The best hotel in Egypt. Fantastic rooms and overall hotel design. Impeccable staff. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are truly at luxury 5* level. Cleanliness is top, never seen such impeccable place in Egypt. Breakfast service is a bit slow, but the buffet choices are great, so are fresh juices and unlimited espressos from the barista. The restaurant Aida leans towards fine dining but maintains reasonable prices. The only cons are too strong A/C in the rooms as some of them don't allow opening the windows so we ended up asking for a heater (which got instantly delivered). Also Spa is chargeable extra even for basics like sauna and steam rooms. Treatments are also very expensive so it stays basically empty. You can also book Hilton for Luxury rate here which adds even extra value. Totally recommended also due to very easy access from the airport (short taxi/Uber/Bolt ride.)

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 rooms. Connecting rooms were requested ahead of time. Arrived around 3pm and was checked in promptly while seated in the lobby (always a nice touch). Not only were the rooms connecting as requested, but our room was upgraded to botanical view as Hilton Gold. We also were given complimentary breakfast. We had rooms 333 and 335 and they were bright, fragrant, and large for standard size rooms. As one would expect the room was spotless and there is zero sign of wear and tear anywhere. They left us a nice tray of chocolates and macarons as well. The bathroom is large with toilet and shower separated and a large tub. The bathroom products were not the usual Aesop you see in Waldorfs but theirs was still very good. The fitness center was great and very clean with each machine having a fresh bottle is water and towel at all times. There is an outdoor pool as well as a spa. The breakfast was a buffet with food for every appetite and nationality. The location is very close to the airport, about a 10 min drive. Depending on traffic and time of day you are about 50 - 70 mins from Giza and the pyramids. You are also about 20 mins from City Festival Mall. Overall the staff and facilities are exactly what you would expect from the Waldorf Astoria brand. If you are looking for luxury in Cairo and don’t mind being a little further from the sites, this is the place for you. It’s also a great location for when you are leaving via CAI airport.

I highly recommend this hotel; it is truly one of the best! The cleanliness is impressive, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including fantastic American coffee. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from the welcoming security at the door to the friendly front desk team, Atef, Magdy, Jessica, and Youstina. They even upgraded our room without us asking and consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. At the restaurant, our server Mariam was incredible and exceeded our expectations, along with Waled, Emad, and Abeer, who delighted us with surprises of food and desserts. I can’t thank them enough. Maya always greeted us professionally, and George at the swimming pool was exceptionally helpful. I hope I didn’t forget anyone; everyone was incredibly welcoming, remembering our names and checking in on us regularly. This hotel will be my home whenever I visit Egypt . Thank you

My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves and decided to book at Waldorf Astoria; we were not disappointed. Room was spacious and luxurious. The set up of the bathroom was perfect, hotel was luxurious, spotless clean. Breakfast outstanding, we also had dinner twice at their restaurant, and food was delicious. Also the service at the hotel was great. I want to give special thanks to Mohamed Raafat, our waiter for most of the days, young man with a great smile and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the future.

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Cairo was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding, especially the well-equipped gym, which made keeping up with our routine easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet truly stands out. It offers an exquisite variety of dishes from around the world, catering to every taste. What impressed us most was the breakfast staff’s warmth and attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, Abeer, Nourhan, Hazem, Samuel, Menna, Habiba, Mohamed, Mahmoud, and Nour made us feel like family. They remembered our names and food preferences. We were so pleased that we even canceled a stay elsewhere to remain at the Waldorf. Their friendly greetings and care gave us a bright start every morning. Thanks to the entire team for making our experience so special. We felt truly well taken care of and look forward to returning.

Hotel is amazing and staff are friendly. Rooms are capacious and very comfortable. The only concern I had is that hotel charged me additional 90 USD for three nights upon check in stating that paid price via hotels.com application is applicable only for locals and residents only. I was not convinced as I booked many times throughout application and never faced this conflict before. My overall experience is good but I was fed up concerning extra charge.

Tahrir Plaza Suites has an amazing location in Downtown Cairo. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you’re walking or taking an Uber, and it’s literally right across the street from the Egyptian Museum. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building, which gives it so much charm. My room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was delicious too. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They truly go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. After staying in other places around Egypt, this hotel stands out for its amazing hospitality. If I ever visit Cairo again, I’ll definitely stay here!

The location is absolutely perfect. Just steps away from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum, it was incredibly convenient to walk to many major attractions. Apart from the lovely themed rooms (ours was Isis) the staff @ Tahrir Suites are so helpful, it makes a difference to your stay.....Marcelino was exceptional :) He even organised food to be delivered for dinner from Kazaz when we couldn't sort out the language problem @ the restaurant. Our bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, the included breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed having it in our room. We appreciated the airport transfers both ways that were reasonably priced. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be in downtown Cairo opposite the museum.....and yes, still worth a third visit as GEM has not opened....yet!

It was a very short visit and staying but I do really enjoy staying with you guys .the room was very comfy and clean and the bathroom was very clean as well . The bed was so comfy although I slept few hours but I feel so relaxed . The view was amazing watching the museum and tahreer square . I would definitely try to come for my next visit again I would like to thank Islam the receptionist to help us with the check in and out . He was very helpful and respectful man.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Golf Resort in Cairo, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The customer service at this establishment is truly top-notch - the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself is outstanding, with luxurious amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the small details that really made a difference for me was the presence of a high-quality coffee machine and a selection of fancy coffee and tea, as well as actual coffee cups and bathroom original containers, which truly made me feel at home. The room size was also very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and furnishings. The food quality at the resort was amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which I would confidently say is one of the best I've had in Egypt.

What can I say about The Westin at Katameya Dunes? This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I was staying at the Westin for 11 nights and the entire experience was exceptional, it was just a shame I couldn't get too use the pool as it was still slightly chilly. Breakfast options were fantastic and Fatima was the nicest host I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Her warm welcoming smile, and easygoing demeanour made every breakfast a pleasure. The staff in the bar were exceptional in trying to find a football match I wanted to watch and every evening in the bar having dinner was brilliant as the staff were so attentive in looking after guests. The gym was really good, and I only wish the other guests would have treated it better by putting weights back after using them. My only negative experience in the time I was there was being told that I had to pay a fee for using the pool despite being a platinum elite member. It got sorted out in the end so no harm done. The dry cleaning service was very good although I would say to not put the little stickers inside the clothes when returning them as they hurt a bit but the standard of the clothes when returned was phenomenal. Also, the planning of the trip to Giza was amazing with the entire process being seamless and the highlight of the trip. I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here for pleasure when I return to Cairo, hopefully next year. Great effort everyone.

It was an amazing vacation at the Westin golf resort in Cairo. The staff there were amazing and very welcoming. To name a few Marc at the reception. And Aya and Hassan and Mahmoud at the restaurant were amazing and very thoughtful. They always made sure the children are having fun at breakfast. The Hotel itself is very clean and well placed on the east side of Cairo. The pool was amazing with variable depth so the children had a lot of fun in the shallow area. There was a little basketball court and table tennis. And obviously the golf field. Overall outstanding experience and most importantly the children had a blast which was the whole point. Loved our vacation in Egypt. Highly recommend this hotel. No reservation The one thing I would probably add to this hotel is a Vending coke machine 😂. But that was not a deal breaker.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations . I have stayed in so many hotels in Cairo over the years and this is by far one of my favorites. Great facilities , excellent hospitality & friendly /accommodating staff. The room was immaculately clean & spacious with comfy beds. I would like to thank Mohamed from reception for his warm welcome & for giving us the presidential suite on our first night which was mind blowing ! not to mention Amena for being so helpful with booking an amazing garden room for the rest of our stay.. I would also like to give a shout out to Sayed , Ali and Yasmine from breakfast for accommodating our needs and making every morning very special . Last but not least I would like to thank the concierge team specifically Ahmed Maher for being professional and delivering our endless online shopping bags to the room throughout our stay and Mahmoud for all his help with our luggage . This is definitely a place I would love to return to over and over again.

I've just completed my 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful all round, from the cleaners to the reception and the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast variety is good and the place was exceptionally clean. Access to the city stars mall was very convenient.

This was our very first stay at a hotel in Cairo, and what a welcome we received at Intercontinental Citystars! After a long (and slightly chaotic) trip from London, the kids were more fussy than pharaohs denied their naps. But then—enter the heroes of our trip: Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf! From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with the warmest smiles and genuine friendliness that instantly made us feel at home. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we’d walked into a luxury hotel or a family reunion (the nice kind). 😊 The kids were mid-meltdown, but Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf came to the rescue with colouring books like they were seasoned magicians. Poof! Tantrums vanished. Our little ones went from grumpy travellers to mini Picassos in under 30 seconds. It was a miracle. As for the room—it was beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. After such a long journey, it felt like walking into a peaceful oasis with Egyptian charm and modern comfort. We couldn’t have asked for more (well… maybe just room service that delivers coffee directly into our hands—but we're not complaining!). We’ll definitely be booking our next stay at Intercontinental Citystars, and we’ll be recommending it to all our friends, family, and even the nice couple we met on the plane. If you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf—consider your trip already a success!

We have had a wonderful week at the JW Marriott in Cairo. The staff have been exceptional from the moment we arrived, nothing is too much trouble. The food has been delicious with lots of variety and the staff, looking after us so well, have remembered our choices and brought drinks before we have even ordered! A special mention to Mohammady in the executive lounge on level 7, he was superb, we have been truly spoilt, thank you. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed and luxurious towels, fresh and plentiful daily. We had a fabulous view over the golf course and a large balcony. The swimming pools were lovely and warm and towels provided as we were taken to our choice of sunbed and refreshments offered. Ubers are quick to arrive and a great way to get about. The hotel is in a great location for seeing the many beautiful sights in Cairo. We can not recommend this hotel highly enough, we look forward to being able to return. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff who have made our stay so memorable.

The Kempinski Nile is a calm oasis in a bustling city. From check in to check out we experienced courtesy and helpful friendly service from all the staff. The room was well appointed and comfortable and our butler attended to our every request quickly. We were based here for 6 nights and the concierge team were very helpful advising on places to visit and organising our excursions ( including a wonderful Egyptologist Amira for our trip to Giza and the Pyramids). The guest relations manager helped facilitate a late check out as our flight from Cairo was after midnight. At breakfast in The Blue Restaurant and Grill - Christine and Ibrahim greeted and served us with a smile every morning and were very attentive. The choice at the buffet was extensive and all the food of high quality. Fresh falafel and flat breads hot from the oven were a special treat for me. Similarly, Amr and Ahmed were always friendly and helpful in the evenings when we had dinner. Serves of food were very generous at every meal and restaurant in the hotel. I highly recommend a treat at the Chocolate Lounge if you have a sweet tooth! Overall this hotel is great value for money and a very pleasant place to stay for business or leisure.

We loved our stay at the Kempinski Nile hotel. Cairo was our first experience in Egypt and we asked a lot of questions. The staff there were so consistently welcoming and helpful. Sabri and Ahmed Hassan the bell captain were especially wonderful and genuine. The location of the hotel was great, overlooking the Nile and very walkable to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. We also enjoyed walking in the area behind the hotel to try other local restaurants. The rooftop pool had a great view. There is also an ATM on the premises. The breakfast buffet at the hotel’s Blue Restaurant had a wide variety of delicious foods, with made-to-order salmon and eggs Benedict, meats, veggies, salads, pastries, fresh fruit, teas and coffees, healthy smoothies, etc. Our room was very spacious and clean. The large fruit basket in our room on arrival was a very nice and appreciated touch, as was the large slice of birthday cake that they brought up to our room on my birthday. (They had seen my passport.) Our stay was exceptional. We were sad to leave and would love to return some day.

I have just come back after a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Kempinski hotel Cairo. As expected the hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality, and it delivers an experience that’s both relaxing and enriching. Every encounter with staff member was friendly, helpful, and sincere. I would especially mention Ibrahim in the Blue restaurant ( great breakfast) and Zaid on checking in, both were very welcoming and warm in their hospitality. The location of the hotel is central and and the balcony and the Nile view were amazing.

We had a fantastic time here. The staff are very attentive. From the moment we arrived we felt everything was being catered for. Our room was spacious and facing the Nile. The breakfast is wonderful and there are great bars on the roof top which make amazing Negroni’s and the Jazz bar. We had great support from the concierge who organised our trips. They even walked us to the river front for our boat trip. This hotel goes the extra mile However we were exceptionally lucky to get the most amazing guide organised through the hotel. Heba made our trip extra social. We had a wonderful private tour of the pyramids and the museum and then booked her the next day for the Citadel and markets. She is absolutely fantastic and we will always treasure the time she spent with us. She is very knowledgeable and a huge amount of fun. Everyone knew her so we felt looked after and knew we were getting the best out of every location. It’s well worth booking a private tour and booking her if you can. The roof top is a great place to be even for a drink as the sun sets. The staff on the roof such as Ahmed were so helpful. We also made use of their spa and had a massage which was very good. It’s worth getting a Nile facing room and booking the trips through the hotel and trying to get Heba to do the tour!! A lovely and memorable few days in Egypt ❤️

The breakfast was very good many choices, the room was cozy with a pool view, loved the goose feather pillows, the location was near to my office. The spa was excellent and the Jacuzzi was good size.

The Resturant is good and food is good. Attended by Farha for all days stayed. I will recommend it for longer holiday stays. The Sauna and jacuzzi is superb.

The Concorde El Salam Hotel in Cairo exceeded all expectations. When I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities. The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very professional and attentive to the well-being of the guests. A big thank you to the hotel’s customer service team, to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work, and to Mr. Mahamed Abdi Alzaher, who greatly assisted us with his helpful advice during our stay. The establishment is located in a quiet area near the airport — ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from the noise of the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. Finally the reception staff were efficient and quick during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and pleasant. I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Cairo.

Amazing. The executive lounge is amazing. Delicious food and drinks all afternoon. Amazing service. I even got some snacks in my room when I arrived. For free ironing and shirt pressing…. I had never seen that. Customer service was amazing and always there to help. My stay was perfect Also in was worried about noise from airplanes but you can’t hear anything at all. There are a lot of car noises in the street but there are 2 windows and at night you don’t hear them. I am a very light sleeper

Well...here is my 360 degrees review! I have spent 20 days (!) in this hotel, which is situated on the 3rd, 5th en 6th floor of a big apartment building. Don't be mislead by the old, worn out building. When you enter the hotel area, everything is superclean, including the rooms. Apparantly it wasn't busy when I came, because they gave me their best and biggest room (3rd floor). Lucky me. Unfortunately I was transferred to another, tiny, dark room 5 days before leaving. It was a single bed cabin like room in a dark corner on the 5th floor, looking out over a backyard of trash. Tough luck. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their English isn't perfect but good enough to get there. The breakfast is from 8h onwards. You give the reception a call and they bring it to your room. It is simple (omelet, bread, fruit, some vegetables, yoghurt and coffee or tea) but sufficient. Bed and pillows are good. Shower is good and clean too. WiFi connection is not perfect but reasonable. The square in front is busy and noisy in the evening and it goes on til deep in the night. But they have double glass and for the rest you should bring earplugs (I did). I didn’t get less sleep because of noise. Also, neighbors (local residents) were a bit noisy at night, so earplugs earplugs earplugs! Concluding: a great deal for this price.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were even able to have breakfast an hour early when we had an early departure. The staff were all delightful, smiling, and so keen to please. Thank you, everyone. The room was quiet despite the Sama Hotel being in the very centre of Down Town with a very busy area in front of their doorway. The bathroom had a very large shower, which we loved. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was great to sit on and eat breakfast in the sunshine. A massive thank you to all the Sama team.

A hidden gem in the heart of Cairo, steps away from the iconic Talaat Harb Square where you can visit Cafe Riche, tons of bookstores, Cafe A l'Americaine, Kushary Abu Tareq, and a 5 min ride to Khan il Khlili. The room was charming with a balcony overlooking a beautiful and vibrant square on Oraby. The room had beautiful natural daylight, was super clean and had a crisp elegant design. The bathroom was renovated with an amazing shower. No complaints, if I could live here forever, I would. Staff was super respectful and friendly from reception clerks (Tareq and Nariman) to room service personnel (thank you Gharam!) and even the hotel manager. Really a hidden gem in the heart of Cairo. Why stay at a fancy 5 star hotel that would make you feel like you're outside Cairo when you can stay in this authentic hotel that exudes authenticity. I will always be staying here. Hallways to rooms had security cameras, elevator had a fob to make sure only residents can go upstairs. The room had everything I needed and more. Breakfast was lovely too.

Very central live close to major attractions. Clean and amazing staff. Manager was very helpful. They looked after us . Breakfast was amazing specially the traditional Egyptian breakfast.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the city centre on a square full of tasty local restaurants, within walking distance of everything you need. Although the entrance and elevator don't give the right impression, the rooms are deluxe. The cleanliness was exceptional, the rooms and corridors smelled of perfume. Although, the street down was busy and crowded, the room was perfectly sound-proof. They bring the breakfast to your room. The staff were very friendly and nice to me, especially the lovely miss Nariman. They offered me a free room upgrade and did their best to help me during my stay. On the last day, I left my luggage after checking out until evening. They offer some tours at a reasonable price. I booked 2 tours to the pyramids in 1 day and got a fair price. I will definitely come back. My stay at this hotel made my trip to Cairo unforgettable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Nile City. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ahmed at the front desk (the tall gentleman) who was exceptionally kind and helpful. When the team learned that it was my first visit to Cairo, they generously upgraded me from a full Nile view room to a room with a balcony and a stunning full view of the Nile. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, hospitality, and breathtaking views.

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the main walking area. The reception team and all staff members were very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. Security was also outstanding, with access to each floor restricted to guests holding a pass, which felt both convenient and safe. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks, including fresh coffee and a dedicated drinks bar. During my stay, I fell ill, and the hotel doctor kindly attended to me. To my surprise and appreciation, the kitchen staff personally called to check on me and sent food directly to my room since I was unable to go out. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference.

Excellent breakfast (quality & choice), a few restaurants and bars to choose from (our favorite was saigon's cuisine and bar. Beautiful and comfy room /beds, stunning bathroom! We absolutely loved the staff, the concierge team is beyond amazing and genuinely care about helping you (Ahmed, Sarah and hussein?). The spa area is great, and the gym is a proper highly equipped and maintained gym. The swimming pool area and food is excellent and the staff there is really lovely 🙏🏼 thank you for everything

Our stay at the Fairmont Nile City from October 9 to 12 was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect—offering beautiful Nile views and easy access to the main attractions in Cairo. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Excellent room, facilities, restaurants, shops and the view of the Nile was amazing. The staff were kind and pleasant especially Miss Reem at the reception she was helpful, kind and very professional.

I stayed at Arabella Residence for about a week while visiting Cairo for both business and a bit of sightseeing, and overall, I had a great experience. The property feels boutique-style — clean, modern, and clearly recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. I especially appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the little touches like the rain shower and comfortable bedding. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff? Incredibly kind and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed — even helping me arrange late-night transportation and giving solid food recommendations nearby. That said, no place is perfect — and I always appreciate a review that tells it like it is. The reception is a bit small (definitely not a dealbreaker, but if you're checking in with a lot of guest, you’ll notice). Also, while the location is safe and in a great part of New Cairo, it's not exactly walking distance to tourist sites — so plan on using Uber or having a car to visit old cairo about 20 min driving But honestly, the peace and comfort you get in return is worth it. Would I stay again? Absolutely. It’s clear that the owners care about quality, and it shows. Arabella Residence isn’t a five-star hotel — but you feel it is. It’s cozy, clean, and dependable — exactly what I needed.

Reception - the receptionist Mr. Erian was fabulous and was well informed about our queries. Room - it was a standard room with 3 single beds. Rooms were comfortable and space in room was decent. Clean Linen. Washroom - clean and tidy with all toiletteries and clean towels. WiFi - very good and fast Location - Hotel is situated in Downtown Cairo and close to most tourist places. Hotel is located in a old building on the fifth floor and there are other hotels on the fourth floors, etc. Transportation - Uber easily available but parking is difficult. Metro and other government transport nearby.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The location is perfect, close to all main attractions and services. Staff helpful and friendly (manager in pink shirt), central juat 100m from Talaat Harb square, beds and linen are freah and place kept clean. Brekki is ok- bread rolls, cheeses spread, small omolette etc. brilliant, new cold aircon. 8 mins walk to the museum

Situated in a very quiet area....close to the airport and some distance from Down Town Cairo...Two of the staff members were excellent , friendly and very helpful. Achmat Karmel , at the reception in the morning , were the image of how hotel front desk personnel should behave...he was very suave , friendly , helpful and gave us a lot of invaluable information that contributed to making our stay so pleasant Mossud ,one of the bellboys , were eager ,friendly and always carried.a welcoming aura with him

The restaurant is beautiful, but whatever food we ordered A-la-carte was not great. The breakfast coffee was downright terrible. The men at the reception were not very friendly, but the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and concierge were wonderful. The hotel is far away from the attractions on Cairo, but on the plus side, it is in a quiet and safe area

My stay at the Tulip Garden Hotel spanned six nights, encompassing the time before and after my Nile tour. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, conveniently situated near the airport yet a bit removed from the city center, with downtown Cairo being a short $4-$5 Uber ride away. We dined at the hotel's restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, finding the food to be exceptional, although it's worth noting the absence of alcohol. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, particularly during a minor dispute over a somewhat unreasonable fee of $30 for each additional guest beyond one, and the somehow ridiculous fee to use the sauna when it’s advertise in the hotel site. Omar at the check in desk and his manager handled the situation with grace, ensuring a resolution that was fair to all parties. Additionally, the hotel's barber shop provided one of the best experiences I've had around the world, a testament to the quality of their on-site services. I highly recommend the Tulip Garden Hotel to international travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Cairo, away from the bustling downtown area.

Spacious and very clean! Large, very clean, comfortable bedroom with king-size bed, fully carpeted and air conditioning. Large, very clean bathroom with good water pressure. Spacious outside grounds for walking and big swimming pools.

Hotel staff were very friendly, spoke English well enough, and were very helpful with aligning our additional, independently booked room for 1x night, with that booked for us per a group tour who arrived the following day (happily, we did not need to check out and back in again). The onsite restaurant serves an assortment of very tasty food per the buffet. The Superior Room was relatively quiet and clean, and was a great size for 2x people with a couple of luggage bags each. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is an easy 5-minute drive from the airport, and only approximately 35 minutes from Downtown by Uber if you travel outside of peak traffic times.

I really do enjoy my stay in this hotel alot the hotel is super clean and the stuff are super friendly and professional especially for that beautiful girl.named merna she is so sweet and kind and she knows how to do her work in the best ways ever this hotel is my comfort zone everything is 10 of 10 the restaurants the bar the pool and the stuff thank you for everything.
