Check in was smooth, friendly and professional. We were shown where to park our car, walked to our room and shown how to use the keypad. The room was very clean as was the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our overnight stay and would definetly stay again when in Bright. The grounds were well maintained and the glass safety fencing around the spa was sooo clean, we didnt really know it was there. Well done and thankyou

Facility is pretty new, room is very clean. Welcoming staff. Room space is nice and comfortable. Kitchenette is handy. Heating is good. Secure access to own room with our own passcode, no need to carry key around. Outdoor has a central kitchen and dining area. Location is pretty good, very quick drive into town centre. Overall nice and comfortable environment to stay.

Lovely room, with a private courtyard and clean spa, super comfy bed, little kitchenette with microwave. Everything was neat as a pin, there was even a freezer and washer / Dryer for use. loved our stay, and host Suzie was amazing, super friendly and so helpful. great location too, on main street.

Great location with the mountains in the background and close enough to walk to the supermarket, restaurants and main street.

I recently stayed and had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day. The restaurant on-site was convenient and offered beautiful meals. I would definitely recommend Exies Bagtown to others traveling to Griffith.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Alf the Manager was amazing in his hospitality which was shown amongst all his patrons in the bar & restaurant. I will definitely be back again! I also recommend eating one of their amazing steaks cooked up by their Chef’s.

The property is nice , I used to stay here a lot some years ago when frequenting the Riverina for work. The place is somewhat the same but it did change hands some years ago & the restaurant attached to the property is now owned by another party& the restaurant isn’t open on Monday night nor fo they do breakfast. It’s a shame as I know a lot of reps who stayed here for dinner & Breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a nice place to stay but with out the offer of breakfast I think the prices could come down a little.

Top notch cleanliness during our stay at Exies Bagtown. It was nice and comfy stay. The Toilet was clean and the little kitchenette provided was very handy as well. The Room was also extremely Clean with Air Con and Beds were comfy too. Unlike other hotels, they had provided odorless pest control spray which became very handy :-) Overall, highly recommended. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us a very good briefing at the check-in.

We were in Griffith to visit a family member in hospital. This motel was only a short drive away and therefore very convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. We had room 20 which was newly refurbished. Got the package that includes valet and late checkout. Free Tram zone only 2 mins walk. Shopping centre nearby if doesn't want to go the CBD. Love the infinity pool and jacuzzi (although it was a bit cold, still loving it). Most facilities were excellent. Staff were nice. We didn't have breakfast there, so I can't comment, but it seems cozy.

Everything was awesome cleaning, service and infinity pool with Jacuzzi was more than great. We spent our anniversary there for 2 days and when reception knew it is our anniversary they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift 🎁 which was really very nice and kind of them. In addition, during checking in you get a glass of champagne as a complimentary which doesn't happen in any of hotels no matter how much you paid 😂. Breakfast was very good with many varieties of food and fruits. Really, thanks for having us for sure gonna go again and again.

Never stayed at this property before but seems my stars aligned with this property. I was booked with another Marriott but for some reasons I was transferred to Marriott Docklands. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I automatically got a room upgrade..which I love. Had some initial issues with the housekeeping but I was looked after well with some freebies. What I really loved was the infinity pool at L15 terrace with a built in jacuzzi. With 5 degrees external temperature, sitting in the warm water jacuzzi with a glass of beer in hand was a memorable moment. The staff was great and made my stay memorable. The hotel is just 3-5 minutes walking distance from the nearest Tram station. Since it’s within free tram zone, just hop on and enjoy. There’s not much activity around here so best is to visit the CBD or the waterfront to enjoy. Will definitely visit again whenever the opportunity comes up.

I upgraded to a superior twin room with breakfast included. Room dining service is ok and love the salmon chop. The infinity pool is heated with 28 degrees and Jacuzzi with 37 degrees temp. Nice view of docklands especially sunset view at 8:45pm. With sauna inside women’s bathroom and gym beside. Facilities are clean. Breakfast is a typical australian buffet with beans mushroom tomato egg sausages bacon etc. staff are attentive and friendly overall recommended for another stay and will book once again. Thanks for the lovely hotel and good to experience the highly sought infinity pool and love that i chose the time that its not crowded so spectacular view has been enjoyed

Absolutely awesome stay at this property. We were offered a champagne on check in and the hotel was so quiet, beds were comfortable and room was lovely. The heated pool and Aperol rooftop bar was the standout feature with a stunning backdrop and perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was also fantastic. My friend and I lost track of time just relaxing in this space and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The pool area also had complimentary sunscreen and chilled water and cups ready to keep hydrated. Parking cost was pricey so we parked nearby for overnight stay for half the price. Perfect overnight stay, would recommend and would definitely return!

Had everything we needed. In town for a wedding and it was close to the shearing shed and close to the beach. Lots around within walking distance. The room was clean, great shower and the bed was very comfortable. The lady who greeted me was very kind and friendly.

We loved the excellent location.. three minute walk to the beach.. ⛱️ this motel was lovely and quiet..great facilities and even has a laundry.bbq and utensils you can use. And very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their warmth and helpfulness truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location of the apartments is superb, with easy access to all the major attractions and conveniences. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need just a short walk or drive away. The apartment itself was cozy and warm, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. The interior was well-maintained and offered all the comforts one could ask for. One of the highlights for me was the amazing-looking pool. Although I stayed during a cooler season and didn't get to use it, I am keen to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it. It looks absolutely inviting, and I can imagine it being a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

I was extremely happy with the friendliness of reception staff, who assisted me greatly when I was provided an early check-in and nothing was too much trouble for him, the young lady while checking out was also very courteous and friendly and the house keeping staff were also great and I had enjoyable chats with them on both days of my stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a large balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the crockery and cutlery you would need for a stay. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. There are numerous restaurants and eating places within walking distance as well as other shops. I thoroughly recommend the Manuka Park Serviced Apartments and will stay there on my next visit to Canberra.

We visit the Kingston/Griffith area regularly and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in to-date. Pre-arrival phone call was welcoming and friendly, afterhours check in was quick and easy. Our queen bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Reception staff were very helpful when we had questions (taxi, car-parking etc). We will definitely stay again!

This property is in a great location. Right next to Manuka oval, walking distance to the local shops and a short drive to the city. Our apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. The pool looks beautiful, but it was too cold to swim :-) the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. If we come back to Canberra , we would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were clean and neat. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding for cold nights. Close to loads of restaurants, which was very convenient. The location is quiet as well. Friendly staff, too. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book Manuka Park again in the future.

Bedroom had a queen bed which was super comfy with nice linen, extra blanket in the wardrobe to throw on if necessary. Good quality towels and lashings of hot water! One criticism would be the sink which I found very shallow in the shower room for having a wash in. Nice shampoos and lotion and stand alone hair dryer. Tea & coffee in the rooms and small bar fridge. Parking out the back away from road and access to rooms from back, surprised at how quiet the rooms were with main road and railway passing close by. Best nights sleep for a while! $9 for breakfast in your room - ceral, fruit juice, toast which is all you need, nice to see not over-charging for breakfast which can so often be the case. Free wifi had good speed. Desk was a little tight for working on had to juggle where computer was in relation to jug/kettle due to location of power socket. Nice touch to have a curtain to pull across frosted glass door to keep the light out.

Came down to Warragul for a work trip and stayed one night. Check in was effortless and the room was spotlessly clean. Amenities were good, wifi was fast and the bed was comfy. Room service appeared to be home cooked meals which was just lovely and much better than going out to a restaurant, which isn't what I want after 12 hours working in a remote location! Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Microwave in the room and all the bits and bobs you expect for a nice little motel Location is right on the freeway/main road but you wouldn't know. I didn't hear much noise. Behind it were parks and walking areas. Will definitely come back again when I next visit!

We travel a lot and this is top of the list of motels we have stayed in. Everything you need including microwave, toaster, jug, clean modern bathroom with strong hot reliable shower. Spotlessly clean and amazingly quiet. Most motels are within earshot of a freeway but not this one, we enjoyed a great sleep on our stay.

A great motel, we have stayed here several times. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Clean rooms and a nice big shower. Ample parking. We had four families staying here, and the staff and management were very helpful with booking our multiple rooms and different arrival times.

This is one of the best properties I have had the pleasure to stay in. We booked the Grange Jacuzzi Suite and WOW. So much room - so much luxury and the outdoor spa underneath the sail was uniquely amazing. No details in the presentation and thoughtfulness went unnoticed. This is much more than your average B&B. Exceptional hosts provided the most amazing country breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool. Margaret is the perfect host. She even called me the night before to make sure I had everything I needed on arrival. Simply you won't find better accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. We will absolutely be returning guests!

It was amazing! The owners (Margaret) is amazing, welcoming and hospitable. The grange apartment was so private and romantic! The whole adult retreat experience was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. I could not fault the place in anyway! Perfect in ever way!! I will definitely be a returning guest!

Our room was, large, comfortable, clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the centre of town as well as to the university. Staff were friendly.. Breakfast was pretty good. The buffet selection was not huge, but it was varied and of high quality. The breakfast plan we were on included one cooked item as well as the cold buffet.

The location is fantastic, especially if your trip has anything to do with ANU. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and I appreciated the selection of teas and Nespresso coffee. The bar, restaurant, and Parlour cafe/diner attached to the hotel were convenient and made tasty fare at a reasonable price. I particularly liked the access to a gym from 7am to 10pm. The staff were courteous, good humoured, and always helpful.

Peppers is well-situated in a quiet mostly governmental office neighborhood. Surprisingly, within the block are a pastry shop, a wine bar, cineplex, other hotel with other restaurant and bar. A great restaurant, Rebel Rebel, is only half a block away. The hotel restaurant has good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but definitely adequate. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to it or recommend it to others.

The location is excellent, the appointments are great, the service at check-in, bar and dining perfect. Lovely bright and breezy manager for breakfast. It’s a stroll to ANU, to restaurants, coffee bars etc. The room has everything. All in all we had a great stay.

The sportsman bar accomodation was clean and the staff were great. The only problem we had was that the shower base kept filling up as the drain seemed to be blocked and unfortunately caused some flooding onto the kitchenette area. There was no one we could call as it happened late at night and there were only 2 towels to try and soak it up. The next morning the staff were informed and were very apologetic. Other than that incident it’s a great place to stay clean and quiet

Clean rooms appear to be recently updated with Foxtel channels a plus. Quiet and relaxing location. Sporties club across the road provided great choice of meals at reasonable prices. Large open parking space, with a pool and outdoor facilities make this very comfortable option for golfers or travellers looking for a night or two. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is a gem of a place to stay! It was cosy and warm, bed was super comfy (king), staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing which was a bit sad was the heated pool wasn’t warm and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. But we would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our comfortable warm stay! Thank you!

We were on a road trip when we stayed here. The place has the wow factor as you drive into the property. I had read good reports on Trip Advisor but was so impressed that I sat down straight away to write this review. First, the welcome at reception was very friendly and professional. The whole place looked warm and inviting. We parked underneath in a parking area that is locked at 1am. On opening the door to our room, we were delighted. We had booked a twin queen room. There were indeed 2 lovely, comfortable queens. The whole room, while modern, had a baroque feel to it with the furnishings. The bathroom was clean, bright, modern. The wifi was quick and reliable, the TV a good size, the beds and pillows comfy. There was onsite dining and room service but we opted for nearby takeaway. We didn’t hear any traffic noise. We are not familiar with Albury so can’t comment on the immediate area. We were next to an Aldi and over the road from an Amart. The only con I could find was the banging pipe noises when hot taps were turned off in the room next door- which turned out to be a hotel toilet. We were in room 5. This hotel has the feel of much a much more upmarket establishment. We would definitely stay again but I would ask for a room further down the hallway because I suspect that if the dining room was busy, there might be a lot of traffic to the toilet.

5 out of 5 for a quick family stay. The beds were a dream. So soft and comfortable. Large shower with good pressure and heat. Lovely old manor style and decorative feel to the place. Comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms with plush carpet and lovely restaurants. The day we visited it was 8 degrees outside, so the indoor heated pool, spa and sauna was a treat. Fun thing to do as a family before breakfast. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Undercover and outside parking for taller vehicles. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, large clean room, comfortable king bed. Even though it is near the main highway, the room was quiet. The bathroom and soft furnishings are in need of refreshing. Secure and accessible parking and the restaurant breakfast had a basic selection for the ‘continental’ and several choices for hot options. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to town.

We really liked that we could walk easily to the train station, shopping across the road, into the town centre or one of the several dining options nearby. Our room was spacious, clean and, best of all, very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The bed was comfy. Very handy to have an in-house restaurant as well as in room dining option even though options were quite modest. Overall, we'd happily choose to stay at the Albury Manor House again.

Simple breakfast items provided, though all gluten or dairy items so I couldn't use any of it, but it was nice that they made the effort (went above and beyond!) Great location, close to everything. Room beautifully decorated and spacious. Location is extremely convenient to shopping and dining out. Of the latter there are plenty of excellent options within walking distance. Parking is tight but if fellow guests park considerately there’s room for everyone and further on street parking just outside. Bed is super comfy and great shower. Loved the aesthetic of the place - so cosy.

This is a gorgeous, comfortable, well appointed Hotel and I really loved it. The free breakfast, super comfortable high quality bed and linen and the deep bath for a nice warm soak were ideal. I would highly recommend instead of some ordinary brand named hotel when the character and quality of the Houston exists in the same town! Wifi was excellent and the owners are flexible and even allowed me to stay there for a late check out to finish off some work commitments. If you are travelling for business or pleasure, treat yourself you will be so glad you did. This will become more go to stop off in Wagga from now on.

It is a beautiful old property that has been converted to a boutique hotel. Extremely clean and rveryhing you should want from high quality soaps snd big fluffy towels in the bathroom. A proper coffee machine, and really nice muesli and yoghurt for breakfast. Very leafy and quiet. A very nice part of Wagga Wagga.

This hotel was in a fantastic location with easy access to trams, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores…..everything you need. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant which included a wide variety of delicious foods

What an amazing motel!! From the moment we pulled up for valet parking, to the moment we left, we received 5 star service and especially appreciated the kind and unexpected gift for our anniversary. The motel is the epitome of class. High ceilings, beautiful decor, state of the art facilities. We treated ourself to the high floor room with seperate bath and oh my goodness was it way more than we expected! So spacious, clean & modern, but again, full of class and luxury finishes. The bath overlooking the city, with floor to ceiling windows was just next level amazing! Super comfortable bed, and a well soundproofed room that you wouldn’t know you were right in the CBD! We will definitely be coming back here again

We loved staying at the voco, a beautiful building inside and out right in the heart of Melbourne. Easy to walk to surrounding shopping centres such as emporium and Melbourne central and had the lovely hardware lane to pick from numerous restaurants just across the street. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely, the view from the deep soak bathtub was gorgeous. If I had to be very picky and find something to whinge about. We found the mattress just a fraction hard- but we are used to a luxe mattress at home, and the pillows were a bit soft for our liking but that’s personal preference. The elevators were fast to use and had a great system for keeping flow happening throughout the day. We loved our breakfast at the blacksmith! Highly recommend during your staff! Unfortunately we didn’t make it there for dinner but we knew it would’ve been good as well.

Very nice hotel in Melbourne. Great service from staff who were all so friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with very nice beds in. The city view was quite amazing. The hotel is close to transport and the 'free round the CBD' tram (number 35) is within about a 20 minute walk away. Free cooled water was freely available from near the reception area. The breakfast, buffet style, was very well laid out and had an excellent selection of foods.

The hotel location was conveniently located near to the trams and also to Melbourne Central station for easy access to trains. It was walking distance from many food options, malls etc. The rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet too. The staff were very helpful & friendly (Michael and team at Blacksmith Grill, Howard and team at Reception during check-in) and always made our mornings a lovely start to the day. We would gladly be back to stay here again!

The room we had was like a small apartment, with a double bed in the main area and another separate bedroom. There was a full kitchen and a large jacuzzi style tub. The room was very comfortable. I liked being able to park directly in front of my room, with direct ground-level access. The location was good, a couple of blocks back from the main road and the beach, but it was a short 5-minute walk to get there. The beach at Apollo Bay is great

Good, simple, comfortable Aussie motel in a quiet location. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom fresh and the kitchen area (which we had not expected - thanks!) was handy. We used the BBQ area to enjoy breakfast outside, and the convenient clothesline to dry beach clothes. We did however feel our room would have been more comfortable with the bed and the sofa swapped as the bed was very close to the front window and the middle of the room looked rather bare.

Great motel, it is a traditional motel, car space our front, straight into room. The room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchen area. Clean, comfortable bed. The owner is really lovely, friendly and helpful with local information and recommend the good places to eat and the ones to avoid! This motel is set back from the Main Street which is a good thing, no road noise and no hustle and bustle. It was a short 5 minute walk to all of the shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely recommend and be happy to stay there again.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Apollo Bay. We had a really comfortable spacious room with everything we needed. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Great value motel! Will be back to stay whenever we visit Apollo Bay.

Such a nice motel away from the main road. We had a corner queen room and though a bit small it had everything we needed for a one night stay. Great air conditioner plus ceiling fan, comfy (but soft) queen sized bed, little table and 2 chairs to sit at plus an arm chair in the corner. The bathroom is a bit tight, sort of what I’d expect on a boat, but fit the bill. We walked 5 minutes to a grocery store and bought fruit, milk and cereal for breakfast. Dishes and cutlery in the cupboard, tea, coffee and milk in the room. Odd there is no microwave in the room. Lovely location, friendly owner with helpful suggestions for our drive along the Great Ocean Road. Very happy with our stay.

This place is hard to find with the entry hidden way but once you find it you will be impressed! We had an overnight stay here in ‘The Grande Vista’ room. It was beautiful! Great view of the corner street, close walk to everything, very clean and a great size room. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was spacious enough for two people. It was very clean and the staff are very helpful and professional. The price is pretty reasonable given the location. I would recommend this place .

Lovely boutique accommodation in the heart of Mansfield. Central to everything, yet quiet. Great restoration/ transformation of old bank building. Very elegant and tastefully decorated rooms. We had a refreshing spa bath in our room. Well stocked bar fridge if you needed that. Complimentary pod coffee. Air conditioning. Very comfortable king bed. Easy to deal with management. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a beautiful place to stay , all the rooms are unique in their own way and the finishing touches throughout were great . Loved the lounge downstairs as it was a nice place to unwind after dinner with a wine and friends. The rooms themselves are very tastefully done and as I said before they are all unique. Bed was great and the room it self had plenty of room , the bathroom was generous with a shower and a spa bath .Everything was clean and tidy and close to everything . You are able to walk to the restaurants with ease.There is no personal greeting ,it is all through pinpads which adds to the privacy . Communication with Sue was fantastic and prompt. I did not find being on the corner noisy at all. I would be more than happy to stay here again because f the service from Sue, the location and it was a beautiful property . Thanks again Sue

Loved the comfort and charm of The Deck Quarters. Set in a grand old Victorian building with 12’ ceilings, this boutique accommodation offers something a little different. We recommend and would book it again. Great value. We discovered the TV remote control was missing batteries but after texting the owner, within 15 mins this problem was resolved. The location is great with many dining options only mins walk away. Although a central location on the Main Street of Mansfield ,there was no street noise and were not aware of any other guests being present. Very peaceful. Parking on the street right outside the building was easily accessible at no cost. The bathroom area was spotless with a fantastic double spa and the bed very comfortable. A great stop over for breaking up a Buller trip or for sight seeing the Mansfield area. We were very happy with The Deck Quarters and enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely, perfect for families. We have two small boys, the playground and tennis court was great for them to run around in. We didn't use the pool because we were at the beach but it looked lovely, safe & clean.

Relaxed feeling, nice decor, peaceful. The owners were friendly and the villas are clean and spacious. If I had to fault anything it was the bathroom light didn't work properly but that was nothing as the property is lovely and will certainly return. Cute little Bali cards in the draw are a nice touch to. The driveway is fully lit up if you are driving back at night to :)

We had a lovely relaxing stay, the accomodation was clean and tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool. Handy to Cowes and the shopping and dining there as well as the touristy things to do on the island. The hosts were friendly and shared their local knowledge.

After a nightmare experience at a nearby location. This place was awesome! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of storage space for suitcases. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. When we needed an extra bed, they were only too happy to provide one. They've also been happy to provide extra pillows and towels. Beds being comfortable is a requirement of mine and I was more than happy with these. The bathroom tap is a bit unusual but works fine. I know some reviews have complained about insufficient hot water but we had 4 adults in one room and didn't have a problem with running out of hot water once. The shower does take some training to get the temperature right, but by shower #2 I'd mastered it. I also enjoyed the fact that you can just walk straight into the shower, there's no step up or anything. There's also plenty of car park spaces and a KFC literally next door. There is a bar fridge and a microwave and bench area so you could do simple meals if you wanted to. I'd be more than happy to stay here again. It's an affordable place to stay that's clean.

My husband and I have stayed at the hotel before and they didn’t disappoint. They accommodated us really well because we were arriving very late. They supplied our room key in the lock box and provided the pin details ahead of time and took PayID for the $100 security bond. Staff was very kind and provided anything we needed e.g. extra towels, tea, coffee and biscuits. The bed was large and comfortable with extra pillows and blankets supplied in the room. The shower was very spacious with good water pressure and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Thanks for another enjoyable stay.

Although the room could do with a revamp, I found it extremely comfortable and it was great for the short time I stayed. Quiet and safe surroundings, and it's placed in a convenient location with only a short travel to the main part of Dandenong. The owner or one of the staff that I checked in with (25/10/2023) was very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again.

I spent 2 weeks staying here so I could be near my elderly mum in hospital and I couldn’t have chosen better. The room was very clean, the hot water & shower were excellent, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything I needed (eg a microwave). The price was very very reasonable. Lillian the manager couldn’t have been more accommodating, gracious and professional. The other staff were fantastic also. I was only able to extend my stay bit by bit as we didn’t know when mum would be discharged from hosp, but the staff were fantastic, always keeping my room free in advance just in case I needed to stay longer, which actually happened several times. I was so impressed that I didn’t hesitate to choose this motel a week later for one night. Thank you Lillian and staff for making me feel very at home and welcome! PS yes it’s on Princes HWY, but no it’s NOT noisy in the rooms because it’s on the service road. And there is no traffic on the HWY late at night.

Nice spacious motel room. Clean and tidy. Didn't try the breakfast - got there too late to put in order. Reception efficient and helpful enough for the price. KFC next door for late night snack runs. Small complex. Plenty of parking.

This resort is in a great spot across the road from the beach and about a 1k walk from shop and restaurant precinct (along the beach). Terrific outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym and spa at the resort. BBQ and playgrounds are there as well. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool. Restaurant downstairs too. Torquay is a stunning place for a holiday. Surfers will love it. However you are actually not part of the resort. This means the front desk can’t help and you pick up the key from a different spot about a k away. There’s no tidying of the room while there and the after hours emergency number is actually a text message service. They were quick to respond. Some facilities are tired. The carpet smells of smoke. It’s great to have a microwave in the room and the shower was great. It’s a pretty good deal. We had a ball.

Nice clean room. Handy having a small fridge/microwave/kettle. Perfect for a quick break. Good location to central town. Right opposite a lovely beach.

Nice clean room, comfy beds. Pool area needs more sunlounges and umbrellas for shade. The pool was very cold, even on a 30 degree day! Everyone was in the spa. Didn’t supply beach towels in the room. Bring your own! Nice walk to the shops and beach. We had a great 2 night stay.

pools are amazing, outdoor heated pool was the best and the ocean directly across the road was ideal. Highly recommend the calamari from the onsite bar/ restaurant. Thats where the good review finishes, so now the rooms. The carpets are filthy and the bathroom had cobwebs. Balcony also had cobwebs and needed a good sweep.

fantastic room with a beautiful view. The best in the resort. Rooms are new and fresh with great appliances, TVs and broadband. parking can be a struggle, but otherwise perfect!

We had 4 brilliant days at Intercontinental Hotel, Sorrento staying in a heritage room with views out over the bay and another window overlooking the oasis-like pool area. Our experience from arrival was excellent - there were two very friendly ladies at Reception and we were checked in by Isabella. Isabella was amazing - she was very helpful and generous with her time and helped us with local maps and tips on local walking trails, wineries and other attractions in Sorrento and across the Mornington Peninsula. The hotel is a beautiful combination of the historic 150 year old Continental Hotel and the exquisite modern touches of the InterContinental Hotel Group. It has a number of bars, restaurants, an amazing pool area, day spa and lots of other facilities. The bars also have great large screen tvs for sports lovers (we were here during the second week of the Australian Open tennis). The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The free minibar was well stocked and replenished every day. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Without exception the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and service first class. Highly recommended!

Beautiful heritage property, located on the main street of Sorrento. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well and it was great to have parking, breakfast and mini bar included. We had separate bathtub to shower, and the bathroom was large to accommodate 2 people in there without being cramped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout and it had a very chilled ambient atmosphere. The decor in the rooms are fresh and summery yet the velvet textures give it a more regal feel. Mark and Kyle at the cafe provided excellent service during our breakfast seatings and the croissant alacarte selections were a great touch. Only feedback was that sometimes the wait to be served at the restaurants/front desk were longer than expected. Absolutely loved the Bathhouse visit - the girls at reception and back of house were fantastic and truly accommodating (especially getting me into the venue last minute). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future for another special occasion.

The Intercontinental Sorrento is a great hotel and is only a couple of hours from Melbourne. I would call it a beach resort it’s close to the beach and has a large outdoor heated pool with a truely Mediterranean vibe. The pool area is large, elegant with plenty of banana lounges, table and chairs and shade if you want it. You even get a beach view. The pool bar service makes it even more enticing. The staff everywhere in the hotel are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is included and of a high quality. It also has 3 places to have lunch and dinner with a range of prices catering for everyone. The room rate isn’t cheap but where else can you get the same facilities. It was just as good as being in a resort in port Douglas, palm cove, Italy or Greece but we didn’t have to fly.

A lovely one night getaway for our anniversary. The room (1 King Premium Terrace) was spacious with a free mini bar with yummy snacks and drinks. Ocean glimpses from the terrace. The pool area was nice with great ocean views. We had dinner at the Conti which was yummy and great value. Highly recommend the chicken burger! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but made special by the wonderful omelette station and the excellent chef in charge of it. One of the best omelettes I’ve had. Thank you for making our anniversary so special Intercontinental Sorrento. We look forward to booking again and bringing our kids down for another getaway.

I stayed two nights at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sorrento, VIC . I was there for a family wedding in nearby Portsea. The room I was in, whilst not overly spacious was so beautifully furnished and most importantly had a very comfortable king size bed with choice of pillows you can organise on line prior to your visit. The bar was well stocked with drinks and snacks. There are different bars and restaurants located in the hotel. I only had the opportunity to eat breakfast at Cee Cee’s dining room because of the family commitments. There was so much hot and cold food on offer in the buffet style dining room, including a chef to cook your preferred omelettes. There is a spa and bathhouse on hand if you have time to pamper yourself. Another bonus is the underground car parking which is so convenient when you arrive, to drive straight in to. The hotel is located at the top of the main street in Sorrento with its array of shops and galleries to browse in, to different beaches located a short drive away, including surf beaches for the enthusiasts. A great place to visit and a must stay at the Intercontinental Hotel.
