The hotel had a good location, right beside the chair lift to the Treetop walk. It has good car parking across the road from the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious and airy with a nice bathroom which had a jacuzzi bath. The pool is nice too. The restaurant is good, both for dinner and breakfast, with a good spread and attentive staff. Finally, you might meet Bertha, their resident Burmese mountain dog..

The hotel's attention to details is simply astonishing, every where you look you find something more. The spa is great, clean and has good options ranging from jacuzzi, steam room, saunas & even a salin room. Beds are comfortable and we had a pretty big balcony with views over the mountains. Breakfast has good options & we even had live piano which was amazing.

The room was excellent but any room is unique and dofernet, the staff very friendly and helpful we had very pleasant stay with all the wellness facilities. Salt water pool and jacuzzi, sweedsih foot massage and dry sauna with an ice cold bath end the salt cave. We very happy with the food, breakfast which was included and Swedish stile and also the dinner. Perfect wiev from our room on Bachledka Koruna stromov. We can highly recommend this place to everyone who likes to hike or sky and wishes to relax in a prefect atmosphere afterwards.

Our spacious comfortable room with a beautiful view of the mountains, the extensive buffet breakfast(with live piano music on Sunday morning) and delicious dinners, the amazing spa with quite a large indoor pool and the extremely friendly professional staff, all contributed to our wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel.

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!

The hotel is inside the city, 2 minutes from the center. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast is perfectly fine, the staff is helpful. Reading other reviews, we had similar issues. It was cold in the room, you could only heat it with the air conditioner, which was loud, so we didn't use it at night. Normal towels were not provided, only hand towels, there were no bathrobes, parking was quite overpriced. The jacuzzi was not working, although someone came to help, but it stopped every 10 seconds, shock. However, in our case, the staff always helped, and we absolutely appreciated that. Thank God we had a parking space, but it was the most expensive we ever paid in Europe. It would be better if they put it in the room, then it wouldn't be so blood-curdling. Regardless of everything, we had a good time.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We had a big balcony with a nice view on the mountain. Room was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room had AC inside and free wifi. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with so much food to choose from! Hotel staff is very nice!. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Location was perfect, at the centre of Zakopane and quiet in the night at the same time. Parking was free in front of Villa, and we was allowed to let the car on parking slot also after checkout since we wanted spend some time in Krupowki street at our last day there. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back and highly recommend this Villa. And the bathroom in our room is something what you really want at your vacation stay. It was very good equipped and very nice.

Great hotel, clean and modern rooms, right in the city centre, very close to nice restaurants, shops and attractions. The staff informed us that there were some minor issues with bookings which didn’t affect us, but we were upgraded to a premium room without asking anyway which was very nice! Good breakfast and a secure parking space were a bonus!

The room was massive ! with a big bathroom and spacious shower (we had family room). The lady at reception very friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast. 4mins walk from famous "Krupowki " Parking on site (although quite busy).

Best place to stay before exploring the Treetop walk Bachledka. Modern, quiet and spacious for 2 adults (we booked one of the "Lux" apartment). Ask for the rooms/apartments on the east side of the building, there's a small creek running there and with open windows it's worth a therapy session sleeping. Breakfast is sufficient, though you need to arrive 8:00 otherwise you may find the "leftovers". You can have superb dinner at the hotel next to apartment, before the next morning's adventure. There are private parking lots where you can park your car even after the checkout. Forget to drive to Bachledka in the morning, you will endup in lengthy queues on the road, find no parking space. Stay a night here and visit the Treetop walk rested and comfy.

Location up in the mountains were amazing. Room was clean and very spacious with separate bathroom and toilet. Kitchen had small fridge and freezer. We liked that we could get the breakfast to our room from the actual breakfast room. Twice per day you can travel with cable car down (and back up) and took about 7 minutes. Two days we enjoyed the 24 € three course menu and one evening we ate pizza from the restaurant. Good food overall.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean and modern. There is free parking and free rides by cable car. Breakfast was nice and it had something different each day. The location is very peaceful and quiet, at 18 everything closes so you have calm evenings.

I don't know where to start first. Ok the location, great! Quiet place away from the noisy center but within walking range from about everything you need to see. The room... just the place you don't want to leave from. Very clean, warm, cozy, relaxing with a kitchenette and the astonishing view of the mountain. The room decoration carefully chosen to make you fill perfect. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Breakfast very good and with quite a lot of options. The atmosphere of welcoming quietness is all around the place and that is the merit of our hosts which have done everything to make this holiday unforgettable. Thank you and for the good time we spent here.

The owners and staff are very nice. Very good location for hiking and the city center is also close. The breakfast was extremely delicious and very varied. Amazing view of the mountains from the room and balcony and the weather was amazing. Special thanks for the delicious teas, we hope to come back again.

A cozy place further away from the hustle of central Zakopane, with a view to Tatras. The room was clean with all amenities for a comfortable stay during summer. While breakfast did not have a lot of different options, both hot and cold meals were freshly prepared and really delicious.

Very nice, quite and comfortable place. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly and helpful personnel and owner. 15 minutes by feet to aquapark with warm thermal pool - the best place to relax after hiking. 20 minutes by walk to the city center. Next to the entrances to the TPN. 10 minutes by feet to bus stop to Morskie Oko. Very good location if you prefer balance between hiking and relaxing 😌

We were living for one week in Willa Pallider. The place is superb - big kitchen with all necessary for cooking, comfortable beds, clean and new shower room and big wardrobe in the room. The view from terrace was adorable. I thank a lot the owners and staff for the wonderful atmosphere, tasty breakfasts and all kinds of help!

We couldn't have chosen better. My fiancée and I spent wonderful moments in Górski Wiedzy. Clean, beautiful finishes, great views. Quiet and very peaceful - the facility does not accept groups, only individual guests or families with children. Very nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, and a lovely garden with well-kept landscaping. Very friendly manager and staff. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Early check-in was a big help. Everything is new and in excellent condition.

The house is located on the hill and has super nice view to the mountains. You could just sit on the balcony or in the garden and enjoy it. There was nice kitchen available to prepare your own food and drinks. The room is new and beautiful, everything was clean and nice, has its rustic mountain vibes.

Very nice and cozy cottage. Great location for hiking in the mountains, also situated right next to grocery stores and very good restaurants. We enjoyed our room as well - all in all, a very pleasant experience. Communication with the host was easy and good. Definitely good value for the price.

The location, it was right next to the lake. The property had Cigar room which was amazing. Coffee lounge, fire places, Game area and world class spa with Sauns, jacuzzi and big pool with chandeliers. the chars in the pool were actuall the mostt comfortable sofas we had ever been to. And the view from pool, was just wow. The most important of all was amazing service the staff offered, it was as if i was transported to a different era where all your needs were taken care of. And the restaurant and its service, we booked a dinner and it felt lile michlen star place and food. We are definitely going to come again.

The hotel is situated on the shore of a lake - very pleasant for a 45 min stroll around the perimeter. It was too misty to see the lake from our room on the first two days but once the weather improved it was a lovely view. The room was spacious and elegant and very comfortable. The staff were generally lovely and they make you feel very welcome. The Concierge was super-helpful, guiding us to some excellent days out, including a memorable cable car trip to the top of Lomnický Štít in the Tatra mountains. We really liked the lobby bar and enjoyed some relaxing hours there eating and drinking. The hotel’s restaurant serves delicious food, if you like fine dining, and the breakfasts were very good. The hotel’s manager is very friendly and helpful.

I loved the spa with an amazing lake-view from the window and helpful staff,. The room was comfortable, clean, with realy huge beautiful bathroom. I enjoyed dinner in their fine dining Grand Restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious and rich. Would definitely visit that hotel again.

A very nice 5 star hotel which is quite old but very well maintained. It seems that it was recently renovated. It has old architecture and emanates a romantic air. The rooms are quite big and spacious and the bathrooms as well. The bathroom have both bathtub and shower cabin, so you can make your washing choice. One of the very nice features that the rooms have is a big dressing right on the entrance hallway. If you plan to bring big cruise ship trunks with you full of clothes, then you can rest assured that you will have plenty of space for them. All the rooms have large terraces and fir with outside furniture. Each room has also a day sitting area, which is somehow detached the sleeping section of the room. The room tariff is quite high, so if your pockets are deep, then you are most welcome to visit. A very large restaurant on the 1st floor and also a very decent breakfast is served every morning. All in all, a very pleasant experience in the High Tatras.

I wanted to stay in this property since I was a child and it was exactly how I imagined it to be if not more. The property itself has a fantastic location with breathtaking scenery. The hotel is super clean and the staff is delivering an outstanding service making you feel very special. Food, service, room service, cleaning ladies all are at the highest level imaginable. Special thanks for Simon and his team to making my husband's and daughter's birthday surprise so special. Going for the extra mile with the ballon decoration, cake and wine. Arranging to have interconnected rooms. The breakfast was not too bad, however needs some compromising attention. For lunch we have been using the Hotels Lobby/bar. It has exceeded our expectations. Was yummy, fresh and cooked to perfection. Also strongly recommend the hotel Grand restaurant for dinner. We decided to have a birthday dinner celebration there.. Was delicius. Their menu is keeping the elements of nature and forest in its food creating a very unique experience. On our departure day we have also been presented with a small goody bag of local , dry tea packs and soft drinks. What a way to finish our stay! Thank you again, we really enjoyed our stay and will make sure to be back! PS. next time hoping to use your award winning SPA experiance :)

Walking into Hotel Lomnica is like entering a beautiful dream. The warm welcome and tour of the beautiful art gallery already suggested that this hotel would exceed expectations which it did. With mountain views from the balcony, the bedroom in the modern wing was gracefully furnished, with soft lighting and a well appointed cosy bathroom. After a comfortable nights sleep we breakfasted in the sumptuous dining suites again surrounded by exquisite art collections. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with excellent choices, hot and cold for all dietary requirements. Hotel Lomnica is well situated for transport to the mountains and nearby towns as well as lovely scenic walks. The staff excelled in every small detail to make our stay the best right down to the beautiful cake for my partner’s birthday - what a lovely surprise for her! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the hospitality of Hotel Lomnica and explore more of the beautiful Tatras Thank you to everyone for looking after us and making our stay a wonderful one.

A Hidden Gem in Tatranská Lomnica This hotel is a true delight — exceptionally clean, modern, and cozy, with an unbeatable location. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each visit reaffirms my appreciation for the place. It feels less like a hotel and more like a museum or a palace, beautifully preserved and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are excellent, and in the evening, the on-site restaurant and bar provide the perfect setting to unwind. A stroll through the surrounding park, breathing in the fresh mountain air, completes the experience. Everything about this place is just right. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice, in the mountains. They have beautiful restaurant with terrace. We had dinner at Sissi restaurant and food was amazing, beautiful presentation and very tasty. The wellness was nice. Receptionist was very nice and I had a great experience booking restaurant as I needed to make some changes along the way. We also appreciated the art and paintings everywhere you look.

The best massage I have ever had in the spa area. Pool, jacuzzi and saunas areas clean and well maintained. Breakfast particularly delicious with regional foods and fresh produce. Bed very comfy. Staff attentive and helpful. We will return.

We had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. Location is perfect for hikers. Some trails start right by the hotel or nearby. We loved the fact that we parked our car and did not have to touch it for the duration of our stay. Restaurants, grocery store and other shops are all in a walking distance. We had a room facing Strbske Pleso, a glacier lake. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at the front desk was very courteous and responsive. For example, we did not sleep too well the first night because of the loud music from the radio turned on late into the night and early morning in the restaurant downstairs. After talking to the front desk, this issue was remediated and we had a peace and quiet in all subsequent nights. Our room came with a free breakfast and there was plenty to choose from - scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, pastries and fresh fruit. There was a nice coffee machine and we did enjoy our morning espresso with milk from freshly ground beans. Several nights we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant The hotel also offered access to wellness center - free use of hot tub and sauna which came handy after days of strenuous hikes. I would definitely stay again at this hotel again.

Staff helpful and cooperative- not super welcoming-except for the super nice spa manager! Nice little spa to relax in. Room was not super clean. More amnities in the bathroom and a coffee machine would have made the stay perfect.

Gorgeous area and the hotel is well-located, next door to the Kapinski Hotel. We were only there one night. The room was large and the bathroom modern and clean. We had an amazing view of the Tatra Mountains from our room. They have a comfortable bar area and dining room. My husband left a suit coat and shirt in the room when we left and they quickly and without a problem sent it back to us in the U.S. So nice! They took us to the train station in a van free of charge. Would definitely return.

Hotel International Propad is located about 18 kilometers from Propad Airport, which is about 20 minutes’ drive. The hotel can be called a golf retreat with it’s own golf course and view of the hills around. The Reception is straight ahead as you enter,a few steps up from the road It is manned by young receptionists who may be new to the job. However, they were efficient and check in was prompt. The rooms upstairs may require climbing the stairs with your luggage. The rooms were large with a balcony that gave a wonderful view of the Golf course and a stream nearby. The bed was large enough and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, sufficiently sized wardrobe. WiFi was complimentary and the speed was good. The restaurant is to the left of the Reception and has seating outside as well. They serve traditional Slovakian food and other continental food. Food was moderately priced and tasty. Overall, a quiet, scenic and peaceful stay at Poprad. If you are a golf addict, nothing like this place in Poprad!

The hotel has an amazing view of the High Tatras. It takes 10-20 mins (by car) to get to the main touristic places or paths. We really enjoyed the golf. The staff is really nice, polite and generally in good mood :-) The wellness was clean and peaceful. We had breakfast included and we enjoyed it really much, but maybe we would suggest adding some toasts, avocados, generally more colorful meat-less food. Another thing is that restaurant has really limited choices for lunch or dinner. There are no normal meals (pizza or pasta). The prices are over-the-top (13 euro for Caesar salad?) and the quality was not worth it. The hotel seems little bit old. The carpets were definitely old (it had old stains) and also the furniture. The rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear your loud neighbours. We had a room over the restaurant (2nd floor) and in the evening/night we could hear people laughing and drinking. In the morning, we could hear grass-mowers (small cars). But we will definitely suggest this place to our friends and maybe we will visit again :-)

This hotel was kind of fast and blind choice for our family wellness weekend. Finally it was so positive experience. Very kind and professional staff. We got big and comfortable family room. Wellness is nice with beautiful and warm outside pool and view. Hotel has nice restaurant, with tasty food and rich breakfast. We had foggy weather but view on Tatras from restaurant and wellness must be beautiful. In the summer you are in the middle of golf resort and in the winter they have cross-country track.

Very comfortable stay, excellent service, especially I liked the smoking room and how the staff were friendly and kind! I really like there was shisha available. The wellness center was very pretty - the outside pool and saunas were great. View from the restaurant - speechless! Very tasty food and comfortable room. The mountain golf course is the element attracting visitors from many countries. The hotel looks quite worn out. The rooms and dated, but clean and giving rather expected standard. The whole decor is too dark, especially in dinning part. The staff appeard very friendly and helpful. Both in the hotel, restaurant and golf reception. It improves for sure the final note. The golf course exceptional, because of great view on Tatras and decent quality.
