Good: location, 15 minutes walk from central station, restaurants, groceries stores and nearby. 10 minutes walk to Nowy Swiat (a favour place). Staff: nice, friendly, helpful, quick check in. Room: size is OK, modern, clean. Pillow: I request a hard pillow before check in and they can offer it to me, which is very good. Breakfast: various choices and good quality food. Overall the hotel is modern and stylish. Bad: they offer me 2 free bottles of the water in my room, but the volume of these 2 bottles are different... I talked to the manger, Mr. Lukasz afterwards, he was helpful and asked me to send the pictures to him for his checking and offered me 2 free drinks at the bar for compensation, which I didn't expect. The same happen in the next day. After I check the caps closely, nobody had opened it. I talk to the manager may be the water supplier's problem. Should fix this problem asap, otherwise, it will affect the hotel's image.

The Puro was a great hotel. Huge windows offer a great view. The hotel is very close to tons of restaurants and shops. The central train station is a 5 minute walk and public transportation is even closer. The hotel is very modern and well appointed. The Breakfast buffet is incredible. There is a rooftop lounge that offers nice views of the city. All in all a very nice place to call home for the few days we were in Warsaw.

The building is so authentic and beautiful, inside and outside.. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, the stuff is welcoming and helpful more than expected. The rooms are roomy and clean, with air conditioning and very comfy beds. And the location just brilliant: between Warsaw and such attractions like Suntago water park and Racing center ( both are strongly recommended )

he hotel is located in a good area on the outskirts of Warsaw. It's even more of a restaurant that has rooms on the second floor. We had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent and tasty.

Fantastic food, above expectation! The host and the personel working there was beyond helpful, very nice, very friendly. The place is very cosy, very clean with a nice rustic wibe. It felt like a warm welcome. They even prepared breakfast for us outside their working hours so we can eat before travelling back early morning. This was a very nice experience.

Quiet area, shops and restaurants nearby.The deposit you have to pay before arrival will be returned within a few days. (depending on how fast your bank is. ) The apartment owner was nice and explained everything to me when I had questions. I'd book again.

I had a second time family stay at the double tree Hilton Hotel, and it’s great! The place has a solid four-star vibe, with a lot to like. Check-in was smooth, and the staff girls was very friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Very polite The rooms on third floor are spacious (for two), clean, and comfy, with a nice view of the city, especially in the evening- you can see skyscrapers lights - kids were surprised. The bed was cozy. The bathroom was spotless, with a modern shower and fluffy towels. The good swimming pool was a highlight—big, clean, and perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. They’ve got a decent gym too. The hotel restaurant served moderate breakfast, menu could use a bit more variety of options, so no complaints. Parking was a breeze, with a large parking lot that made it easy to come and go. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which was a big plus if you love to drive.

Good food. Helpful staff. Everything you need for a peaceful stay is available. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel.

Everything was great, the staff was lovely and helpful. The room was great, the bed was supper comfy, and the room was well cleaned. Food at the restaurant was amazing and great service. The bar was great, too! The staff were nice and the drinks were great. (My partner had a polish beer, and I had an espresso martini) Everything was priced well at the bar and restaurant. And when you arrive at reception and you get checked in, they also give you a little welcome gift of a warm cookie. Which I thought was a great little touch. Definitely will be staying a double tree by hilton again.

Convenient location for a stop when travelling past Warsaw. An indoor corner with toys and outdoor playground for smaller children was great to occupy our kids (ages 1-5). Staff were friendly. Dinner restaurant had tasty burgers. Breakfast buffet was really high quality, tasty and fresh and well worth the money.

The location was perfect for us to pass through Warsaw, the staff was friendly, the room was quite and spacious, beds and pillows (it is really important for me) were very comfortable. The food was also excelent, much to choose from.

Breakfast is good and very rich. I would like more fresh vegetables, but I admit it's not in season. Like the bathroom, The shower is large enough to allow you to wash freely without hitting your elbows against the wall. Soap and shower gel with a pleasant and unobtrusive fragrance.

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room, since I first booked it because of the convenient location, and only later read reviews about the smell and noise in the hotel. I was lucky, the room was clean without any unpleasant odors, I even took a fragrance, which fortunately was not needed. At night it was quiet and no one made noise, perhaps this is due to the fact that I arrived on a weekday. Breakfast is really good. The staff is friendly. On the hotel grounds there are cozy gazebos where old oak trees grow. Traveling alone in this hotel I felt comfortable and safe. This hotel is really good value for money.

The room didn’t have a way to properly block the sunlight in the early hours of the morning. Once the sun rises we couldn’t sleep anymore. It’s the only negative point. The staff was great. Very kind, helpful and professional! Also the buffet for breakfast and other meals was quite good.

I have been to many 4/5 stars hotels and this hotel went beyond my expectations. It’s beautiful, clean, new and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING. It has so much food options and a variety of different things. Most importantly everything was fresh. And the restaurant is wonderful too. It had such good food, and desserts. They definitely have a great chef. The rooms are spacious and have a coffee machine. I will be coming back for sure and highly recommend.

Very beautiful modern hotel with a perfect location, breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing that I did not enjoy was my visit to the bar on the first floor. The staff was not nice, two girls at the bar with a very bad attitude.. and the drinks were too sugary and way overpriced. But I loved the staff at the front desk, I think it was Shawn who assisted me. He was the best!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw I ever stayed in. The hotel is 1 year old, everything is new and stylish, fast service, friendly staff, great view from the room, huge bar area with pool table, good selection of drinks, tasty breakfast. I would definitely stay here next time.

This is a new modern hotel with spacious rooms, many large elevators, and very comfortable beds. AC worked great and it had a mini fridge. Very close to trains, metro, and busses. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Location and the place itself were very good and cozy,not far from the city center, convenient to get to the nearest business center, where I had a business trip. Very polite and kind stuff, allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier because I had an early flight and wanted to rest after the long trip. The area is really nice, more residential and quiet, but you can still find places around for dinner or breakfast. And it's well connected by bus and tram to other parts of the city. The view is great! Our room was very spacious.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are beautiful with stand alone showers and a separate baths; clean and bathroom amenities are plentiful. Rooms are stocked with an iron and ironing board. Breakfast included a small buffet of pastries, fruit and vegetables, cheeses and a la carte made to order items and everything was fresh and delicious. The patio outside is a nice touch but be aware that smoking is allowed. Wonderful staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping - everyone is very professional, helpful and accommodating. This will be our favorite hotel to stay when back in Warsaw.

We stayed 4 nights in a Raffles Room with royal Street view.First of all let us thank the WHOLE team of this hotel.Especially the reception team was kind,prompt and professional.Special Thanks to Monika Uchal for her kindness!We really appreciated it.The room was clean and of the size a suite.2 sinks in the bathroom ,great.Wooden floor, very quiet.Thank you.The whole hotel is still very new(2019) and well managed.We had lunch as well as dinner during our whole stay due to the perfect location of the hotel.Everything seems quite near.Kind Staff in the restaurant as well as the lobby bar where you can taste homemade pastries as well as delicious ice cream.The whole lobby was one of a kind due to its christmas decoration in gold.We loved it!Special thanks also to the girl that did show us the whole Spa as well as its indoorpool.Greatings to her.Special thanks also to the doormen and porters.Great smile and charming behaviour.People who want to spend a little bit more of their money have direct access to a boutique gallery with renowned brands. We felt right at home at the Raffles. From the very moment we were picked up till we brought back to the airport. We loved our room, it had a separate dressing area, a separate desk area and my favorite, its own water closet. Breakfast at the Raffles, the buffet was always my favorite. The yogurt is Warsaw is delicious. The fresh blueberries and strawberries, yummy and juicy. They had a mixed fruit salad that didn’t come out of a can. Their breads and pastries are to die for. The butter was already softened. The cheese selection was divine. Often times we found ourselves in The Long Bar, having a cocktail, cup of tea and splitting a sandwich of having a couple of appetizers. You canning go wrong with anything you select to eat. The food never disappoints. The staff, we loved the staff the concierges, when we needed suggestions for restaurants, find Tylenol, anything, they found it. The waitstaff, they knew where we liked to sit and knew what tea we wanted. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent service. You could tell they all enjoyed working there. After many hours in the air we both had 90 minute massages. I give it 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning next year.

We had an exceptional stay in this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect - an easy 15 minute walk into the centre of the old town, and in a quiet location. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and the very comfortable bed deserves a special mention. The pillows were excellent, and the duvet and sheets were soft and of a high quality. The bathroom was large, with plenty of space for toiletries and make up bags, and we appreciated all the luxury extra's like the Nespresso coffee machine including pods, Rituals toiletries, enough space and hangars for our clothes, and plugs next to each side of the bed. The airconditioner was quiet and worked perfectly too. The Reception staff were also friendly and kind, and we appreciated the very attentive Concierge too.

Staff: Incredibly sweet, helpful, and caring, always ready to greet guests with a smile on their face :) Rooms: We were 4 adults and fit very comfortably in the family room. The family room is two connecting bedrooms with one bathroom. The rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had great amenities. The ACs also worked very well. Being able to control the temperature in the connecting rooms separately was a huge plus for us. We greatly appreciated the cleaning services that took place daily and the new bottles of water we found daily. Hotel: Very clean, modern, spacious, beautiful common areas Breakfast: Very flexible, can either buy while booking, or pay daily. Tastefully decorated hotel in classic art deco style, recently renovated and exuding period elegance. Located just next to the Copernicus monument and moments from a huge range of restaurants and cafes on one of Warsaw's most famous streets. Within a 10-15 minute walk of some major sight-seeing and shopping spots. Whilst central, the hotel is just tucked away enough so you don't step out onto a busy main road of cars/trams (which is important to me). The staff were superb. I had a problem on the evening of my arrival and Lena, the receptionist on duty at the time, resolved it with sincerity and efficiency. The staff at breakfast were also very attentive. Breakfast had a good buffet selection with a varied range of beautifully-presented, made-to-order dishes. Comfortable, well-appointed, elegant room and bathroom. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Super-clean, and quiet in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

The location was right between the old town and the Nowy Swiat, it was an easy walk to either direction. The hotel is off the main road so it was quieter. Warsaw has designated stops for taxis, and there was one across the street so it was convenient when we booked Bolt taxi. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Toilet and bath had lots of space and with modern amenities. We loved best the breakfast. We were always in early so there was great attention from the wait staff. The avocado toast was perfect, I think ordered everyday. The buffet spread has good choices and well presented. The guy by the elevator was very helpful and very courteous, always with a ready smile. I needed an area for an emergency online meeting and he gave me a quiet corner. He also helped us with how we were doing our itinerary for the day with some helpful tips.

This hotel could perfectly be 5*. Impeccable service, extremely comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. The room is spacious, quiet and had really nice views.The location couldn't be better to explore the city: close to the old town, close to the city center, close to the river bank and right in one of the main streets for restaurants. I just want to state it again, the biggest differential in this hotel is the service, the reception & concierge, the housekeeping, and the bartender. Everyone was great. Small note for those traveling with dogs: they offer beautiful dog beds and bowls, making the dogs feel welcome and comfortable too.

Airport Hotel Okęcie made my layover a breeze. The free shuttle to the airport ran like clockwork every 30 minutes, and the room was immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Best of all, the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location is ideal—quiet but just minutes from the airport. Excellent value and highly recommended for travelers!

The service was truly exceptional — attentive and professional from start to finish. The facilities were comfortable, and the room felt cozy and welcoming. It had all the necessary amenities, including a bathrobe and the most comfortable hotel slippers I’ve ever had. The city view was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. This is genuinely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We initially booked a standard double room, which was perfectly fine, but after one night we decided to upgrade to a larger corner room—and it was absolutely worth it. The views from that room were stunning (see attached photos). The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The bed linens and pillows were high quality and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a good night’s sleep. The hotel bar offered reasonably priced drinks (around 20 PLN for a pint) served in elegant glasses, which added a nice touch. Just across from the hotel, in the gardens, there’s another bar where DJs spin tracks every night—even on Sundays! Same price for beer, and a fantastic atmosphere. The city of Warsaw itself is a gem. The streets are spotless, the architecture is beautiful, and there’s no shortage of amazing food, excellent shopping, and peaceful parks. If you’ve never been to Warsaw, I’d highly recommend it—it’s a truly underrated European destination. As a travel tip: taxis from the airport cost about 90 PLN, but there’s also a train station directly opposite the hotel, and you can take the train for roughly 4 PLN per person.

Spent 3 nights here recently and have to say it was extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Location is really handy for the railway station and the old Russian building which is the most significant building the area. Otherwise it is a gentle walk of about 45 minutes to the old (new) part of the City. First impressions are extremely good, with a splendid reception area and really nice, professional & friendly staff. Rooms are a good size with nice comfortable beds, although they are a little austere and could do with a bit of an update (some USB sockets would be an idea). Bar area is nice; efficient staff and cold beer! Breakfast is excellent - absolutely everything you could imagine, all very tasty and good quality. Would return.

After an absence of 6 years, it was a pleasure to return to this hotel with the grand feel. But sadly, while the hotel is still outstanding in several areas, I no longer feel that it is special for me. Its not just the inevitable changes that were necessary to survive the covid years. Many of the experienced reception staff and the wonderful concierge (a solid giant gentleman) are no longer at the hotel. The current staff and concierge are helpful and polite but in a very businesslike way. They are very young and hopefully learn to develop the important personal rapport with long term guests. Vodka is no longer offered at the once sumptuous buffet breakfast. While still offering a wide range of foods, the quality varies between items. Staff were at times overly quick to clear tables when guests had not yet finished their meals. Some items were not replenished but replaced by other items. The restaurant is now closed and all lunch and dinner meals are served in the lobby bar. I had enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant but have noted that it was not well patronised even then. There are still a lot of good things at the Polonia Palace that makes for a comfortable stay. Hence the 4 star. I would recommend this hotel and will return on my next visit to Warsaw. I am hopeful the hotel will regain the 5th star in time to come.

A complimentary airport shuttle is the icing on the cake. Honestly, if you need a place to stay the night before a flight, this is the perfect spot.

It’s my 4th or 5th stay, and the experience is just amazing. When you need a break in the middle of your journey, it’s an ideal place to take rest. The hotel provides shuttle service at request. The room was so comfortable and clean, good amenities. A very nice option - drinking water fountain installed on every floor. I also have to mention a very good breakfast- tasty, nourishing, well served. Special thanks to very responsive reception staff. The front desk employee Valeria, who worked that day, was very helpful and kind.

I stayed in this hotel twice already. It's a very convenient location close to the airport. Only minutes on taxi which is included with your stay, Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. For any request they were willing to go a step above, which is very nice especially after long traveling hours. The rooms are clean and have everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

I have arrived earlier than expected and the reception staff has checked me in after a short waiting time - this was so exceptional and much appreciated! Also, the restaurant serves good food which is available at any time. I always choose this hotel when I have early departures or late arrivals - nothing can replace the Renaissance comfort!

Perfect choice for a last night in Warsaw before an early flight. Initially, I considered less expensive options around WAW but decided to splurge and stay at the Bonvoy hotel. It didn't disappoint! The location was just perfect -- just walk across (no need for shuttle/Uber/Taxi). The pool/sauna is fantastic on the evening before the flight. The beds are super comfortable, and the room amenities are just right. The breakfast is fantastic! Worth the splurge.
