Very Quiet room, and we love the workout room, especially the Precor stationary bike and the back stretching machine. The pool and hottub look great, though we didn't use them. The breakfast was good with various good items, like bagels, muffins, and eggs and hashbrowns, sausage links, and 2 juices and yogurt and waffles, etc. And ww love the location of this hotel, as it's walking distance to several restaurants. Overall, this hotel is great and I'd stay here again with my family.

I wanted a hotel close to Baylor Uni and this was a 10 minute walk. It was also a 15 minute walk into centre of Waco. Close to a wide range of restaurants. Breakfast was great, as I was travelling with kids, so this saved money eating out. Good selection for breakfast - cereal, porridge, waffles, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, toast, tea, coffee, hot choc and fruit juice. More than enough choice for us. The pool was bigger than pictures suggested and reasonably quiet. Hot tub excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had just come from La Quinta in Arlington and the Waco hotel was much more modern.

The location was only minutes from everything to do in Waco. When arriving I thought the area and landscaping was very clean and appealing. Checking in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The lobby and adjoining areas were exceptionally clean and nicely styled and inviting. Our room was modern and stylish and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfy. In the morning we enjoyed working out at the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a great variety of choices to eat and plenty of places to sit as a family. We really loved everything about the stay plus the great value!

When we arrived we thought this was a new hotel. Turns out it is 7-8 years old, but modern, very well kept and very clean. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were inside but it opened to an outdoor sitting area. It was a nice place to relax. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, Texas shaped waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. It was very good. They also has a bar in the lobby serving beer and wine. This was an unexpected and enjoyable touch. We were in walking distance to Magnolia, but wouldn't walk at night. Large, well lit parking lot. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and the rooms very comfortable. The complementary hot breakfast is so good. The best part is the service. The staff at this location is amazing. They are supper friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

Good breakfast, well stocked with a variety of items to select from. Very clean, organized, attentive staff, nicely arranged seating and convenient location just off the lobby and near restrooms. Rooms were spacious, generous amount of towels and linens for sofa bed. Very comfortable beds and quite rooms. Never heard another person and it appeared to a full house. Housekeeping did a great job, efficient, and friendly. The entire facility was extremely clean, absolutely immaculate, and fresh smelling. Infact, everything appeared new? Plenty of well lite parking. Front desk was extremely cordial, as well as helpful. They provided a varied list of restaurant's that provided 10% discount with show of room key card! Great bonus!

This hotel is at the southern end of Waco and is in a good location for easy access to go north on interstate 35 to get to the many Waco attractions.  The hotel is very clean, and the rooms have comfortable beds, a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator/freezer.  The staff is so friendly and accommodating.  Folks that work in hotel breakfast areas are usually so busy that you barely get a "good morning" from them, but at this place, that wasn't the case.  Our breakfast person was so nice and friendly and so was everyone working the front desk.  The indoor pool was great, and there is a small outdoor space with a table where you can sit and dry off after a swim.  Pool towels were also provided by the hotel.  There is a QT gas station in walking distance to get food and drinks.  I definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this Quality Inn. We knew nothing about Waco before our visit but the previous reviews and the price point persuaded us to take a chance on this property. We were not disappointed ! It’s convenient, clean and updated, and staffed by friendly employees who care about the needs of the guests. Although there was not a hot breakfast yet due to COVID the “breakfast bags” provided were generous and delicious. We felt completely safe and will stay here again if we’re in the area !

Located just off I-35 and the W Loop 340 (Highway 6), this is a convenient and good-quality IHG property. All parts of the hotel are very clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in had comfortable bedding, good lighting, and a nice walk-in shower. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Just-right gym with treadmills, free weights, and cable machine. GM Jonathan and front desk Jodi provided courteous customer service.

The property is located near I-35 and Loop 340 (Highway 6) which makes travel in/out and about town very efficient. The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the offerings as expected. The décor in the rooms was definitely minimalist compared to other HI Express locations. Sleeping machines were just fine. Bath facilities were good and the TV was also good. This is a very business friendly property, but families should like it as well.

The hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the River Brazos in central Waco. Our room was spacious and well prepared. Every part of the hotel looked well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were most helpful and efficient.

The lobby was clean and the staff was very welcoming! I want to send a special shout out to Jenae that checked in a bus load of tennis players in 5 minutes! She was very professional, fast and efficient! The rooms were fabulous and the cleaning crew were so nice and on point! The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the middle of restaurants and very close to a very busy shopping area. The hotel offered a continental breakfast that was great! The had pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and different types of juice to name a few. I had the best time and next time I come to Waco I look forward to coming back to this hotel! Thank you so much!

This location is very nice. The hotel is only 5-6 years old. Very clean and attractive. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Every person working there spoke and was very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk, Cameron, was very professional, friendly and really worked to accommodate my request. Thank you, Cameron! I recommend this hotel.

The room was so clean smelling!! The bed was so soft and even the carpet felt amazing when I took my shoes off! My husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room! It was so relaxing!

My husband and I spent one night here as we were moving our son to Waco for college. This hotel is new and reasonably priced. The entire facility was clean and tidy and smelled really good. Our room was spacious and clean. The bedding was so nice and comfortable and we even had 6 fluffy pillows. The bathroom was nice and clean with a large walk in shower and great water pressure. We had cocktails and dinner in the restaurant and the service and quality of the food was excellent. It was really nice not having to leave the hotel once we checked in as everything we needed was right there. And only a 5 minute drive to my son’s campus and apartment. We will most definitely stay here next time we visit Waco. Highly recommend!

We were cold and tired, and in desperate need of a good night's sleep after a full day of travel. Misti at the front desk was wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and efficient. She upgraded us without us having to ask (upgrades have been pretty sparse for Platinum in the last year or two.) She gave us a top floor room so that we would have quiet - very conscientious of her. The room was beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We slept long and deeply. Great location in a quiet area, parking lot is well lit and felt safe, hotel is clean and in good condition.

Value seems okay, and the pool and Jacuzzi were open.

This is nice Sleep in. Large 2 queen room with a nice couch and sitting area. Bed was comfortable and it had a cozy vibe. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. The front desk and other staff were friendly and helpful AND it was clean! It is a little out of Waco, but unless you have reason to be downtown it is only a 10 minute ride to Baylor and Austin ave district. It is value priced.

Sleep Inn exceeded our expectations. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable. We had zero expectations for breakfast, but it was excellent and plentiful, with waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juice, and milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is lovely to be welcomed warmly and invited to ask questions or obtain forgotten items. We were accidentally assigned a handicapped room, but the staff called a day early to confirm this reservation and check on any special needs. We changed the room assignment and were very happy with our suite.

First time staying at a Sleep Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also good - all of the standard items were available. The location was very convenient if you're attending an even in south Waco. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located to things in and around Waco. We were a church group of 28 in for a week long mission trip. The hotel was clean and well kept. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds and bedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we encountered was that the laundry facilities were out of order. But when we enquired about it, Precious, at the front desk, offered to do our laundry for us! Not only did she wash and dry it but also folded it! I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again when I come back to Waco!

I didn't realize the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast when I booked our room. It was delicious-eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, milks, juices, condiments, all were very good, & fresh!! The staff was sure to keep everything replenished. We had a baseball game Sunday morning. We got back to the hotel @ 10:07, but we were still able to eat breakfast. We did not at anytime feel rushed. Check-in/out was seamless. The room was clean & the shower had good water pressure. I love there were full-sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, & they smelled good. The beds were comfortable.

Making a cross country journey and have stayed at a number of Marriott properties. This one is above average for the Fairfield Inn brand. The rooms have been updated and are nicely appointed with a walk in shower. They are clean and the public spaces comfortable. Staff were very friendly at checkin/ check out and at the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good-the food was fresh and offered a large variety. Parking is complimentary. Access on/off the I35E was easy.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. My only complaint was being unable to get hot water. Both at the sink and in the shower, I got barely warm water. The breakfast buffet was nice, much more variety that in most hotel breakfast bars.

Convenient location, restaurants close by. Hotel is located right next to I 35 freeway. We did not hear the traffic at night. Comfortable breakfast area, hotel staff seemed to support the nearby university activities

Perfect location, we were there for Baylor University graduation and we loved it because we were away from everyone else! Nice, very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing as well!

The location was great, around plenty of restaurants and fast food places, including Walmart and Dollar stores. The inside was very clean and the decor was nice. The front desk guy was very easy to talk with. The room was spotless and huge. Very comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the shower & bed as well.

Staff was friendly and checkin was easy. Hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast was typical but food was not hot and coffee left empty and not refilled the whole time I was eating in the breakfast area.

We were met hy the kondest front desk staffer. The entire facility was spotless and stylish. Our room was extremely well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting. I appreciated the attached baskets to hold items within the shower. I utilized the gym which was also well-appointed with multiple cardio machines and a plethora of free weights including medicine balls and kettlebells. We were heading to a breakfast, so dod not partake of the complimentary fare, but I did glance at it and found it to be more tha satisfactory with mini waffles, quiche, sausage, bacon, etc. This was a top-of-the line stay and within a very reasonable cost. Well done!

Wow!! Will definitely stay again!! Bed was super comfortable, room was clean, but what I appreciated most was breakfast. First off, it is an amazing breakfast with lots of offerings. Second, thank you, thank you, thank you for not blaring the TV!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my two girls and we have no complaints... it would be 5 stars, except for the fact that the pool itself and the pool area wasn't great, a lot of bugs, and too much chemicals to the point that my daughter's eyes were burning and she was getting a rush. Despite this situation, everything else was amazing, clean, safe, friendly, quite. Really good experience.

The Hilton Waco is located right across the street from the Brazos River. You can get river or city views. AJ at the front desk ensured we got two rooms with great views close to each other. He asked us if there we wanted any recommendations. He treated us like friends, was a very happy person, and was professional and friendly. We liked our room so much that we extended our stay, which Miguel at the front desk made happen easily. He's professional and personable. The breakfast service by one particular employee, Aby, was fabulous. She's friendly and seemed to enjoy her job, a rarity in many places. Room service was excellent. We loved the food and drinks. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The sheets were soft, and the bed was perfect. The rooms are modern in decor. The bathroom shampoo, body wash, and lotion are Evelyn and Crabtree, which we loved. I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Waco.

Located in downtown on the Brazos River. Same room as other Hiltons we've stayed at... comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Nice view over the river. Easy walking to many stores/restaurants/bars. Nice walk by the river, cool suspension bridge. Casual bar area in hotel, enjoyed a nightcap. We stayed one night on our way to Texas so exploration was limited. Would certainly consider staying here again and exploring more in the future.

Clean room with a beautiful view of the river. GREAT service, great staff. Breakfast was included in the room and it was delicious. Avoid the Starbucks coffee if you are picky. Special kudos to the kind welcoming woman who acted as hostess. (black woman, delightful and professional don't have her name). We had two connecting rooms.

Had a one night stay and it was great. Hotel is approximately one mile from Baylor campus and is convenient to several restaurants. Area is very safe and self parking is free. Rooms are clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly and restaurant has a good breakfast.

First of all, the guy at the front desk made my check in experience one of the best I've had anywhere in the world. I know what you are thinking,. "It's just check. How good could it be?" He was so helpful and gracious of his time in asking us how we were doing and what our plans were in Waco. He gave us a quick rundown of the area and offered several recommendations of places to go. Room on the top floor had a great view. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Front desk even called the room to make sure everything was ok and sent up some extra water bottles for the room. Called down for extra pillows and they showed right up. In a time were exceptional customer service is kind hard to find, it was refreshing to walk into this place and be greated with smiles and exceptional enthusiastic customer service. Also, lots of food/drink options within walking distance next to the river.

Clean beds, carpets and flooring. The bathtub, sink and toilet were clean too. The desk, kitchenette and counters were also spotless. A clean room is extremely important to me and Candlewood staff do an excellent job cleaning!!! The entire room smelled clean. I first noticed the lobby floors were clean along with the elevator and the hallway. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were great. When I checked in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Checkout was smooth, easy and again the staff were accommodating and helpful. I will stay here again. Thank you to the employees at Candlewood for making my stay in Waco beautiful.

We were very happy with our stay! We needed pet friendly, kitchenette & a workout area. It met all our expectations! The bed was super comfy- we slept great all week!, The kitchenette had a full size fridge, dishwasher,cooking surface & A LOT of appliances to check out for cooking! We were able to make breakfasts & even our Easter dinner :) There was plenty of outdoor space to walk our doggy & space for her kennel in our room. The exercise equipment was in great condition & lots of options for multiple activities. Multiple laundry units that were heavily used by guests, but newer machines. Access to interstate & gas stations was easy. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They do a nice job keeping the property clean and they work hard! We were very happy and will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Waco. Thank you!

I absolutely love everything about this hotel! The rooms, staff, layout, laundry/gym, and feel! They may not offer a hot breakfast in the morning, and sometimes it can seem really busy but there is a reason for that! It is a great comfortable place to stay while in Waco Texas. Rooms are always clean, comfortable, and usually quiet. I have stayed here lots of nights the past few years on business. Pets are also welcome and it doesn't smell like the musty pet smells even with that being the case! People are super friendly and I won't stay anywhere else when in Waco. They do book up very quick so if they have a room grab it!

Very helpful and friendly staff at front desk. Hotel needs free breakfast instead of a small kitchen. The laundry is very nice to have. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. Location is perfect to get to anywhere in Waco driving. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times now to visit friends in the area...This is a clean safe comfortable place to stay. 24 hour free coffee is available near the lobby. There is not a free breakfast, but items are available for sale. There are several restaurants or fast food places not too far away.

Been in this hotel for 1 month & 1/2 for company business threw Mars Wringley, I enjoyed every day I stayed here,everybody is real polite,nice & friendly,they made me feel like at home. It sure feels good coming from work everyday & rest in a nice clean bed..Breakfast/lunch were delicious & fresh My favorite was the French toast😋without a doubt it's the BEST I've ever had,cooks already knew what i wanted when thwy saw me..The cheeseburger🍔was my favorite lunch followed with the delicious 🍹margaritas🥰 Everybody in the hotel from receptionists to maintenence,& housekeeping personal were extremely friendly & always making sure I was comfortable & if I needed anything.. Time for me togo which I really don't want too. But I know I'll definitely without a doubt come back again & stay here again.I will sure miss my French toast every morning.. I want to thank everybody who took care of me on my stay, Patrick,Steve,Ben,Carlie,Gretchen,Karla,Brandie,Shawnna,Chaz,Maria Fernanda,Elena,Lucia,Grace,Queinda,Jesika,Zora.. Check in was amazing. Two kind gentlemen (I believe one was a manager and one in training) checked us in. They were pleasant and funny. Gave us good recommendations. The hotel was walkable to many places to eat, and was very clean and up kept. We opted to pass on the breakfast. It was $15 Buffet style… but was honestly the same continental style breakfast we received previous nights at the Hampton. Waffles, toast, eggs, grits, sausage, Muffins…

Comfortable, spacious, friendly service, no pet fee, lots of green space around to walk your dog, across from convention center and short 10 min walk to downtown. Would stay again. Breakfast buffet is $15 per person but there was free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Lication was convenient, by the river walk and suspension bridge. Dr Pepper and Silos were a walkable distance. Also a quick drive to Baylor. Staff was friendly and helpful & it is clean.

The staff was the best part! They were friendly and very hepful and welcoming! Rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Dining options were nearby. Perfect for the week!!

We had a mmeting in temple and wanted to attend a dance in waco this place was perfect flean super friendly staff and the breakfast was w9nderful, clean eating area and we went down for coffee innlate afternoon and the breakfast area was super clean. Andbthe lady was just a nice touch to the brwakfast area

Very clean and nice. Spacious room and friendly staff. As an older person, I found the bed comfortable. The room had 2 televisions! Breakfast included everything from Texas waffles to cereal. All was hot/cold and fresh. My stay was relaxing.

Decent property the staff was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions. I had some concerns they dealt with that accordingly with no issue. They did everything to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It appeared that in the room they were doing some spot upgrades. Some of the attachments on the wall were just there. They didn’t have anything on them, but they made sure everything was in the room. Breakfast was great. The breakfast bar was nice and clean. The staff made sure that everything that we need was there.

Stayed one night with my husband. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were on point. The front desk was friendly. Earnest was a breath of fresh air. The hot breakfast was also nice. The hotel is also dog friendly. We will be returning on our way back home.

The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they had ACTUAL breakfast! The room looked so nice and smelled really good. We got a handicapped room, which was quite spacious. I was impressed that even the carpet was VERY clean (no grimy feeling with bare feet)! We were provided with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, and a bath mat. We also had 2 mini bars of soap, 1 mini shampoo, 1 mini conditioner, and 1 mini moisturizer. The AC worked excellently! I really appreciated the accommodation and decent breakfast for a lower price than other, lower-rated nearby places! There was a nice looking little pool, but we didn't use it. They also had an ice maker, vending, and laundry facility that we didn't use. The mini fridge was pretty large. There was a coffee maker (and coffee), an iron, several hangers on 2 pegs, and an ice bucket available that we did not use. We did use 2 of the paper coffee cups of the 4 that were offered. There was plenty of light, both from the window and lamps/lights throughout the room. The sun blocking curtain did its job well. We were allowed to check in a little early with no issue, and were given 2 key cards. The Wi-Fi password was written on the envelope that held them.

Easy access from the Highway but quiet. Up to date rooms with comfortable beds and parking right in front of your door. There isn’t an elevator so carrying bags to the second floor might be the only issue for some. Great breakfast - attentive staff - very clean! Recently renovated. Close to everything!

King bed very comfortable, shower pressure 😌, have a mini fridge and microwave, The room is clean and smells cleaned!! It's a quite and safe area, easy access Front desk receptionist is very welcoming and breakfast in the morning is good. Would definitely stay again.

I was in town buy myself for an athletic event and chose this place because all of the locations close to the venue were either full or overpriced. The interior of the room was excellent. The property seems to be recently renovated. The beds were clean and felt new, though a little hard for my taste, but more than adequate. I like the dorm style fridge that a lot of these remodeled older motels are including in the rooms. There were more than the usual number of table and floor lamps that made the room extremely bright, a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and bright and very well done. The water pressure was a little lacking, but adequate. I generally like a strong water flow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room keycard quit working and they quickly made a new one. The breakfast is about what you would expect for this level of hotel. Eggs, sausage and waffles with some added muffins, breads and cereals.

Don't let the exterior appearance deter you. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was spacious and secure.

We booked our rooms here last minute for a funeral. I have to say from the outside it’s a little older but the property itself is kept up well. There wasn’t any trash or anything like that on the grounds. It’s close to restaurants and the mall. You walk in and the lobby was very clean. The staff was very nic, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good and lots of options. They are very quick in response to any Issues or concerns. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I especially love the king suite. It’s very spacious and we could sit and enjoy our night sitting on the couch like we would at home. My only suggestion is to have brighter lights in the bathroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will book here again on our next visit.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice selection of hot/cold foods, beverages, at the the complimentary breakfast. Love that they have some fresh apples, bannas, oranges!

I stayed here 2 nights for a girls trip with my sister and my niece. We were very busy during the days doing the whole Fixer Upper stuff (and having a blast by the way!) but the Fairfield Inn was a very inviting place to return to. We had two rooms, side by side, which were both immaculate and extremely comfortable. We all slept good every night and 2 of us are not the best of sleepers. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a pleasant surprise! There were ample choices. The oatmeal with its accompanying condiments was delicious as were the eggs and sausage! I also loved the warm cookies in the evening. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful with information. I am sorry I cannot remember the name of the darling girl who worked at the desk in the evening (we stayed there the nights of 3/1 and 2) but she was so friendly and fun. The woman who worked in the morning, Lori, was also wonderful. She too was very informative and ready to help in any way. All in all, it was a great stay! I would definitely return there again.

This is not a brand new hotel but it’s well maintained. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. A nice continental breakfast was provided. The air conditioner works well. The beds were comfortable. Good place to stay for the money. Would stay again.

We had to unexpectedly stay the night in Waco after a medical procedure. They got us in to their last available room. It was comfortable, cool, and safe. Just what we needed. They even graciously extended our checkout the next morning. Terrific beds, a/c, and breakfast/coffee choices. Thanks for your kindness!

The pillows 😌 I give 10 heart hands. The pillows were very fluffy and I slept through the night. I enjoyed my stay there everytime, it's always so peaceful and resting, very clean and the breakfast I'm ok, I was able to watch whatever I wanted on the TV with my wifi.

The pillows were great. Clean room. Nice hotel desk clerk for check in. For the most part, pretty quiet. Loved the 5am breakfast time with coffee ready. It makes for getting off to an early start nice. We have stayed here once before. We were not disappointed.

The Super 8 Waco hotel was clean and quiet, which I appreciated; I was able to get a good night’s sleep before going back to my conference at Baylor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was disappointing. Only two kinds of cold cereal, white bread for toast, and waffles. That's it. Check in guy was super helpful. I didn't get his name.

Friendly staff, hassle free check in, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast had several choices. Cereals, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruits. Right off he interstate, across the street from Walmart. Quiet and safe neighborhood

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great as well. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty.

Everything was amazing with exception of the WiFi in the bedroom. It was about half-speed of the WiFi in the main room. I wish I had brought my ethernet cable. That being said, the bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels I have stayed in while traveling. And the food was excellent, too. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Our stay in Waco was great. The hotel was clean and the front desk clerk, Vanessa, was amazing! The food was hot and there was a good variety. The pancakes were fun to make and tasted great. Everyone was very friendly.

Hotel was clean. Really secured. Had to use room card to get in to hallways areas. We liked the security feeling. We had a queen size room with roll in shower. It is bare minimum. Has kitchenette but no dishes, papertowels, etc. Bed was comfortable. Didn't care for fat, fluffy pillows. Forgot to bring my own hard pillow. Blankets were thin. I prefer the weight of heavy blankets. They don't serve breakfast. But Black Bear Diner is just around the corner and very good.

Our stay here was just what we needed for the night. A safe, clean place to sleep over night. The front desk clerk (didn’t get her name but she was from Alabama) was so pleasant and welcoming.

This hotel provided good value for the price. I do wish they served breakfast, but they offer coffee 24/7, which is convenient.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, will not stay there again simply because they do not have coffee makers in the rooms. For a $125 (tax included), they should have coffee makers in the rooms!

Check-In: Evening front end representative was warm, inviting, congenial. Explained all features of the facilities, check in process quick and trouble free; parking garage, lounge, et al. Outside perimeter, lobby, elevators, hallways and stairwells clean and well lit. Extremely classy. Outdoor pool was very inviting, but did not have time to avail ourselves of it. Rooms spotless, and ultra modern: King bed super comfy - sheets and blankets looked and smelled super clean and fresh. Room a/c - heat very responsive. Bathroom: I'm a big guy: so that tremendous shower with plenty of room for turning around was well appreciated. Various shower heads (overhead rain, or power nozzle on a hose - which is what I use in my home and not usually in motels/hotels was a pleasant surprise.) Shower controls needed some getting used to (no markings or instructions but intuitive enough), plenty of hot water. There is only one thing I can take minor issue with in the bathroom: square toilet bowls? I mean: it worked, it was clean, it flushed, but square? Found it a little awkward for a guy standing up to do his business. For proper aim and to avoid making a mess on the rim, a guy has to straddle the bowl to avoid splash. Other than that, rest of bathroom very roomy and modern. Two people can get ready and not be in each others way. Check out smooth and quick. Definitely worth the $129 weeknight rate. Not only was the room amazing, but the staff was exceptional as well. The property was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. We were extremely satisfied! Highly recommended!

Fast check-in, clean room, comfy bed. Parking was only $12/day, which is good compared to other places on this trip. Pool was nice, breakfast buffet ($16) was really good. Only issue was getting in and out of the parkade. Each time we pressed the help button and they opened the gate for us. Easy walk to lots of restaurants, the silos and the Dr. Pepper museum.

Last minute trip, ASTOUNDING surprise of a find for us! The hotel was impeccably clean. The staff was so generous was their time and friendly with their suggestions- super welcoming! The room blew us away. Gorgeous decorum and a beautiful copper tub. We were so excited to book the couples beer spa with snacks and drinks. We didn’t want to leave. We dined at the restaurant which was superb. It was so relaxing and convenient to have the room, restaurant, spa in one location. We didn’t have to go anywhere although of course we did take the few steps off the property to hit up a little magnolia shopping, other than that it’s a one stop shop. We can’t wait to book again! Our favorite new little Texas spot. Impeccably done from top to bottom. Thank you thank you thank you for an incredible stay.

The suite design was perfect. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a common entryway. The overall design of the hotel was unique and appealing. Center of hotel was enclosed in glass and looked down into the brewery. Rooms are beautifully appointed with “middle-European” decor such as hand-carved mirrors and textiles. Coffee provided in rooms (and in the lobby) with plenty of “real” creamer and sugar and complimentary bottled Artisan water. For an avid coffee drinker, this was HUGE. Petite fridge in the room was a plus. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily. Antique desk in the room with a comfortable chair was a bonus. View from room was the Magnolia Market. Other restaurants, venues and shops are within walking distance. Restaurant/Brewery adjacent to the hotel was SUPERB!! Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved everything about the Pivovar Hotel and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Accommodations were way beyond expectations. The room itself was impeccable. The decor was rustic, yet modern. The entire space was spotless! Upon opening the door, a pleasant fragrance floated over to welcome me. The restaurant was amazing and delectable. The service, ambiance, and waitstaff were 5-star. Then, comes the food. We ordered something from each section. Our palates were transcended to another universe! The entire property is a well planned venture. Absolutely, there are no complaints coming from us. Highly recommend to everyone; treat yourself and a companion to a stay at the Pivovar Hotel in Waco, Texas. It’s next door to The Silo’s and Magnolia stores.

The hotel did have the feel of a small European hotel. The staff who worked the front desk were excellent, both professional, yet very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. The food and the dark beer were great. We had the same server both nights. Not only was she friendly, but she remembered us from the first night, including our preference of beer. The hotel and restaurant will definitely become one of our "go to" spots for a quick get away.

This unique hotel was clean, spacious and had some lovely antiques in my room and throughout the floor . The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was next to the Magnolia complex and across the street from a large bus transit stop. The Pivovar restaurant was a fun place to eat one of my evening meals. I was within walking distance of a number of places and took an Uber to Magnolia Table for brunch.

Upon checking our room was not ready although it was passed check-in time. We got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi and lake view, what a cool thing to do right?? Room was clean, roomie and the temperature was just perfect. Will definitely stay there from now on... Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to all of them. In case you eat too much, hospital is within walking distance, what a gem..

Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet with various juices, cereal, waffles, and breads. Fresh fruit is also available.

Letty is the reason to stay! She is overall amazing at being the breakfast hostess and Wednesday evening's dinner hostess. So kind. So helpful. So pleasant. So amazing. Felicia and Shuron are very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. These ladies are total professionals. Large room with a full-size refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Housekeeping does a great job. Breakfast entrees including a variety of meats, eggs, cereal, breads, etc. Business center is available. You will love this hotel.

My family enjoyed our recent stay at the Waco Homewood Suites. We had a two bedroom suite that was clean, comfortable and spacious. Visiting in August, we also appreciated the great AC and ceiling fans! The location is ideal, with views of the nearby pond, walking trails, and several restaurants within walking distance. We were very close to the highway but far enough away not to hear any road noise. Lastly, the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the in room a/c was quiet, and there were all the extras: clean coffee maker with coffee, iron and board, hair dryer, shower curtain that bowed away from the tub so as not to stick to your body, and plenty of cable television channels with a good quality television.

This is a hidden gem. It is a much older hotel sort of reminds you of the older mom & pop places back 25 plus years ago where you felt safe and the place was clean and comfortable and the people running it were always nice and helpful. This is by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Texas and I've stayed in many over the years. If you are one of those that wants or needs luxury, then keep looking but this is really a great place @ a great price. Seriously!!!

We stayed here in order to be close to our granddaughter’s softball games. It was very clean - despite being an older motel. It was quiet, and safe. It was also convenient to local restaurants and fast food. Highly recommend!

Decent room - especially for the price. It was clean and relatively comfortable. The location is good and close to restaurants and not too far from the local mall. The only disappointment was that they did not have any type of breakfast, even though it was stated on Hotels.com that they did. They need to remove that and then there's no expectation of a breakfast.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the room was good. It’s quiet and the beds are comfy. The housekeepers were great! Our room was very clean and they left extra towels when we asked. We walked to the restaurant La Fiesta next door and had a great dinner and a margarita. We will stay again.

I booked this hotel for my son's robotics team (51 kids, 15 coaches, & their families), and I made a FANTASTIC decision! Lashawndra Kuykendall in Group Sales was f-ing amazing from start to finish! I arrived earlier than everyone else to ensure everything was good--the front desk had a stack of envelopes with room numbers and the names of each person staying in that room written on them, and each kid had their OWN room key. I checked all the rooms (turned on all the lights, checked out the bathrooms, fridges, AC, tested the keys, TV, etc.) before people arrived, and only one desk lamp light needed to be changed--everything else was perfect. The rooms that the kids were staying in already had four sets of towels in them. A few events were happening in Waco that weekend, so the hotel was sold out, and there were a lot of big groups coming and going, but it didn't seem to be an issue. We ate breakfast each morning we were there, the kids said it was the best hotel breakfast they ever had! It was hot, there was a variety of food, they were always replacing items and coffee when it got low, and we never really had to wait longer than a few seconds for something to be replaced. They set the bar as far as hotels are concerned especially for group trips!

Rooms were very spacious, the pool was heated and felt amazing, and the breakfast was amon the best we've had! Wanted to give an extra comment and praise to the ladies working the breakfast as they were attentive to making sure the food was stocked and fresh. They talked with the guests and made everyone feel welcome! Great job to the staff!

We were there for Baylor graduation. Stayed 2 nights. The room was adequate, tho we did run out of Kleenex and the TP roll was getting low. We ended up checking out a day early (did not spend 3 nights). I was watching the hallway for housekeeping in the morning and then that afternoon before we left so I could request refills. Never saw housekeeping at all, which is truly puzzling. There were all kinds of take out food bags & boxes sitting outside guest rm doors all day. Hmmmm. Other than that, we had a spacious room (which was a handicapped room). Turned out to be not too bad. The only complaint was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. Don’t handicapped people need counter space like the rest of us? The breakfast & area was really nice. Good food, tho limited choices. The ladies working the eating area were SO nice! The facility really could use some updating. The hallway carpets outdated and look as if someone spilled bleach here & there. But, the bed was comfortable; the shower good and the AC unit fairly quiet. Front desk staff friendly.

Friendly, kind, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, hot coffee always available, and plenty of information on local shopping, etc. Convenient to freeway. Will stay here again.
