This place was honestly one of the best places we stayed as we traveled through Mexico... The town, in general, was the best! But the hotel made it even better. The staff was super friendly and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was included in the room and it was delicious! You can't beat the breakfasts in Mexico! I enjoyed using the sauna after a whole day of hiking and visiting the Cascadas de Tuliman. It was very relaxing and I sure needed it! The location of the hotel is about a block or two away from the centro and same with the Mirador. . . There is so much to do in that town. Next time we will make sure to stay longer!

This hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location right downtown Zacatlan. Problem is parking, you can only have valet parking and wait for the cars at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing.

El hotel excelente. El personal excelente. El único problema es que a través de hotels.com reserve dos noches. Del viernes al domingo y cuando llegamos a hacer el Check In. No nos tenían reservado para ese día. Tenían solo una noche que era la del sábado al domingo. Me parece grave que pasen esas cosas en la aplicación. Gracias a que el hotel tenía disponibilidad y fueron muy muy amables ellos me lo resolvieron. Pero me preocupa seguir reservando a través de hotels.com porque otra fecha con más demanda nos quedamos sin cuarto de hotel para dormir y viajo con hijos

El lugar es muy bonito, muy cómodo. Tiene una vista espectacular. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Lo único que sugiero es que pongan letreros de que se tenga cuidado si se llevan mascotas para que no interactúen con los perros del lugar ya que uno de los perros atacó al nuestro.

Muy bonita la cabaña, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados. Volveremos a ir.

Un verdadero descanso,lejos del bullicio dela ciudad,encuentro con la naturaleza

Great hotel for the price you pay, I'll give it 4 stars. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well, just rooms with a bed. Clean, with a functioning bathroom. Shower takes a while to heat up, but no big deal. Great location. Did not have the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast, as we were out early mornings. Breakfast started at 9am when we were there. Did not true the Wi-Fi speed, but I know it worked.

Comfortable room with sufficient electrical outlets, nice bathroom, good wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, but close to the canyon (la barranca), with excellent views. If you have a car, the hotel has a huge parking lot.

Location was good, just a few blocks from downtown and other sightseeings. The room was very clean and fairly confortable. There is plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was well I only have a issue whit the shower, the water is not enough.

The hotel was located perfectly for walking to the zócalo and many interesting attractions in Zacatlán. The room was basic but clean, internet worked great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and the price was right! I would gladly stay there again.

All I can say is that we need more facilities like this. Quaint cozy you can start a fire in the fireplace and just hang out. It's out of downtown so you don't have a bar next door or some crazy club that cranks the music up till 2:00 in the morning. We had a cat so this was the best of all the options for pet friendly. They'll ask for 500 pesos as a deposit. Upon leaving, they'll check to make sure there's no hairs on the pillows or bedding for the deposit to be refunded. It seems totally fair.

It's placed a little bit away from the center of Zacatlán, but that's the good part, because it's very quiet and you can really rest in a quiet place, I highly recommend it.

Muy buena estancia, se disfruta mucho la alberca y la naturaleza alrededor. La habitacion es sencilla pero esta muy bien para descansar. La alberca para huespedes tiene el agua templada en su punto. Rn contra es que el buffet es muy repetitivo y no venden comida en el restaurante aparte del buffet. Las bebidas son jn poco caras y debido al camino para llegar al.hotel, no es tan facil salir a caminar más que dentro de la propiedad. Lo que si es que su señal/calidad de internet/wifi es pesima.

The scenic location makes the hotel perfect for a romantic getaway. Due to safety regulations from covid, the large thermal baths are temporarily closed to public use. I booked this hotel for the view and did not disappoint. Of course got the room with the view. They were very accommodating. I would only recommend them to maybe give a bottle of water daily and maybe have coffee available in the mornings. But honestly for the price it was perfect, those would be extra things. Hoy water, good water pressure, so I would recommend and would come back. The view is just as good as some of the sight seeing places. Lots of parking and only a couple minute drive from down town. Which was good because it was nice and quiet at night.

It is a nice a hotel just 15 minutes walk from the center. It was a nice view, it’s quiet and very clean. I would go back again.

Bella vista, instalaciones buenas, café a todas horas, sabanas sucias al llegar, hoyos en varias partes de la cabaña, ducha fria en un clima frio? bueno! Querría haber visto las otras habitaciones del hotel, porque de la cabaña quede decepcionado. Aún cuando la atención del staff bue muy buena e incluso me dieron 13 pesos extra porque no tenían cambio del monto total.

Hotel is about 10 blocks away from the downtown, out of the main business area which is good, the downtown can be busy with a lot of traffic and people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, rooms are clean, beds are not bad and you will notice that there is no AC but you really will not miss it at all. The local weather is perfect, my visit was in summer where the weather was reaching or exceeding 100F in other places, here at night was on the 60's.

The building looks new, and it has some pros and cons. As pro, you have new installations and the staff is really nice, (definitely they were the best). The room is warm, which is good, the beds were comfort and clean. The bathroom was OK, but... it lacks of personality, the room was like a room without personality, I think is because everything was new, but... I don't think is memorable, they give you shampoo and soap, but not pretty. I hope it improves that in the future, because the installations are really nice.

Deben mejorar el wifi es muy malo. La alberca no es climatizada y no tienen servicio de restaurante. La limpieza es excelente y las camas muy buenas. La habitación es muy espaciosa. El hotel es muy tranquilo y seguro. El estacionamiento espacioso. La ubicación del hotel está a unas cuadras del centro un poco a las afueras de la ciudad.

Excelente opción de hospedaje, las camas limpias y cómodas incluso para el clima frío vivido en Chignahuapan, personal siempre muy amable y eficiente. Sólo percibí que a los closets se les metía un poco la humedad, favor de revisar este punto, espero que próximamente puedan contar con el restaurante abierto, pero fuera ese par de detalles disfrutamos mucho la estancia en sus muy buenas instalaciones.

1) Creo que el hotel es de lo mejor de Chignahuapan, podrían mejorar el mantenimiento en las regaderas de las habitaciones. 2) En el check inn, podrían mejorar el servicio, llegamos en viernes a las 13:00 hrs. y no nos asignaron la habitación hasta las 15:00 hrs. Siendo que el hotel estaba vacío.

Great view, and extremely clean. The breakfast included in PPP was really good local food.

The view and comfort of the bed. I really appreciate the extra infirmation about the place and events going on during my stay there by the hotel manager.

The place was overall great, the forest, the green areas, the room was as expected, nice bonuses. the people was very helpfull and kind, the lady that arrange the bed for my kid was so nice and warm.

Love the location, the hotel have the best views, room was spacious and beds were as comfortable as you can imagine.
