The host prepared welcoming fruit, coffee, tea, liquer and juices. Warm apartment and jacuzzi. Bathroom is geard up with few types body washing gels. I felt very welcomed. 🤩

The interior was beautifully designed, and I really liked the color combination of the wallpaper and curtains. The bed was also very comfortable and it made it easy to sleep well. The shower and other water-related areas were also very clean and well-maintained.　The neat and cozy room showed how thoughtful the host was. I liked it so much, I honestly wished I could’ve stayed a few more nights.

I was initially a little worried after booking and checking the directions on Google maps - hotel didn't look great... but I was very, very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was 5 star! Friendly staff, absolutely stunning room (with a lounge, a queen bed, a massage shower & a jacuzzi tub, bath robes & slippers), free parking & good breakfast. We arrived early, parked our car & bought an all day tram pass and went exploring. €4 for an all day ticket, payable in cash to the driver. Tram stop is 50/90m from the hotel.

We’ve stayed at the hotel over the weekend. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful, especially Allan in the reception, who spoke perfect English and offered lots of helpful information about local restaurants, how to get to the centre, etc. Staff went above and beyond to assist the guests (not only us). It’s worth paying extra for breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. Choices for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel is located around 20-30 min drive from the airport (traffic) dependant, and 15 min tram ride to centre of Zagreb (tram stop is just outside the hotel). If you rent the car, there is small free parking attached to the hotel. Even though from outside the hotel did not look like anything special, once you walk in, meet the staff and see the facilities you’ll enjoy your stay.

Extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. For a hotel of this size, the breakfast was outstanding – great selection and very tasty. Reserved free parking is a big plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also, the price was very fair. We will definitely return.

Our suite at Residence Hotel was comfortable and well-appointed, with a particularly nice bed that ensured good rest during our stay. The food served at the hotel was tasty and enjoyable. The staff appeared friendly, though we didn’t have much opportunity to interact with them beyond basic exchanges. One area for improvement would be the bathroom - there was noticeable limescale on the shower fixtures that could do with replacing or a thorough clean. I’d also suggest adding coffee and tea facilities in the room, as this would be a welcome convenience for guests. Overall, it was a decent stay with good fundamentals, but a few small touches could elevate the experience.

It s made with great taste and care. Very clean room and sauna and jacuzzi area is spotless . Delicious breakfast and very nice polite staff around all aparthotel.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We initially booked the king suite with sauna and jacuzzi and arrived there well after 20. We jumped into the jacuzzi immediately after getting in the room and realised very late that the apartment has no windows to open. It got really stuffy. As my husband has allergy issues, it was very hard for him to breathe afterwards. We asked for a change of the room and they enabled it for us very quickly and free of charge. The next room was very clean, beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay fully.

Overall, a great choice for a stay in the city.

The apartment was cosy and clean. It came with towels, bedding, toiletries, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (including cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and some condiments). The WiFi generally worked well and the apartment building was quiet. The host sent clear instructions for self-check in and we got in with no problems. They were lovely throughout our stay and answered all of our questions. Location is also great as it's a short walk from a tram stop and a Lidl is nearby for groceries. We had a great stay! 😊

Good small apartment only 20 minutes away from the center, with a nearby tram stop and japanese restaurant and mini markets. Room is clean and very comfortable, with good air conditioning and fast wifi. Very responsive and accomodating owner.

Nice and quiet place, in safe area with parking place for two cars. We reserved this place for one night stay as a halfway to Vodice. It was also good for late night arrival. There is bakery and caffe 10 mins from apartment, so you can buy nice breakfast there.

Very nice and friendly hosts. Very big apartment, nicely equipped with everything you need and a hot tub. The beds are very very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. One room with a double bed and a single bed, another room with a double bed, and a living room with sofa.

Great setup and very spacious. A great place to stay with small children. Located a short bus trip to city centre. The staff were very kind and friendly, we would gladly stay again.

Everything was great! Apartment is huge and comfortable. We didn't use jacuzzi, but we have used sauna what has been a perfect bonus ti relax. It is great to have underground parking which is safe, it is only few minutes walking. Old town is quite close around 40 minutes walking. BUT the most the biggest THANK YOU we would like to say to the host! We had problem during our trip, and owner made everything to help us!!! Thank you so much, we do appreciate your help!!! Owner is such nice good person who provides nice apartment and exceptional care of his guests! ❤️

We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi. It was such a treat. Very beautifully decorated, relaxing and romantic. The location is perfect and there is a parking area just in front of the building.

Everything was amazing from the welcome of the hosts to the apartment to the location. A short walk to the tram and few mins on the tram to the main square. The apartment had everything to cook, chill and to relax. The beds were comfortable, the shower was so lovely and refreshing.the fridge was great as we could visit the local market and shops and stock up for the week..the supermarket is nearby with a great choice of food. There are a few cafes nearby and lovely bakeries. You must stay here. It is quiet, relaxing where you can chill watch TV too. The host gave us some nice treats and made us so welcome. The sauna and hot tub were amazing. It was just a wonderful family holiday together.

We loved Villa Vino & Grad. The apartment we had was bright and felt brand new. It had the best shower and most comfortable bed we have had on our long trip at 8 other places. Careful if you have kids though--that water can get HOT! The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The location was quiet and convenient to downtown Zagreb--30 min walk or quick 3-stop tram ride. We also loved that it was dog-friendly and had private, gated parking. The best feature though was the host: Rosemary! She was so kind, so accommodating, and hilarious! We won't stay anywhere else when we return.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Vino & Grad, the bed was incredibly comfortable; we had a wonderful view of the garden and trees making the room peaceful and the wifi was fast and unfaltering. Our hostess Rosemary was superb! She provided us information on the town and where is best to eat and assisted us with our laundry. Absolutely would stay again.

There's nothing not to like about this place as it has the old scool beauty with the modern approach. The host is exceptional and very helpful. Helped us get food on the night we arrive and bus tickets for the following days which was very helpful to go through the city.

We had the kindest host ever. Communication was so easy and our host was super helpful and friendly. We even got a little welcome brandy. The place was really clean and comfortable. It had everything how it is described on the platform. We would definately Stay here again. Thank you!

Nice location just outside center, near supermarket and very good restaurant (Batak rudeš) and of course jacuzzi+ owner (who we did not meet) but even though he had car accident was only worried if we needed anything

Whole apartment is so nicely done! The lights are such a nice touch. I don't think I need to say anything about the jacuzzi. Location is amazing! Everything you could possibly need is within reach and it's actually a pretty quiet neighboorhood. The host gave us excellent instructions about getting into the apartment and where to park. All in all our stay was amazing!

The Apartment has an AC, the bed was big and clean & the jacuzzi is a separate room. There is LED lighting, which you can control with a remote, as well as normal lighting. The Host is very kind and accommodating. We were provided with a Phone to give us WiFi and there is a TV in front of the bed with all kinds of entertainment, including Netflix. The Property isn't all too far from the city center and is well accessible via public transport.

It was clean, spacious, comfy and relaxing and the host was easy to contact and very helpful.

Everything was so clean and cozy, location is great, you have q parking in front of the apartment, we enjoyed every second in jacuzzi, and Zagreb was lovely in every way. If you want cozy and romantic weekend i am highly recommend you this apartment.

Lovely private place overlooking a valley with a jacuzzi on the terrace. Couldn't wish for more. Igor was a great host with lots of tips about things to do or where to eat. Can not recommend this place enough.

Nice and warm welcome from Igor and Hachiko (his amazing and lovely dog!!). Igor (including the surrounding neighbours) were amazing and helpful. Offered tomatoes from their garden and cleaned the wheels of my car (after a storm). This made the whole stay much more "human" and friendly. The apartment has a nice jacuzzi with view on the surrounding hills. The beds are really comfortable and the quality of sleep, due to the quite surroundings, is priceless. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

Igor, the owner is absolutely a great guy. He is very welcoming and has everything we need to survive in the first days. Like food, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, egs, milk, even wine. Shampoo, gel bath, toiltel paper, towels very comfy, first aid box, very well prepared with utensils for cooking, loads of wood for BBQ, huge outside garden and also small vegetable garden, etc. He deserves all the stars! The jacuzzi and the "outdoor" area is absolutely insane, the led lights and the hot bath makes everything perfect, with an excellent view to enjoy and relax. I definitely recommend.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Igor was super nice and already preheaded it up for us when we arrived. After a long journey of travelling, that was just the thing we needed. As the apartment is a little bit secluded in a serene neighbourhood, there are not many food options, so Igor was kind enough to order pizza and salad for us (it was very good). The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend only if you have a car though ;-) but then a 100%! Thank you Igor for your kindness and hospitality 😊

Very beautiful apartment and really clean. The sauna and the jacuzzi were the cherry on top. I recommend of you come to Zagreb to stay here.

Large, clean room. It's in a quiet residential area. There's nothing of interest to tourists in the area but there is tram stop five-minute walk away. It takes 30 minutes to get to the centre. Good WiFi - 43mbps. There's a local shop 2 minutes walk away and a big Lidl 5 minutes wlk away.

A really nice, spacious apartment, almost like a bungalow. Really clean and homely. The owner was helpful with check-in and was even able to check in early.

We really liked the place. Our stay was really pleasant, and the host always answered really fast to our questions. The setup of the apartment upon arrival was really romantic. The kitchen was complete and with good amenities. The view from the terrace of the sunset is also really beautiful and we also could find nice things to use. Really nice for a couple getaway. We really enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi.

The owner was very friendly and useful in answering any and all questions at any time. Upon entering the apartment we were greeted by nice background music, teas and coffee on display, as well as a package of candles, a nicely made bed and towels, the bathroom had all the scents of shampoo which we found kinda funny but thoughtful. The jacuzzi was warm and the colors could be adjusted. The apartment is very nicely decorated and we liked the attention to detail such as the color coordination of the design - the wall colors are matching the picture frames and the pictures themselves and everything is beautifully designed. Unfortunately we did not use the sauna, but we liked that the wood inside was very smooth and well polished unlike some saunas.

Very nice and modern apartment. Perfect for couples. Host is very helpful. I recommend for sure!

What truly sets HOH apart is the impeccable service. Every member of the staff exuded warmth and professionalism. Lavinija went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, attending to every detail with a level of care and attentiveness that is rare to find. The breakfast was included and was delicious, introducing us to some of the specialities of Croatian food. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like more than just a guest – when we told Lavinija we are traveling by road, the hotel packed us sandwiches, water and fruit for our journey… who does that :) We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing experience and a warm introduction to Croatia, its people and their hospitality.

The hotel is modern and new - made with quality and modern materials. Very good breakfast - with good choice of food. The hotel is located up on the hill above the central area of Zagreb, the view from the terrace is amazing, at the same time it's just a short walk away from the central street where a lot of different restaurants located, on a few streets, close to each other. Parking possible on street and it costs 20 EUR, this is a municipal fee in central Zagreb. What is unusual, that you get parking ticket on windscreen in the morning, which is not a fine but an invoice to pay for 1 day of parking, it can be paid at the hotel reception.

I had an amazing start to my trip in Croatia by staying at this accommodation. The location is perfect, situated right on the edge of the city center. It's incredibly close to all the main attractions yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was the best I've had in Croatia. Small new boutique hotel located in a beautiful building with a stately entrance (you wouldn't expect it from the outside) this in a quiet area at the beginning of the old upper town. Beautiful stylish designer room, super nice designer bathroom. Everything has been thought of from a very comfortable bed, soft bed linen, more than enough soft towels (including even a make-up towel which is very cleverly thought out), dressing gowns and slippers, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee machine, kettle and even nice wine glasses! The breakfast area both inside and outside is simply sublime. The choice is huge, all fresh and equally tasty. If you have the weather gods with you definitely take your breakfast outside on the cosy terrace. Next time we visit Zagreb we will definitely book again.

The staff is very friendly and the reception works 24 hours. They take the requests of the guests very serious. The location is good for "Gorni grad" And you can reach the city center easily using stairs (which may be difficult for old/ somehow disabled people). The rooms are cozy, decorated with taste and very clean. Cleaing lady comes every day. The hotel and Zagreb in genral is very safe. We enjoyed the breakfast, it has a lot healthy stuff and fruits. This B and B might seem a little hard to find and looks like its in an abandoned old bank building. But the directions to find it are excellent and once you get inside its like an oasis right on the square a the bottom of the Upper town and the end of the famous cafe street. We took tram number 6 from the car hire company whihc dropped us right on the square in front of the hotel building.The location is perfect, the room is spacious and modern with comfortable bedding, a mini bar , TV, tea and coffee making in the breakfast room, big bathroom , aircon and its very quiet. In the morning there is a continental and cooked breakfast included. Would stay here again and it was probably our best night's sleep of our 3 weeks in Croatia.

The location of this property is the best one we have ever experienced in our travels. It's very central, honestly it can't get better than this. Nives was welcoming, amazing, and she attended to our needs. She went above and beyond in caring for us, even personally going out to quickly buy GF snd lactose-free breakfast provisions. Nives communicated excellently, and it was our mistake that we forgot her detailed info on parking at a nearby, very reasonably priced garage. The location on the main square was fantastic, and close to everything. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, given that it was on the main square. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs(!), croissants, espresso, Americano, non-sugar sweeteners, meats and cheeses, toast, and all the fixings. We would stay there again.

The room is exactly as you would imagine, clean smells nice, spacious for what it is. The bathroom is clean and actually pretty big. The location is by far the best you will probably get in Zagreb, without any exaggeration, I mean it. You are close to absolutely everything, and most (not all) things are in walkable distance - 15/20/30min. And we had a very nice view of their Dolac market, which was great in the morning as well. The breakfast is also pretty good, you have most of what you will need to get you started! I recommend this with two thumbs up!

Truly above expectations! There’s a supermarket nearby and a tram stop within walking distance, making it very easy to reach the city center. You can buy tickets either at a nearby kiosk or directly on the tram. Zagreb itself is a magical and heartwarming city, full of charm and places to explore. The hotel is also very easy to find: close to the main road and the highway, which makes it convenient for those continuing their journey by car. There’s a lovely covered parking area, which was a great bonus. The hotel provides bathrobes, towels, and a very practical safe - big enough to even fit a laptop for those who need it.

The Room was clean and the beds were already made for us to sleep in ( 1 big double bed and 1 sofa bed). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to step in if needed. We travelled with our 2 children (5 and 8 years old), the sofa bed was very comfortable for the kids to sleep on! The bathroom was also very clean. The double bed was comfortable and we woke up energised and ready to carry on with our trip. The breakfast was delicious and could satisfy every one of us! The parking was pretty full at our arrival late at night but we could find a good and safe solution with the help of the staff. Thank you also for that! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at your Hotel, we will see you again next summer for sure!

The combination of a superb location, comfortable and modern rooms, and such thoughtful hospitality made our stay outstanding. Interaction was excellent prior to our arrival. Instructions to get to the hotel were simple and clear. It is one of those renovated floors with hotel rooms within normal apartment buildings. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, very tidy, with a wonderful shower. Marko and the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, very attentive to our needs (so much that our flight to leave was really early in the morning and they provided a take-away breakfast the night before - this was awesome!!!), they gave us good recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable, including having lunch or dinner at the restaurants in the 1st floor of the building (a very fancy one and a typical Croatian one - food was incredible in both!!!). If I ever go back to Zagreb, I would book again undoubtfully.

Great accommodations, location, staff, breakfast, and overall experience! The room was clean, neat, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom was impecable (which is very important for us). They provided a pocket wifi device (game changer), which we were able to take around with us and connect to internet whenever/wherever. Breakfast was a feast and as fresh as it can be; it included everything from eggs, homemade bread, fresh cold cuts, yogurt, you name it. Staff was super attentive and provided guidance regarding things to do, restaurants to visit, and taxi service. It is located 2-3 minute walk from the Cathedral and 2-3 minute walk to the main square. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Zagreb.

I love this hotel - As a female solo traveler, I prefer to stay in places I feel safe. This hotel is amazing, the sauna/pool/gym situation is fantastic. The breakfast at the restaurant is fresh. Espresso machine and tea in the room is great - the blackout curtains on the room also really help if you're jetlagged and need some extra rest. Very convenient location - close to lots of bars, restaurants, and downtown area of Zagreb. I've stayed here 3 times now on my travels to Croatia. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Also, it is a close 20-30 min ride to the airport from the hotel. Staff assist with arranging taxis so all in all very convenient and has everything you need for a restful, wonderful stay.

Everything about our stay at art'otel was perfect! The hotel itself feels luxurious, is tastefully decorated with an artistic touch (as the name implies), and our room was both very clean and very comfortable. We didn't have time to use many of the amenities, but the spa/pool looked very nice and the rooftop bar seemed like a great spot for an evening drink. The hotel is in a great location, super walkable and just a block from the main square (Ban Jelačić). But best of all was the very kind, welcoming, and helpful staff at the hotel - from check-in through check-out, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help us recover some items that had been left behind in the room. Very highly recommend art'otel!

Amazing experience! I stayed here for a few days and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located right in the center, super clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. But what truly made the difference was the host – an incredible woman, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. She made me feel at home from the very first moment. Very kind owner, check in was super easy. Check out was at 11:00. They provided 2 sets of fresh towels for the shower and one for face. Neighbourhood very friendly and safe and quiet. We loved the apartment so much.

I don’t often write reviews, but this one deserves to get out there! This was a fantastic stay. The location is perfect (very central) and the room was squeaky clean, spacious and beautifully designed. My room had a window nook where I could sit, drink tea and relax while soaking up the vibe from the cafés in the street below. With the windows open, I could enjoy the vibe of the city. Once I closed the windows it was dead silence for a good night’s sleep. The bed was super comfy. The host, Irena, was amazing. Her communication was quick and clear. She had a handful of recommendations for breakfast/brunch and where to experience the best local cuisine. As a tourist (that loves to soak up the local culture, food and wine) these recommendations were golden. The recommended cafés and restaurants were non-touristy, but still centrally located, well priced, delicious food and perfectly located for watching locals go about their day. This, for me, were very valuable moments. Irena also recommended places where I could buy locally made jewelry (without breaking the bank) and guided me to the best way to get an Uber for my airport transfer. I would say that for the (already reasonable) price that you pay for the room, you actually get so much more. I cannot recommend this place more.

The room was great! It was spacious enough, clean and the location was amazing! The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillow and covers. It has a fridge and a comfy sofa and TV to chill a little after a long day. Communication was great and friendly! Close to great restaurants, bars, shops and all the center stuff you wanna see! This place was located with excellent access within a minute walk from the central square; banks; trams; Dolac market, bars restaurants & great coffee+party shops. I stayed in this property many years ago and was delightfully surprised that it is still as good as I remember. The location is excellent and only a few minutes from the main Trg Bana Jelačića. The room I was allocated (#5 I think) on the ground floor was very large with a wonderful view over a small park and the main pedestrian restaurant/bar street of Tkalčićeva with the cathedral up in the background. Interesting art work made the room warm and homely. Very comfortable bed and large, modern bathroom with an excellent shower stall. As an added bonus, Irena is a fantastic hostess - very friendly and kind and super efficient - even bringing extra towels when I requested them

We're really happy with our stay in the hotel. The hotel has private parking. The rooms were way more than what we were expecting. We had one room with two beds - but it was way more spacious than some expensive hotels. We actually had two rooms in an apartment with two huge terraces(balconies). Nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant was closed, but they helped us order some food and they allowed us to have our dinner in the restaurant. We were more than happy! We had a nice little stay as we were only for one night but the experience can't be explained in a couple of sentences. The staff was really nice, friendly and super helpful. We had to check out early so we didn't have time for breakfast, but I guess it would've been nice too🙂 We already recommended the hotel to our friends and they're looking to book it. Elenas Rooms and Apartments is a great choice to stay in Zagreb. The rooms are cosy, well decorated, newly renovated and technologically advanced since you don’t need to carry a key but the entrance is by code in the rooms as well as in the building. The bed is very comfortable , the rooms are warm and the WiFi reliable and fast. Moreover the rooms are in a great location , just 2 minutes from the Ban Josip Jelasic Square and the old town. Really you can explore central Zagreb on foot. Finally the staff is very polite and helpful and the owner of the rooms Josip is very eager to help with any problems that may occur. Surely we will prefer the accommodation again if we revisit Zagreb in the future.

The apartment is perfectly clean and polished which is the most important thing to me personally. Enough towels, some snacks and bottle of water. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very well heated. Nicely decorated and the shower glass wall is really sexy and a real surprise! Will visit again for sure because the location is perfect. It's not a loud street and the rooms are very well soundproofed so it's really quiet and you can sleep late. I love that you can leave your luggage before checking in a big plus! All in all a perfect stay.

The owners of the property were very nice and friendly they contacted us a day before we arrived we had to provide them with our passport to verify who we were which was for their own purposes. The owners had contacted us at 14:00 to tell us that the room was ready and that we can checkin when we are ready. The checkin was supposed to be at 15:00 but they allowed us to checkin early which was very good for us. We arrived at the apartment we had no problems checkin in or finding the apartment. The apartment was beautiful modern stylish well maintained clean it had everything that we could possibly need. The wifi worked very well the shower was amazing the bed was very comfortable it was a king size bed so we both slept so good. They had soundproof windows so you could not hear noise outside on the main street with the trams and people passing by. The supermarket was ten minutes walk from the apartment and it was located in the city centre which was perfect for us. We were only there for one night but we wished we had stayed there longer.

Our stay was just great. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bed is just awesome! The bathroom was big, clean, and freshly renovated. Mostly we were communicating with Ksenia, she was very friendly and keen to answer all our questions. The location is nice, apartments are located on a busy street but once you’re inside you don’t hear the noise. Around 25 minutes walk to the main train station. There are many bakeries with delicious pastries and restaurants around. It was easy to walk to all the main tourist attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay in MINT apartments and will definitely choose it next time if we go to Zagreb.

The apartments were in an amazing location, just a short stroll down the same street right into the centre. The apartment itself is stunning. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfy bed and great shower. Nice touch having chocolates / drinks on arrival left for us, and having a smart TV so we could watch NetFlix etc. The host was so helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and so friendly. Tomislav, the manager was the best we’ve come cross on our journey through Europe, nothing was to much, even arranging transport directly from the airport to the apartment. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the check-in instructions was very clear. The apartment location is near the bus station and it has 2 tram stops next to it. It's very quiet at night, so I slept very well. The apartment was super clean, it seems it was recently renovated, you have a lot of kitchen stuff if you are going to cook. The only thing you may notice that it's not in the city center, but you can either walk of 18min, or take a tram and it will put you right in the center. Everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay here. I strongly recommend it.

The location is absolutely perfect. Situated in easy walking distance of both the upper and lower towns. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, juices, pastries, meats and cheeses, fresh honeycomb and hot sausages. Eggs are cooked on demand and there is even prosecco if you want it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in - ever. And we have travelled a lot. The rooms on the second floor are exceptionally well appointed with gloriously high ceilings. The room was warm - you can control the temperature easily and the lights and plumbing in the bathroom are great. The water pressure is good and the shower is easy to work (you don't have to be a professional safe-cracker to reach the ideal temperature). The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and charming and the overall standard of this hotel was absolutely superb. I cannot think of a single thing that I would change. Complimentary prosecco on arrival and water and chocolates on our departure. The entire experience was a tour de force of professionalism in how to run a hotel and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thank you to everyone for a fabulous stay.

Everything! Gorgeous hotel, you feel welcome as you enter the stylish reception area and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine whilst you wait to check in. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable and the shower is great. Breakfast was delicious, and as we had to leave early on our final day we also enjoyed a breakfast box to take with us. Staff were super polite and helpful.

Beautiful historic hotel in an amazing building, old world charm with modern conveniences. Excellent location as well. My bed was super comfy, the room was really comfortable too and clean. I had a wonderful stay in Hotel Capital. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated close to the main attractions of the city as well as bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious with tall walls that added to the sense of space. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. Despite being in the city center where the tram passes by, I didn't hear any noise, possibly because they gave me a room with a back view. Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Capital and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Everything went well. We loved the cozy feel of the entire property. We especially enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty every morning. We chose to eat dinner there three nights and savored every delicious meal. The staff, both in the morning and the evening, were ever so friendly and helpful. The room looked newly furbished, with a small but well designed and spotless bathroom. a good fresh breakfast with good coffee and access to a kettle for that vital cup of tea (English traveller!). The location was perfect for us and a short walk to the areas we wanted to visit and also regular trams not far from the building. It was great to have a balcony in our room and access to the balcony in the breakfast room, especially as we were able to watch the start of the Zagreb marathon! The instructions for accessing the building were very easy to follow, with photographs to help.

Very pleased with the breakfast, view and friendly staff. Location is more than perfect. Staff was very kind, patient and understanding. Every day we came back to a fresh set of bath towels and emptied waste bins. Room was clean and air condition worked as expected. The TV was nice and easy to use and the room even came with a clothes iron, a hair dryer and enough hangers for all of our clothing. The windows were all crystal clean and the carpet was vacuumed. No stains on the walls. Clean mirrors, pillows and toilet seat. I highly recommend this place.

The B&B is located in the 6th floor of a building that is really in the center of Zagreb, so the position is perfect. From the entrance, you can immediately see that everything was recently renovated. Corridor, reception, breakfast room, all looks new. The room was also nice. The matrass of the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but, as a solo travel, the overall size of the room was perfect for me. Towals were changed every day. At breakfast, there was everything but, of course, do not expect a great variation. The lady of the reception was extremely friendly and nice, and she was very helpful in setting out a particular request that I had for my invoice. If I am in Zagreb, I would defenitely return.

In general, we are more than happy that we booked this room. It is literally in the heart of the city center, everything you need to see or do is nearby, the location is EXCELLENT. If you follow the instructions they send you with the photos it is not difficult at all to find it, since it is located in the central square of Zagreb Ban Jelacic. The instructions they give you are clear. The room is very clean, great view, great bathroom and it looks like everything is new. The hostess is superfriendly, you can talk to her about anything. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with somewhat limited options but in general it offers a complete breakfast (eggs, breads, croissants, cheeses, hams, vegetables, fruits, coffees, teas, cereals, yogurts, bread spreads). Situated within easy walking distance to the Ban Jelačić Square and many restaurants and cafes, the property is comfortably set up with clean rooms adjoining a common breakfast area in an old but well-maintained building. The breakfast has a good spread with meat and veg options, and beverages and cookies are available 24/7. Lina is very helpful and pleasant. The tourist brochures and guides, and the umbrella, were handy and helpful to have in the room. Self-check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

It’s located close to the centre of the town near many restaurants and shops, and the tram is also in close proximity. We’ve got the instructions on how to get there by message which was very clear and understandable. The B&B is located in an old building but the place itself is very clean, warm and modern. The breakfast was good and more than enough with a good variety in fruits, pastries, and meat. The lady who prepared breakfast, and is also the receptionist was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately we messed up our booking but they managed it very professionally and was very satisfying. So we are very grateful to them :)

The hotel radiates quality all over the place. Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, room was clean, light, comfy, with fridge (and with content), clean and modern bathroom with all the high quality amenities available. Kettle with coffee/tea and a small sweet to enjoy at arrival. Although the hotel looks pretty modest, a second building provides more rooms. Upon early arrival I could already stay in the room so I didn't need to store my luggage, waiting for the formal earliest check-in time. This was very convenient because I had a full afternoon to spend in the city. Breakfast was plenty, with a wide variety of continental and 'English' breakfast, sweets, savory and good quality coffee, fresh fruit. At check-out it was also allowed to store my luggage so I could still dwell in the city while waiting to depart for the airport later that day. The hotel uses a professional private taxi service for the airport, which was nearly as cheap as going by bus (and avoiding to walk 800m to the bus station first). It was a rainy day, and I was offered to borrow an umbrella, which I gracefully declined wanting to buy a fold-umbrella myself. A very pleasant experience, very recommended.

Livris Hotel is conveniently located near two tram stops a short ride from the city centre, which makes travel to and from quite easy. Both receptionists I encountered were friendly and helpful with information about the hotel as well as with plans I had within Zagreb, which set the tone for the stay. My room was small but cosy, and had everything you'd need, as well as additional amenities such as a bath robe and slippers; the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The check in procedure was very straight forward and the owner was very helpful and generous allowing me to check in early. The property was easy to find and the coffee served in the cafe next door was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and the duvet the perfect weight. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery and I appreciated the sharp bread knife - it is surprising how many places don't even have one! The bathroom was clean and modern with plenty of towels. I liked that you could turn the lights off without getting out of bed.

I am an American Military Officer from Vicenza Italy. This was our first time visiting Zagreb. This apartment is literally 6 minutes form the main square downtown. There is much graffiti on the buildings all over downtown, so we were not sure what to expect, but once inside - the apartment looks recently renovated! It was TOTALLY cozy, and clean as a whistle! Bedding, kitchenet, and bath were all 5-Star quality and there was plenty of room for us that we would not have gotten in the Sheraton (1 block away). There are dishes, pots & pans for cooking, a good size mini-fridge and a microwave. The apartment is also decorated very nicely (which my wife really liked. Very secure. Passcodes for the street entrance, the apartment suite entrance, and a hard key for our actual apartment. Check-in was super easy, and Wi-Fi was PERFECT! Don't know if/when we will be in Zagreb again, but we will definitely stay at Zagreb Spin & Fly!! Finally, Selina the host/owner was exceptional as well. We do not speak Croatian, so she communicated with us in English which help a lot!! She is very kind, friendly, responsive, and ensured that she met all our needs! THANK YOU SELINA!!

This is a centrally located hotel with tram stops just outside, shops and restaurants nearby, and only one tram stop to Jelacic Square for access to the Gornji Grad. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, and the staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The showers are fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. If I were returning to Zagreb, I would choose this hotel without doubt. Zagreb as a whole was an eye-opener. We didn't know what to expect, and it was friendly, beautiful and felt extremely safe.

The hotel is well located, on the main street with tram stops outside. Like many things in Zagreb, it is easy to miss as the signage doesn't really stand out. The entrance is through a fairly busy alleyway, which is shared with a popular car park, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful, storing our bags when we arrived early and left late; breakfast was varied and plentiful. Our room was a good size with a small sofa bed for extra seating. The pillows were very thick and I was told there were no others availble so in the end I used the small cushions as pillows to avoid getting neck ache. The bathroom was well equipped, but the shower controls were placed at a point where there was no screen, so using the overhead shower head inevitably resulted in the floor getting wet, and using the hand-held meant backing into the area where there was a protective screen. Whoever designed this bath/shower layout did not try it out.

Absolutely splendid hotel at the center of Zagreb with a perfect location and a big car parking with a roof. Friendly stuff at the reception. Very helpful with every our need and also gave us perfect recommendations about a restaurants nearby. The room was big, very well furnished, with everything necessary in it. At the morning, amazing breakfast, big choice of all kinds of food. Satisfied 100%.

Everything was perfect! A very nice apartment, well equipped, comfy, clean with all that you can need when traveling. The check-in was easier and thanks God the host had umbrellas to offer too! So, a perfect apartment!

Great location within 5 minutes walking distance of all the Advent activities and markets. The host was very easy to communicate with. There is also a delicious bakery/ coffee house called Boogie Lab if you are walking between the bus station and the apartment. The apartment is lovely and we realised that apartment D is the bedroom/ bathroom and apartment P has the kitchenette. We assumed that both apartments had the kitchenette. Fortunately we did not need it because the food in town was sooo good!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, spacious, and was on a quiet street. It is a short walk to many restaurants and cafe bars and is only a 10-20 minute walk to some of the main sights to see in upper town. If you have trouble with stairs or uphill walking this may not be the best place for you because it is located at the top of a hill, but if you don't mind some stairs I think it is the perfect location and an amazing value!

The apartment is really cosy, new and modern. The balcony was facing a park and it was overall very silent and relaxing. The kitchen is open and very small but still good to cook something small. Breakfast is served in the entrance in a paper bag and it's enough to start your day with juices, croissants and jogurts. The day we left we had to leave very early and I asked to be given the breakfast the day before and they were so nice to provide us with a bag to go. It's very close to an old city stair and to all bars and restaurants in the old town.

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, spacious, and accommodation for two adults and two kids without them squashed in a sofa bed - they each had their own bed. Takeaway type breakfast was brilliant - sandwich and croissants fresh from the bakery, with bottled orange juice. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. There also was a great local restaurant within easy walking distance. Lastly, owner gave detailed parking options. We decided on one not far from there that was excellent value at €14 for 24 hrs, and you could leave and return on the same ticket for the duration. Because it was cheaper than other properties on our trip, I was prepared to accept something not quite as nice. I was pleasantly surprised - it was brilliant! We will most definitely book here again in future.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood, close to museum, caffe's, restaurants, bars, supermarket, shopping mall, but also near the forest. It is dog friendly ❤️. Everything was very clean. The bed sheets were amazing. The host provided very good indications about all parking options in the area ( we choose "Public garage Tuškanac" with daily ticket), also how to get to the location and to do self check-in. We really liked this accomodation and for sure we will choose it again if someday we will return. Thank you for hosting!

The location of the apartment is excellent, it is 3 min from the most popular streets in Zagreb to get a drink and enjoy the city. The room is modern, with all the equipment and very clean. We were in queen suite and the bathroom is large, also the shower. Bad was big and comfortable. A coffee on the hallway is a nice touch. We had no problem with parking, the instructions we received were on the spot.

Hotel is new, professional and very clean. The beds are comfortable with firm mattresses (which I like) and good pillows. The HVAC system is quiet, the windows provide good soundproofing, both the room and bathroom are spacious enough The staff was lovely—pleasant, helpful, and efficient. We had a very comfortable stay. As a sensitive sleeper, I really appreciated how well I slept here. The location is not in the city center, which was a deliberate choice for us. There is a large free parking lot in front of the hotel, and a shopping center is just a 5-minute walk.

Everything was clean and new or maintained, the apartment was air-conditioned, and there was a place to park right in front of the apartment. The place is reasonably spacious, located near a big park and zoo. Wifi just works and there is even a private gym behind the house. There is Kaufland (grocery store) in close vicinity - up to a 5-minute walk - and a good (pizza) restaurant 10 mins away, a bus stop is also nearby. While we stayed just one night, I can easily imagine staying longer, making the apartment a good base for exploring Zagreb and its surroundings. The owner is this really nice lady who does not seem to speak English very well (but had no problem asking a local boy to translate for her).

I stayed one night with my children at Maksimir-Rebro apartment in Zagreb and everything went smoothly. The place was very clean and comfortable, with a convenient parking spot right in front. Its location is great—just steps from Maksimir Park and the zoo, and the Maksimir Park&Ride (across from Dinamo Zagreb Stadium) made visiting the city by public transport super easy.

Location is perfect, there is a shop near by. The host is very nice, we came really late in the night and it wasn’t a problem for him, we checked in very easy. The apartment was very clean and cozy, after a long trip we rested very well. Definitely would recommend this place!

Will definitely be happy to stay here again if we are going to Zagreb again. We stayed for a week and found something fun to do every day. Botanical gardens, zoo, Loscak tower (fantastic view at the top), Bundek lido, The festival of light, Gric tunnel (impressive even though it doesn’t take long to walk through), centar Kaptol (worth the little extra walk just up from cathedral for nice shops/cinema. The market place is fantastic for fresh produce and gifts for taking back home. We had the most sweet and juicy oranges I’ve ever tasted. There are also lots of museums if you are interested in going. Great ice cream shops, bakeries, pizzaria by the apartment is fantastic and also have amazing desserts from Italy. We only used the tram whilst staying which is so easy to catch from outside the property (really nice lady who you can buy tickets from in left kiosk). Just have to pay 53cents for a 30 minute ride and make sure you stamp it when on the tram. Citymapper works really well. Also are now on a coach trip to Zadar. Takes three hours but views are amazing through all the mountains.

Also, the tram and bus stops are close to drive you to the center of Zagreb so that's a plus too.

The apartment has a spacious room and a well equipped kitchen. The room is in the lower ground floor, but there is enough light coming through the windows. The beds are comfortable and the TV is huge :) The window of the room is to the street, but the traffic did not disturb me it was not busy. Tram number 7 is 10 minutes walk away, but there is a bus stop ca. 2 minutes away, where there are buses stopping in every few minutes and taking you to Savski Most tram and bus hub. No need to use the car. Arena Shopping Mall and shopping area is 10 minutes walk away, and there are some very nice restaurants in a few minutes walk. This is a perfect stay if you are ready to use public transport and do not want to spend too much money for a central accommodation. Friendly and flexible hosts.

The apartment was very well equipped with a kitchenette, utensils, microwave, fridge and electric kettle. It has air-conditioning and has quite a few blinds and curtains to block out the light. The location is a quiet residential part of Zagreb. The owner was very nice and helpful. It also wasn’t far from Zagreb airport. It was clean and included an electric iron. It was also quite a bargain for Zagreb! Only about €76 for two nights stay. Overall, a brilliant stay in Zagreb.

The apartment was very spacious: had a small kitchen, 2 separate beds, bathroom, AC unit, and big TV. The size was perfect. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, they even gave us a clothes rack to help dry our clothes.
