The DO&CO Hotel Vienna is truly located in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, with everything just a stone's throw away. The room size is quite acceptable for a boutique hotel, and the views from our suite with the balcony were simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic sight of Vienna. Breakfast on the rooftop balcony was unforgettable, a perfect way to start the day. From the beginning, the porter, the reception team, and all the staff were kind, professional, and attentive. The cleanliness and service were top-notch, with everything handled promptly and accurately. We stayed for four nights in two rooms right next to each other, enjoying the best access to all that Vienna has to offer. With just one elevator change, you can easily reach the train station and explore the entire city with ease. It was a very memorable stay, and we thank you for making our visit so special.

Hotel location is just super, restaurant, breakfast and service were just perfect. Bed were comfortable, also the extra bed were comfortable. Minibar selection were good. Shower gel and balsam were nice also.

When we entered the room, its size surprised us...the room was huge! I booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was a great choice. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from.

The room was fit for a Queen, bathrooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. the location was perfect for walking throughout Vienna. Quiet area and close to all public transport.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was nice and quiet and close to some great restaurants. It was also a great location to get around using scooters, and close to a beautiful park with the large Ferris wheel and amusement park perfect for kids. Because it was a 3 star, I went in with relatively low expectations, but reviews said it was clean and it was. It was really great for the price and I would stay there again.

Hotel Urania was a lovely boutique hotel with personal service. Alexander was very helpful with making dinner reservations for us, providing us with useful tips about Vienna, and being kind to two Canadians who have never been to Vienna. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet location but is close to many attractions and close to the public transit. We would recommend staying here.

The perfect location just outside the old centre makes this the perfect base for vienna trips. The wonderful staff is VERY helpful, and makes the stay here a dream. The staff is very friendly and tries to make the trip even more memorable! Would certainly return here or recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Liked • The room was clean and very quiet and the beds comfortable, not too hard. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was great, walkable to most sights and the city center. It was a very pleasant stay overall. Disliked • Breakfast was the same every day (only the pastries changed) and didn't have enough variety. For example, there was no fish, hummus, salads, dips, pancakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, or any fried potatoes or hash browns on the buffet. The fruit was unripe/hard every day (melon and kiwis). The coffee machine on the right side delivers only lukewarm coffee. I mentioned it every day, but nothing was done about it. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people, about 16 sqm. We received a partial refund as they didn't have the room category we had booked.

Excellent location, walk to museums, dining and Christmas markets. The hotel was clean and in a safe area for solo travelers. The beds were a bit too firm and small by American standards but seems typical for a European hotel. The front desk staff was not very friendly but the ladies running the breakfast buffet were extremely nice and highly efficient. Highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel, very fresh and many different kinds of food options. Also one night we had a drink at the small lobby bar and the bartender was super nice as well. My sister and I stayed three nights and overall thought it was a great hotel for leisure travelers that enjoy walking.

A charming hotel, with nicely appointed rooms offering terrific views of the Viennese skyline. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with an impressive variety for a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and wonderfully accommodating. The subway is a short (<5 min) walk away, with a mere 2-3 stops to the city center. The local neighborhood has a wonderfully eclectic feel, with apartments, a playground, shops, a theater, and various eateries. Nice accommodations, friendly staff, convenient transportation, and a nice neighborhood — all for reasonable prices. What more could you want? Highly recommended. :)

Great location near the Museums Quartier (and U-Bahn Access); very friendly and helpful staff; fabulous breakfast buffet; quiet street 5-10 minutes walk from all the action; incredible view of the city from our room (book the “Quiet City View” room).

Area was super convenient. There is a bar on the corner of the block where people stand outside and seem to yell all night. The bar apparently stays open until 6AM. The hotel was lovely and clean and I can’t blame them for a local business with noisy customers. Just something to think about if you stay here. Also, I did pick this place because it had air conditioning yet once I got there they had shut it off for the winter so I had to deal with their idea of a comfortable room temp. Had to open the windows to cool the room and then the bar yelling customers were even louder. Needless to say, if you’re used to air conditioning in your hotel rooms and it’s not summertime (we stayed at the beginning of November) you are in for a disappointment with that. Overall, I loved the location, the room was very clean, staff were all pleasant and it wasn’t crazy expensive so I’d definitely stay here again.

The K K Palais Hotel, Vienna is situated in a quiet area of the city about 10 minutes from the centre. We felt very safe walking back there late in the evening and there was a local supermarket very close by, if needed. The hotel was clean and offered a good selection of drinks at the bar and for the buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced. Our twin room was very clean and serviced daily with clean towels, complimentary water and tea/coffee etc. The room, on the 6th floor, was quiet and accessible by 2 reliable lifts and all communal areas were clean with a working cash machine in the lobby and computer access if needed. Although we didn't have much contact with the front desk staff, except for checking in and out, we did ask for assistance getting a taxi and this was dealt with efficiently but time to destination and cost wasn't able to be got from the taxi firm for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here in the future. Vienna is such a beautiful city :)

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in the centre of Vienna within a short walk of shops, restaurants, local transport and places of interest. We were in room 107 on the first floor. The room was a reasonable size and had a large picture window with a view of the square in front of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean as was the hotel itself. I should also mention that Vienna itself is also spotlessly clean - it puts my own home city (London) to shame! Decent wi-fi available in the room and a good selection of foods available at breakfast where the ‘breakfast ladies’ did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Although there were a couple of very minor issues during our stay these did not detract from our overall impression of the hotel and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the centre of Vienna.

Nice clean hotel in a very quiet central area near to the shops but quite far away to Hofburg and Schronbrunn Palaces. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was small with a small bathroom too but adequate for our needs and left very clean each day. Breakfasts were good and the waiting staff very pleasant and helpful, one young girl in particular has to be mentioned - Lila - she was the happy, smiling face we saw each morning and at the reception later some days. One thing to note - the hotel does not have a lounge area so nowhere to sit in the evening so if money allows book a Spacious room with a small seating area. Lots of nice restaurants near the hotel too. We booked a taxi with the hotel to collect us at the airport on arrival which didn't arrive! We tried to phone the hotel but couldn't get through so we got an Uber instead - he charged us 40Euro and the cost from the hotel was 56Euro so a lot more expensive. The hotel staff did apologise for the mistake and instead arranged a taxi back to the airport for our return flight.

We loved it here! We stayed from Dec. 6th - 9th. The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was quite convenient to get to places!! We were here for three nights and my family is still talking about how fresh their croissants were for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Vienna is just breathtaking with such amazing architecture and history…not to mention the beautiful, beautiful churches! The K & K was a great choice for our family to walk to these places and/or take a quick train.

It was our first abroad holiday with our 3 years old, we also brought our carriage. Therefore we could almost go by walking to popular places. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had a great experience during my stay here. The location was excellent—just a short walk from public transport, which made getting around the city super easy. The apartment itself was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals, which was a huge plus. All the utensils and appliances were available and in good condition. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the spacious layout—it didn’t feel cramped at all, making the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical place to stay. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located space with all the essentials for a comfortable visit.

The apartment in which we stayed was spacious and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchenette and it also features a large balcony. It is located near tram, bus and S-Bahn stations with fast access to the city center. In the vicinity there are some fast-food joints and a supermarket. It is a good place to stay in Vienna.

The apartments are comfortable, new, everything was clean and neat. We liked everything, the terrace was beautiful, it's a pity that we were only there for one night. The location is quite convenient, there is a very good transport interchange nearby. There is also a supermarket very close by. The staff is polite, we had no problems😊

I really liked how clean the apartment was. It was very quiet inside thanks to good insulation, and it had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The beds were super comfortable too, which made my stay very relaxing.

Very clean, well maintained, new estate with reception service and private covered parking (for 20€ per day). Fast wi-fi. However would be a bit greater if they had located a washing machine too. The flat receives sunlight and provides a positive vibe. Linens are very well maintaned and clean. WC and Shower worked perfectly.

Location was just outside of the centre, but there were plenty of transport links - trams, buses and the U6 underground. All within walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There were some renovation works ongoing, but we were not disturbed at all. The breakfast was substantial, with plenty of options catering for all. Breakfast staff were fantastic - very friendly, warm and helpful. The hotel also has a well-stocked, reasonably-priced bar.

A real find! Beautiful, friendly and with an incredible breakfast. The rooms were quirky with comfortable beds and air conditioning. We loved the old building with the very cool old lift and secret garden. Very conveniently placed on the metro and tram lines. Great places to eat nearby and a nice bar in the hotel int he evening. The staff were super helpful and overall we had a wonderful stay.

Reception open 24 hours. Nice terrace area. Nice breakfast. Beautiful room. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even mailed my postcards for me. When our shower head was broken they fixed it while we were out of the room.

The apartment is in an excellent location, and we were provided with parking passes for our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with a huge park full of greenery right across the street. The interior of the apartment was simply amazing—everything we could have wished for! From a jacuzzi bathtub to a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and more, it was all there. The cleanliness was impeccable. We travel to Vienna quite often, but now I’m certain we’ve found our perfect accommodation. We’ll definitely be back!

Very well furnished apartment with a lot of attention to detail. Gorgeous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Well-equipped kitchen. Good location—the apartment(s) are part of a 3-story house. Parking on the street is available, and there are clear instructions (please do follow them!) on what to do. But above everything—the hostess! She is always ready to help, answer any questions, and resolve any issues! The pan was severely scratched to the point it was almost unusable. We asked for it to be replaced, and 15 minutes later, a cleaning lady brought us the new one! Amazing service that is very rare these days. On the day of check-in, we could not find a special "blue card" for parking, which I reported to the hostess. The hostess said she would bring it in an hour, but we didn't want to wait and went to Vienna Center. When we returned, we found a parking ticket on the windshield of our car. The hostess came the next morning and paid the parking ticket! It is rare to find Airbnb owners who care about their guests this much.

We stayed in the apartment for a full month, which gave us the perfect opportunity to really settle in and experience it as a home away from home. There are so many great things to say about this place. First and foremost, the location is ideal — with multiple public transport options just a short walk away, it made getting into the city centre quick and easy. Most of the equipment and appliances were modern, clean, and in excellent condition, which made day-to-day living hassle-free. Our host was genuinely wonderful — warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival with a delicious selection of cakes, and when it came time to leave, she saw us off with a kind gesture and a lovely drink. Small touches like these made a big difference and really elevated the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a longer stay in the area.

This apartment was modern and clean, lots of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were soft and wonderful. No street noise. They included a parking pass for street parking out front in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is 34-40minutes away from city center with public trasport. There was a bus stop not far away but you want to buy tickets at the airport or online cause there is no machine to buy tickets there and you can't buy ticket on the bus, so plan ahead. There were several grocery stores not far away billa was a short walk and there was Aldi but they called it another name it was a bit farther walk up the road. The host was helpful and so kind to let us do an earlier cgeckin due to our flight coming in early. This was our best stay in Vienna. Would highly recommend it.

Due to the Finnair strike, my travel plans were severely disrupted. The owner went above and beyond to help me reschedule and minimize my losses. Everything was just perfect! Very comfortable, spacious, clean and cozy apartment! Photos of the apartment are very accurate. The host is very friendly and we communicated with him without a problem. Only 3 minutes walk from metro station. One metro station away from park&ride parking lot.

Very spacious,and very clean, comfortable furnished apartment. Nice wooden floor. Clean snd quiet house. Excellent location, within walking distance to the Ernst Happel stadium. Very close to the metro or tram station, a couple of stations to the center, to Prater, to Donaucity. We felt safe in the surroundings.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, comfortable bed and sofa, in the kitchen all necessary things. Self check-in simple and convenient. The location is great, whether you come for work or for leisure - close to all important points, just a walk to the Hundertwasser buildings, lots of restaurants around. There are many parking lots in the area, so we had no problem finding a place for the car. We had a very pleasant trip!

I don't understand the negative reviews on the hotel, yes this is a basic hotel, but a positive basic. The location is perfect, you are two minutes from the underground and a 10 minute ride into the centre of Vienna. Yes, there is construction outside the hotel to improve the underground links, but this is not the fault of the hotel! The staff are kind and helpful, very polite. The hotel is clean and has everything you need with the bar serving reasonably priced drinks. Rooms are basic, but very clean, towels provided and the shower was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The mini bar was not working. The shower cabin is small and should be bigger. The WiFi signal is quite week and should be much better. Excellent location of the hotel and connection with the city center by transport.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for 'area around the property' was because there was major construction going on directly across the street at all hours. We didn't realize our windows were open so we heard all of the noise at all hours of the night until this was discovered. But a closed window did keep out the noise. We would stay here again. It is close to some dining. It's a few blocks walk to the Naschmarkt. The hotel is clean and updated. The room was spacious. The front desk staff was VERY helpful and nice. They went over and above to be friendly. There is a restaurant on the property. We met a lovely front desk worker who is a student from Crete who helped us tremendously with our day trip planning and departure to the train station. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was such a superb find! We stayed in the Family Suite room, which is a 2-bdrm suite, with our two teen children, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, the rooms were very large, and the location was fantastic. A 2-minute walk to the U-Bahnstation, a 15-min walk to the Naschmarkt, and street vendors right across the street with excellent and very inexpensive Döner, falafel, and schnitzel. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was also fantastic. Will definitely come again! Only thing preventing 5 stars on the area was lots of construction happening, but noise wasn’t an issue at all.

Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :)

Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely.

We had a perfect stay at Hotel Das Tyrol. It’s a beautiful, modern boutique hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are bright and airy, thanks to large windows and plenty of natural light. They’re not overly spacious, but thoughtfully designed with everything you need; spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was outstanding (a la carte): fresh, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. Also, fair pricing. The hotel itself is small and cozy, which made the experience feel personal and relaxing. The location is excellent - right on a vibrant shopping street and just a short walk from the city center, museums, shops, and restaurants. There is no parking for hotel so we used a nearby public parking garage (couple of minutes walk). The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is quite perfect, not too close from the inner city but still so central , in a quiet pedestrian street. The space is in the room, everything is pristine clean. The bed is really comfy, the boutique style is nice and feels luxurious. The private spa (free) is really comfortable, you have a massive aquarium with exotic fish, a steam room, a hammam, a huge shower and 2 beds. Breakfast is great value and until 11.30am The staff is really helpful and very welcoming The free mini bar, the housekeeping done even late in the day. The price value for a capital city like Vienna

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. The location couldn't be any better - it is in a central spot of Vienna, located literally just across the road from the Museum Quarter and a 10 minute walk to Naschmarkt in one direction, and the Hofburg in the other. I had a small superior room - it was very chic and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, Dyson hair drier, heated bathroom floor… the only small issue was with the air con which I found very noisy, but with a bit of help from the lovely receptionist I managed to figure out how to switch it off (the room is very modern and high tech!) . Breakfast in the morning was in the funky bar area and was absolutely superb - fresh orange juice, delicious homemade Bircher Muesli, and a big thank you to the superb chef who produced lovely freshly prepared egg dishes each morning. The staff without exception were all friendly and helpful - thank you for the recommendation to go to the Easter Market at Schonbrunn Palace - I bought loads of lovely things! Also a big thank you to the housekeeping for my lovely clean room and a chocolate left on the pillow each day. One of the nicest city centre hotels I've ever stayed at - thank you for a lovely stay.

Adorable boutique hotel in perfect location near museum quarter. Never needed a taxi to get around to shops, museums, or restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and real art hanging on the walls, beds comfortable, amenities nice, and restaurant has delicious coffee and pastries. We stayed in the largest king room with balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Just the most wonderful hotel. From the moment we walked in there was a warm welcome & all of the staff here are incredibly friendly & helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble. We had a superior double room, it was absolute luxury, one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home, quality tea & coffee, mini fridge & a comfortable sofa, so you didn’t always have to sit on the bed. Brilliant bathroom with lovely toiletries available. We booked our stay with breakfast included, but if you don’t I strongly recommend having it at the hotel, there is a wonderful a la carte menu, a wide range of choices & all beautifully prepared to order. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated & you feel a bit like you are staying in the coolest modern art gallery, so much fun & quirky stuff to look at & all brilliantly thought out. I cannot fault this hotel in any way.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Just about everthing (see below). Your staff are exceptional in every respect, warm, welcoming, efficient, eager to help your guests, and always with a smile. The public rooms are stunning; the luxury of the red salon and the blue bar are incomparably beautiful. The chocolate-covered Easter egg in the lobby was charming beyond words. Such personal attention to everything! The public rooms were sparklingly clean. The location is of course perfect. The expensive breakfast was worth every penny.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was quiet and peaceful and all of the staff were very accomodating. Alexandre Dimitrijovic at the breckfast buffet was particularly kind and professional and Dimitris at the Rote Bar helped make our evening dinner very special.
