitchenette: microwave, fridge, Keurig, and two burners. Handy for preparing snacks and a light breakfast. No pots or pans and only disposable plates, bowls, and cutlery. They may have something to borrow at the desk, but consider bringing what you need if you are really going to cook. Had dinner and drinks at the on-site pub one night. Good service and convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable it just needs to be updated. The TV remote wasn’t working and my husband went downstairs and they gave him a different one which wasn’t working either which wasn’t a huge deal for us as we never really watch TV anyway. Important to know too is that this Holiday Inn does not offer breakfast. I thought I had booked a hotel with breakfast included but must have misread or just assumed all Holiday Inns do. There’s a restaurant adjacent to the Hotel that offer breakfast and you get a 10% discount from the hotel to use towards a breakfast purchase.

We stayed two nights and were thoroughly impressed by Holiday Inn and Suites North Van. This really is a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Interior nicely decorated and well maintained with nice common areas and a decent gym. The grounds outside are a virtual oasis, just beautiful, with nice patio area as well. Breakfast is not complementary but Medley's restaurant is located in the building and is quite good as well. There is also a pub in the building and a liquor store with Superstore a block away. Front staff was excellent and Shima was especially friendly and welcoming. Overall an amazing stay, would highly recommend.

The breakfasts were decent, the jacuzzi was great, and easy to use. The cleaning staff were nice. To be fair, I had minimal contact with the rest of the staff.

We stayed for a week due to having surgery and needing to stay in the area. The staff were amazing - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ideal and convenient....probably the best we have ever had. All of the amenities - swimming pool, b-ball court, walking distance to so many activities (largest theatre we have ever seen, waterpark, airhouse, skating arena). We were also provided with a larger fridge and kettle as we had a longer stay. Upgraded our stay so we could have a larger room for comfort. Will definitely be back whenever staying in the area again!

The bed is amazing and so comfortable. Especially grateful for the scent free room! We have autoimmune conditions and this is essential! Love that you are close to The Story Cafe which is an excellent rated restaurant. Love the shuttle service to airport and staff is great! Shower is excellent. Love the more eco-friendly products. Love the shower dispensers they were easy to use. Love that you serve breakfast. We don't tend to eat it though due to health reasons and preferring less processed foods. Maybe getting more locally baked goods would help. Coffee is not great. We love our espresso.

The hotel is well located. From the airport take either the free shuttle bus service or train to the casino stop and a short walk to hotel. No restaurant or room service at the hotel but they provide a reasonable buffet breakfast. Large grocery store across the road and an easy walking distance to a very good restaurant / bar - The Story - great food - can book on line. Easy walk to casino Clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed and good shower. Recommend for short stays

This property was suitable for a visit to the area. The room was simple. The closet space could have been larger, but we made it work. The drawers worked well for a short visit. The room had a king size bed and a chase lounge, which was comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and the water temperature was great. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and quick. Breakfast made our mornings easy, as it has hot and cold choices. We didn't have to go out for breakfast, which is preferred. There were plenty of tables, when we went for breakfast between 6:15 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. (breakfast is from 6 - 10 a.m.). The hotel is close to the airport, fast food restaurants, the Casino, and an outdoor shopping mall where there are more places to eat and shop, such as Marshalls and Chipotle. Overall, the property worked for us.

For the price which was so reasonable, we were surprised with the Nice and spacious room and beautiful bathroom. Rooms smell good including hallways. Front desk staff were friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. Kitchen was always clean. Convenient location having Food Grocery, Starbucks, KFC, Burger King, and Sandwhich places across the Hampton inn. The free pick up and transfer to the airport was a Bonus. 😊 Only thing missing is a safe in our room to secure our valuables. In the future, I’ll booked with Hampton inn again.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower, and I couldn't hear any noise from the airplanes. I had an issue with my reservation, but the staff was great in resolving it. The location is quite convenient if you're arriving or leaving by plane(the shuttle service was also punctual and comfortable). Breakfast was okay, but still a plus since most hotels in the Vancouver area don't offer anything. And it's also pet friendly!

The hotel is located right above the SeaTaxi station to ferry over to downtown Vancouver. Very convenient. Rooms on the 4th floor west side of the hotel feature small patios with a table and two chairs with fantastic views of the bridge and downtown- keep in mind these rooms face west and downtown is south but if you sit right you can still take it all in. FYI the rooms on the east side of the hotel have a bigger window/sliding door, but only a non walkout juliet balcony, plus there is a lot more activity on that side so it could get noisy at night. So those rooms are brighter, but we opted for the actual balcony/patio and loved it. We also had an amazing view of the fireworks at English beach! Breakfast coupons work at the property restaurant which has the best view of the city and an outdoor terrace, perfect.

Easy access to hotel, very central location. Hotel is well kept up and the room was enormous. Gorgeous water view. Huge bathroom with big tub; tiles look a little dated but everything was spotless. Extra towels and coffee brought around in the evening. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We even checked out the waterfront grill which I never knew existed (live in North Van over 30 years). It was a delicious breakfast with a water view as well. I was very impressed! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is a very convenient hotel location to the waterfront with restaurants and the Lonsdale Quay Market right at your door! The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Shawn. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Although this is a small hotel without the amenities of larger ones, it does have shops and restaurants literally right on your doorstep. The hotel restaurant is open now only for breakfast but the chef does a wonderful job - especially with the kids' meals.

This is a great spot if you're looking for a place with views and things to do without being in the centre of busy downtown. It's primary perk, however, is it's proximity to the seabus which takes you directly to downtown Waterfront Station within 15 mins and connects you with both the Expo and Canada line trains. The rooms are clean and of a decent size, beds are comfortable, and linens are soft. The building itself is a bit older and the room decor could use a small upgrade. Rooms also have air-conditioning and lamanent (wood textured) floors. The restaurant, which is only accessible to guests, offers some good dishes and decent beers. It also has a view of the harbour and the city skyline. Staff are friendly and professional. Places to check out while in the area are the many breweries along Esplanade and 1st Street East, Spirit Trail through to Mosquito Creek Marina, the Shipyards Pier, shops, and restaurants, and the Quay Market located within the same building as the hotel.

A friend suggested North Vancouver as a great place to stay instead of the city. So I looked around and found the Lonsdale Quay Hotel. What can I say! It’s perfect. Situated above the vibrant Lonsdale Market and with views over the river and Vancouver the hotel is a delight. Lovely large room with all the right facilities including proper china cups for our tea (so many hotels provide paper cups these days) which was a big thumbs up. Not only is the hotel comfortable with a decent breakfast, it’s also incredibly close to all the transport links. The Sea Bus is literally five mins walk away and that takes you into the city in 15mins. The buses are opposite the Sea Bus with amazing links everywhere including Grouse Mountain - it cost us less than $6 CAD to get there and back. I can’t recommend Lonsdale highly enough. It’s a vibrant, safe community and the Lonsdale Quay Hotel is right in its heart…

Great place to stay. The staff were so friendly, even maintenance (in the hall changing bulbs) and cleaning staff (crossed paths in a different hall). Will definitely stay there again when I’m in town. Beds are comfy, room was quiet (301), pool and jacuzzi area were very clean.

Easy access/near Trans Canada Highway. Good location “central” for exploring Vancouver area. Grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Balcony! Jacuzzi tub!

Large, clean and spacious. Jacuzzi bathtub. Hot tub and outdoor pool. Near the #1 and a mall. I'm not a fan of paying for parking in hotel parking. When already paying $300 a night for a room.

Great location got everything Vancouver public transit right at my door. From the moment I checked in, I could tell this place was all about convenience. Buses and SkyTrain stops are literally steps away, which made it super easy to get around the city without worrying about parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions or point me toward good food spots nearby. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bed was cozy after long days of exploring. What really stood out was the value for the price — being able to stay in the heart of Vancouver without breaking the bank is rare. With shops, restaurants, and transit at my fingertips, I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient base for my trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

Hotels are expensive here and this one is old, but clean and safe. We used their airport shuttle which was convenient. They also shuttled us to the cruise port. They have a White Spot Restaurant on the premises. There is a convenience store nearby and not much else. We were not looking for a luxurious hotel and this was great! It could use some paint, but otherwise everything in working order. We stayed 1 night & I would do again! I looked a long time to find a cheaper hotel, but still safe and clean. The shuttle was a bonus! No breakfast included here, but you can make coffee and tea. They offer to have your room cleaned if you ask for it

It was conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a definite plus. The restaurant on site was reasonable and convenient, with a nice selection of menu items. The staff were friendly and helpful. The premises, including our room, was clean and modern.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a package that included breakfast, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was fantastic!

The stay was excellent the room very comfortable and the staff extremely attentive and helpful. I would add a few things though and assume these are management not staff issues. - The room could be serviced daily I stayed three days no fresh towels, ran out of facial tissues, coffee and sugar on day two. - No toilet brush, no soap holder in the shower. - The TV remote was very sticky and was barely usable. Generally speaking if it wasn’t for the staff the hotel would suffer. Excellent job you guys.

From the front desk who was very friendly - and we checked in very late because the ferry was delayed. Comfortable stay - clean - shower HOT and Nice pressure. GREAT Breakfast and since we were only staying the one night - we both wished we had time to stay and enjoy the pool.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the nice rooftop hottub and fireplace in all the Expedia photos. We stayed here twice - once on the way to Whistler and again on our return. On our first stay I was told that the rooftop hot tub is closed for maintenance. On my return, I asked again and was told a different story, This time apparently the rooftop hot tub is part of the penthouse and I could use it if I upgraded my room to the penthouse suite. Nice hotel, but the photos are misleading. I was hoping to use the hot tub after 10 days skiing at Whistler. Shame - a bit disappointed.

Perfection in every way. What an amazing hotel and staff! We were treated like royalty - nothing ever was any trouble for them, they made things happen for us. Housekeeping super amazing, very kind and helpful. They gave us a microwave for the room and it was brand new! Room was super cosy and always clean. Excellent shower and bathroom - very elegant. Super comfortable bed. Luxurious bed sheets. Special thanks to housekeeping and room service team or were all exceptional. Also thanks to Miguel at Breakfast, always happy and excited to talk to us and made our breakfast memorable. Food was always amazing. Hotel very centrally located and in my opinion we were glad we chose this hotel as it was central to everything and in a really nice area too - Financial district. Wonderful stay. I recommend it, it is real 5 star hotel. Design is very classy and fire place with real fire in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and polite. I’ll had issue with my Visa cards, it took a bit before I could actually pay so for that they upgraded a little my room ! So nice! Room is bit small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is amazing, bathtub design is great and fills fast. It is so comfy:) Pool is amazing, great architecture and water temperature was perfect. Sauna that also worked perfectly. Five stars and nothing negative to say. I recommend and hope will have an occasion to stay there again.

What a awesome hotel in Vancouver! This was my first time staying at this hotel and my 3rd Rosewood brand hotel. I've also stayed at the Rosewood Phnom Penh, Cambodia and the Rosewood Kona Village, Big Island, Hawaii. This hotel makes the brand proud! Excellent service from the moment you walk in until they check you in and making sure all your needs are met. I arrived from my flight early so needed to drop off my luggage before check in with ease. I wear a size 12 men's shoe so the small slippers in the room does not fit me. I told the housekeeper and 15 minutes later, there was knock on my door and a pair of bigger sized slippers were brought to my room! It was from the spa maybe? The rooms are clean and luxurious. Water and shortbread was left every night for turndown service! The location is very convenient to the vancouver metro and there is a Lond Drugs convenient store 1 block away. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I loved the bar there and eating breakfast 3 mornings where I was served really well by the staff there especially by Leanne! I would definitely come back to this hotel when im back in town again! Ill also just catch the subway train from the airport and walk 1 block versus taking Uber or taxi. Amazing experience! We had dinner at Reflection restaurant (Rooftop) where we were greeted with a hot cider and snacks. We had a wonderful meal and amazing cocktails. The hotel room was exceptional with an amazing bathtub!

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price point. It was outside the main area of Vancouver harbour but we liked the location. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We were on the fifth floor facing the back of the building and far away from the lifts. The bathroom was a good size and well stocked with toiletries. Our room was very spacious and had good facilities; tea/coffee, a fridge, tv, hairdryer, bathroom toiletries etc. All were good. The hotel was very clean overall and the breakfast was great. A good variety of tea/coffe, toast, pastries, voghurt and cooked food. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We parked in the car park and didn't use our car again til we left as the metro was across the road, opposite the hotel. Central Park is a five minute walk away and it was lovely to walk around there and go for a run. There's plenty of food outlets to eat at and a starbucks next door. We dined at Earls restaurant which was a few minutes walk away, that was a great find.

Having searched extensively for a hotel in the Vancouver area, this one came up as both good value, a safe district and very convenient for transport being directly opposite the Skytrain station. Front desk staff were extremely good and welcoming. My room was of a good standard. King size bed, desk. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Selection of coffee was a good standard with small containers of cream as opposed to powered whitener. Only thing perhaps missing and would have been a nice extra was a sofa or armchair. Bathroom was in good condition and pleased to see dispensers for hand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. Only gripe about the room facilities was a slightly noisy air con unit fixed to the wall. TV and WiFi worked well. I made use of the self service coin operated laundry. $2 for detergent and $2 for a 45 minutes wash and same for the dryer. My biggest dislike was the breakfast. Service was good and food average but using paper plates and worse still, wooden cutlery degrades it enormously. Having used Holiday Inn Express hotels in cites in Europe, breakfast buffet would have proper crockery, metal cutlery etc. 

After a year of not staying at your hotel due to pricing, I decided to return, as the rates seemed more reasonable this time. I’m so glad I did! My stay was truly enjoyable, and I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to Brandon at the front desk, who greeted us warmly and thoughtfully offered bottled water—a small but meaningful touch. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find room slippers, earplugs, and sanitizing wipes. The bed sheets and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the hotel’s commitment to inclusivity. I truly admire that you employ staff with disabilities in the breakfast area and provide clear communication instructions at each table—this is both thoughtful and commendable. Breakfast was another highlight! In addition to the hot food options and my favorite Cinnabon buns, I loved the congee, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and the vegetable tray with dip. The variety was fantastic. When checking out, the front desk staff once again offered bottled water for our journey home—another thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. A helpful tip for future guests: be sure to ask for the updated hotel map, which highlights local restaurants beyond the big chains in the mall. If you visit Vancouver for business this is a very cost-effective hotel. The city's metro stops across the street and it takes you downtown in ~20 min. Despite the proximity to the metro, the room I stayed was very quiet. The hotel staff (reception, breakfast area) was very professional and accommodating. The room was standard size with a comfortable bed. The breakfast (included in the price) is buffet style, and for this type of breakfast was actually pretty good quality with great variety. In addition, the reception has a coffee machine for the guests. Adjacent to the hotel (and connected through a door on the 2nd floor) is a small shopping mall which includes a super market. The area around the hotel has many good restaurants of all cousines (Asian, Mexican, Italian, etc). All in 10-15 min walking distance. The reason for the 4-star instead of 5 is that when arrived at the room, although it appeared cleaned, I found a long hair on one of the surfaces in the entrance. I intentionally left it there to see if it will be cleaned the next day, but unfortunately it didn't. I understand that the cleaning crew has limited time to spend in each room (and this was a busy time), but this whole situation made me skeptical about the cleaning thoroughness.

We literally loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent for shopping, food, and public transportation (directly across from Metrotown station). Free, secure underground parking is included in the rate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have great views. The free breakfast is excellent and includes a decent selection of items. The breakfast staff deserves a special mention, in particular Rho, who had the most positive and friendly attitude and got everyone’s morning off to a great start which was appreciated by both young and old. Overall, there is a lot of attention to detail throughout the hotel which you wouldn’t expect for the price you pay. We will definitely be back!

Crystal, the host is lovely, and so is her family! she is super attentive and nice! her cooking is amazing and she treated us like family! the room is nice and cozy, the neighborhood is super quiet and the bed is very comfortable so you sleep great every night and the jacuzzi is amazing! we will definitely come back!

The owners are the unique and greatest feature of this luxurious B&B! Crystal and John are warm, helpful, available at any time while giving their guests space. This is truly a magnificent home away from home with splendid features -- excellent bed, breathtaking view from private balconies, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, wonderful substantial homemade breakfasts. The host leaves homemade cookies in the room, turns down the bed and provides clean sheets and towels daily, offers advice when asked regarding local attractions and transportation and restaurants, phones for taxis and other information. Cannot recommend Crystal's View too highly. Guests are pampered and made to feel right at home!

We stayed in the Vivaldi Suite. Everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, comfortable and has a private balcony that offers fantastic city view (see attached picture). The roomy bathroom has a big jacuzzi tub as well as a shower stall. In addition to the Vivaldi Suite, Crystal's entire house is tastefully decorated. The garden is lovely as well. The home reflects Crystal's artistic thoughts as well as the love in her family. However, what really made our stay memorable was Crystal and John's hospitality. They made us feel like family. Crystal offered many useful tips on what to see and do in the city, she even packed us fruits and yummy home made muffins as snack every day. She also made an exception for our small guest, and we are grateful for her flexibility. Our stay in Vancouver was during a very busy weekend, so we actually had to stay in another B&B for our final night in Vancouver. The other B&B, while also highly rated by reviewers, was no where in comparison to Crystal's lovely place. If we ever decide to stay in a Vancouver B&B again, we will definitely come back to visit Crystal and John. Their impeccable service and warmth made us feel right at home.

Crystal and John are wonderful hosts, very solicitous and helpful, friendly and warm. The house is beautifully kept with a serene, flower-filled garden patio: a balcony with a nice view of the Van City skyline; and easy access to the major highways and attractions like Capilano and Grouse Mountain. Several really good ethnic restaurants were within a five minute drive. North Vancouver is a cinch to navigate and parking is not an issue. Whistler is a fun.90-minute drive with stunning ocean and mountain views asking the way. We appreciated the freshly baked cookies waiting in our room when we arrived, along with "local knowledge" recommendations and advice. Vegetarian-friendly breakfasts were absolutely delicious - possibly the best quiche and omelet I've ever had. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and a large whirlpool tub.

Parking rates are higher than competitors next door. Doesn't have all the necessary kitchen staples to be self sufficient in their apartments. Jacuzzi not cleaned during after hours to be ready during operating hours.

We pulled up to the hotel and were greeted by the staff in such a hospitable and friendly way. It truly set the tone of the stay. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, and it was a delight. We had a balcony with a lovely view of a green space, and the living area was well sized and spaced. The highlight of the stay was my bed. I had a beautiful sleep. I can't say enough about how sumptuous, comfortable and cozy the bed was. This property is pet friendly and charged a very reasonable $40. We had a lovely breakfast at Boulevard the next morning and enjoyed the lively service and the food. I ordered avocado toast, and it was a work of art and flavours.

Our stay at The Sutton was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our growing family! The two-bedroom suite made everything so much easier and gave us the peace and space we needed. The layout was spacious with lots of storage—ideal for a family stay. The staff were outstanding—so kind, helpful, and attentive. And the food? A solid 10 out of 10! Every meal was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. I highly recommend The Sutton to anyone—especially families looking for comfort, space, and exceptional service.

The best combination - amazing place and amazing host. This is a beautiful B&B located in nice and quiet west side of Vancouver in a charming old Victorian house. The minute you walk inside you get the feeling of a home away from home. Lovely decorated living room and dining area. We booked a room for 2 which had a nice size, micro, TV, little balcony. After 2 days the host from his own good heart upgraded us to another room which was even nicer and bigger. Each day he cooked a different and delicious breakfast. The location is also super - safe neighborhood, 5 min walk from the main Robson st, 5 min from grocery store and from a good bakery. As said the host was super nice, helpful, warm and welcoming. He even did our 2 weeks laundry with taking any extra. He had great tips and you could have tell that he really do care. If in the city again we will sure be back to this place, thank you Dennis!

I am an Airbnb host myself with over 800 mostly 5 star reviews. Getting reviews from other hosts can be a mixed bag as we can be a fussy lot who think we know everything but I can say without reservation that Dennis and the Barclay House were fantastic in all ways. The house is comfortable and cozy, breakfast was fantastic (cooked fresh each morning), the location is exceptional, and the host was always available and friendly. It was sparkling clean with all the little touches right at your fingertips. Raining outside? There are umbrellas on the front porch. Out of towels? There's a stack in the hallway available for you to grab. It is centrally located with a short walk to both the Robson Street shopping district and the Denman street restaurants. I will certainly try and book here again should I return to Vancouver!

We stayed in the 'Hideaway' with a large spa bath. The room was warm and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Both mornings, the menu was different offering fresh fruit, cooked eggs and apples to go. We would definitely recommend this piece of luxury. The location was the best. Easy to walk around and very safe with restaurants very close by. Stanley Park, Downtown and Robson Street was just a few blocks away

The bed was very comfortable, and Jm super picky about mattresses! The breakfast was amazing- ham, egg, and cheese bagel with fresh coffee and tea. I requested milk the first day and he had a small pitcher of milk by my plate the second. Dennis was helpful in telling us the best ways to get places. We walked everywhere the second day, even in the rain. The location was amazing.

For some reason we got a free upgrade to the penthouse which was unexpected but extremely appreciated. Great private balcony with a nice view of the city. Huge living space with a jacuzzi rub in the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean.

I really appreciated the top floor area that was available to guests. It had a big kitchen (with access to filtered water), hangout area, big balcony, Jacuzzi, Showers and Sauna. We could have hanged out at the hotel the entire stay.

Location was great. Near Fresh St. Market, UPS Store, 7 - Eleven, Liquor store, Restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Transit Station (YaleTown). Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff was very professional and helpful and courteous.

Spacious room. Comfy bed. USB charging points. Fridge and safe. Iron and ironing board. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, the staff all polite and helpful. Next door is the Taphouse bar and restaurant. The location was good for us, just a short walk from the hotel there is the Lougheed shopping mall and SkyTrain. Using the SkyTrain you can get downtown in 30 minutes or so.

There are several dining options both in the hotel and close by. Parking was easy. The room was roomy and fresh and clean. The sunset view was spectacular and we loved watching the skytrain come and go. The tub was spectacular. The bed was comfy and the location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed on February 2nd, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Gurjot at the front desk—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. Stayed in the king jacuzzi room and it was fantastic!! Spacious, quiet, clean. It is an older property, but very charming. Absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again. The area is fantastic and full of great places to eat and shop.
