Lovely b&b in historic beautiful home. Great breakfast and lovely pool and jacuzzi. It’s now my favorite place to stay in Ensenada. All employees are exceptional!

Lovely place!! Very clean and cozy! Attentive staff! Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing! Great value ! Just keep in mind if you are planing on bringing your kids they may not allowe them if the room designated for families with kids is not available....we were advised by the receptionist to call prior to make a reservation to make sure that specific room is available.

Casa Asturias was perfect for us. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet, but close enough to the Malecón and downtown. If it was warmer we might have walked there. We paid 60 pesos a day to park in a secure lot behind the property, just for peace of mind. The staff were always available and super helpful, especially Julia and Paloma. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. They have an inviting outdoor area where you can sit by a fire in the evening or have breakfast in the morning. It's an easy 45 minute drive to the Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. We would definitely go back.

Our stay at CA was excellent. The customer service and communication from the hotel exceeded expectations. The property was easy to find. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and provided a great nights rest after several hours of travel. Sebastian provided several restaurant recommendations which did not disappoint. Breakfast was quick and delicious. Casa Asturias is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing ambience, clean, and excellent customer service. Had an amazing time at this boutique bed and breakfast. Highly recommended for excellent customer service, room size and delicious breakfast that’s included. I’m sure to return and recommend to friends and family. Everything. The hotel was designed beautifully and the rooms were operated with a tablet which was really easy to use. Even though we were right downtown and next to a square with lots of restaurants nearby you didn't hear a thing from the soundproofed room. The bed was a king and super comfortable. The staff were amazing! Especially the lady who checked us in and was there every afternoon and evening. I think her name was Diana. She even helped us book a driver and guide for the day. Ariel was also very helpful, he printed up our bus tickets for us! The hotel is spotless throughout. The housekeepers do an amazing job. The bartender at the roof top bar and restaurant was also really nice. The view from there was fantastic. Loved the pool! The doorman, handyman, everyone was great! We didn't want to leave!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very modern with tons of thoughtful details. The beds were comfy, the nest system very easy to use with one tablet to control everything in the room, the lights, tv, blinds and temperature. We had a bathtub! A beautiful standalone bathtub and a shower, a huge shower! Oh and the toilet…it was automatic and heated! We spent an afternoon in the gorgeous heated pool, what a delight. The sparkling tiles, the views, I wished we could stay longer! The staff were beyond accommodating, super friendly and sincerely interested in making our stay the best ever and they did! It truly was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I have been to 48 countries so I’ve stayed in a few hotels!

We had a great time staying at L'Hotel Perla Boutique. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooftop space was beautiful, with great views, and the location in the midst of the historic center can't be beat. As for the room, everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern and clean bathroom, with great shower hookups, was very appreciated. Almost everything in the room operated digitally by a tablet, and while that took a little getting used to, we came to enjoy it. In short, I doubt there are any nicer places to stay at this price point in beautiful Puebla!

Great location in a nice , vibrant area within walking distance of all the sights and great restaurants. Dianna was very helpful with all of our questions, and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and excursions . All Of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a very nice ambience and great food . We loved our room with a balcony overlooking Calle de los Sapos. The rooftop pool area is very nice, and the views are incredible .

Beautifully appointed big room....nice bathroom with both the bathtub and a shower. Great restaurant on site with reasonable prices, great delicatessen store also. Lovely massage on site, pool and a jacuzzi on rooftop, but sadly, without heating, so that was a disappointment.

Free breakfast and free airport transportation included in the price. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Despite our 6th floor room facing the busy highway, we heard no noise! The beds were very comfortable and each queen bed had 4 pillows, which I appreciated. The free breakfast included refried beans, Chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, a local pork and potatoes dish, yogurts, fresh fruit, danishes and rolls, coffee, teas, and juices. Though it was "self service", the breakfast attendant was pleasant and constantly disinfecting all areas while being quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast was not "gourmet", but still tasty and a wonderful way to start a long day of traveling back home. I speak Spanish so I cannot say whether the employees were bilingual. For airport shuttle service, you must request it at Check-in. It was a quick 3 minute ride to El Bajío airport. Lastly, there is an "Italian" restaurant just across the hotel parking lot that closes easily an hour earlier than what the hotel states. That said, the restaurant service was very good and the "Panini" was prepared on a yummy bread, though it was more like a traditional Torta. One Panini is large enough to be shared by two adults. Skip their regular french fries and opt instead for their Steak Fries. Though this isn't the Ritz-Carlton, I would be very happy to return to this hotel in Silao.

We stayed here one night before an early flight. The desk clerks we very friendly and helpful. The hotel was new, modern, and clean, with refrig, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Desk scheduled our shuttle for the next morning, it’s a two minute ride to the terminal. There is an italian restaurant that shares the same parking lot, very convenient. We left before breakfast but they sent us off with a boxed lunch when we departed. Make sure to specify the HI express Suites closest to the airport for your destination, as there is another HI express a few miles away.

Comfortable, average-sized room, well-lit. Modern design. Tiled shower. View of airport next to hotel Friendly and helpful staff, English spoken. The usual Holiday Inn Express breakfast choices. Well-maintained with tiled floors in the hallways and lobby area. Fast elevator. The key card opens the door but it also activates the lights when you insert it into a holder just inside the door. When you leave you then take the card which then turns off any lights. Energy-saving feature.

The hotel is very close to the Silao Airport. The king size suites are pretty comfortable and spacious. I did not like the fact that even if you out the a/c setting all the way down to 18 degrees Celsius, if never got cooler than 21-22 degrees. The a/c has some type of auto off that when you wake up the system is off and you have to reset it. I guess the cleaning personnel are instructed to remove the room keys from the keypad so very evening when one returns, you have to insert it to turn the a/c back on. The rooms are usually hot and stuffy when one returns. It takes several hours to cool down again.. The breakfast is good overall. Our coffee had dead little coffee/flour beetles. We told the food staff and they quickly took the coffee brewer in the kitchen to dump out and clean.

This hotel was recently built and many people don’t know about it yet. It has modern furnishings and the rooms are very nice. My room had a relatively big refrigerator. It also had a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had a large shower. Complimentary water was provided each day and the staff was very friendly. A complimentary breakfast was provided which included American favorites (eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal) along with a local selection of food. Fresh fruit, yogurt and juices were included. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is exquisite. It’s lush surroundings and the fact that it’s 18 only make it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The local neighborhood did get loud some evenings, but I would 10/10 stay here again! The ONLY downside was that they didn’t have a jacuzzi (outside of the spa service). Other than that, the grounds were stunning, the service was exceptional, the food was beautiful and delicious. We didn’t want to leave. Also, the additional services they have are unique. They have a beautiful yoga room, the Tamazcal ceremony was a really interesting test of the mind and soul. They helped us call drivers for various excursions. We loved it and would go back!

We had excellent time, Bardol is amazing the set up and architecture are spot on. You're in a jungle yet comfortable with urban facilities available - they also struck a very difficult balance to keep it authentic. Staff are visible, attentive and willing to help at any time, shout outto Priscila who has been super. We had help with motorbike rental and taxi, slightly pricier than outside but safe and hassle free. The hotel pays excellent attention to details, always clean, tidy and has a lovely scent. We loved the location of the hotel, the opposite side of the beach away from the beach stretch which is getting a bit overhyped ( I think this personal preference) we were about 8mins away from main road/town centre so secluded and quiet while easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. Also they do free bicycle rental so you can explore further. The in hous restaurant is amazing too we tried it once for breakfast as there's so much food variety outside there to try!

Bardo is AMAZING! If you’re considering it, do! Why? It’s beautiful; a tranquil oasis with its own vibe! The resort looks exactly like the pictures . my massage with Gloria was relaxing, deep & dreamy. Suggest her & on the beach too. Alex and Fernando are warm and welcoming when they greet you, there to help you every step of the way, incredibly resourceful & funny. They use the whatsup app for easy, fast communication regarding reservations and anything you need. The housekeeping team checks in with you too. As a solo female I felt safe the entire time. On the property, in town, and on the beach. Rent a scooter (not a car) if you want to easily get around. The city center is easily walkable. If I hand known for the beach, centers and other I’d definitely have rented a scooter vs a car/bike. The food is amazing! Drinks too! The tuna tataki, while an app, makes a killer meals and is a flavor bomb. Bardo has 2 sister properties you may visit if you wish. Which I did for yoga (which is included and people who up. So should you! Not to hard, not to light). Their Temazcal Ceremony is authentic, challenging and our spiritual guide/shaman is there to support you every step of the way. I used google maps to maneuver through the city and along the beach. Even if you don’t have reception (I only did when connected to WiFi) it will still show you where you are and where your pins are to make it to where you want to go.

First of all. The STAFF is amazing. Leo was our server/waiter most of the time at the restaurant and he is absolutely pleasant and just an all around great guy along with the other waiters and the chef -OMG hats off to him. The FOOD was phenomenal. The attention here is TOP. The room/villa is so spacious and clean with a plunge pool, hammock and big patio. The soaps, scent of the place is so relaxing. The room service, the drinks, the pool area. The overall aesthetic of the place, the DECOR was gorgeous. Needless to say, we will be back. If anyone wants to relax, forget about the world, have the best service and friendly staff, amazing tasty menu’s in a quiet meditative environment, in touch with nature with a luxury feel to it - this is it. They are doing everything right here. Found the perfect spot to relax. Muchisimas gracias por su atencion! S&K

Located about 15 minutes outside of the historical city center of Puebla, is this two-year hotel that offers contemporary and modern amenities. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has a chic and minimalist vibe. The rooms are slightly smaller than the average size, but offers the comforts you need. The rooms have a lot of storage space with modern amenities. The only negative about the rooms which doesn’t affect my rating are the doors. They don’t close quietly. The gym is small but offers basic cardio equipment and free weights with a serene view of the outdoors. Adjacent to the gym is a small pool area. The breakfast buffet offers a small variety of cereals but offers a variety of fruits, cheeses, omelette station, and a variety of Mexican dishes. We also had dinner in the restaurant multiple nights. The menu offers a variety of meat and vegetarian options. I highly recommends the pesto pasta, salads, and vegetable kebab. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the service was excellent. The main lobby offers an open area of coworker and individual space with a variety of photography and art books. In terms of convenience, there is a fast food store next to the hotel and a pharmacy one street away. There’s also A Walmart about a 12 minute walk from the hotel where you can buy just about anything. If I were to return to Puebla in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

All in all 10 out of 10 experience. Helpful friendly staff, clean modern comfortable rooms, good food and great service. Due to Marriott status I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and welcomed with a personally decorated cookie platter. They really went above and beyond.

This hotel is just5 years old and attractively decorated and furnished. Well maintained and sparking clean. The happy, accommodating staff is a huge plus here. I will confess that my Spanish is shaky, but everyone was extremely patient plus fron managers all seemed be English fluent. Breakfast buffet was inviting carefully groomed and replenished. Be aware that the food is Mexican, no white toast and bacon in sight. My room was spacious and comfortable with an oversized HD tv. This place is a real gem!

Experience was amazing, everything clean and nice. Staff offered excellent service. The only annoying thing was the breakfast: bread tasted old and it was hard, food tasted like dust and there was not enough variety on breakfast. With the money I paid for including breakfast I could have had an extra decent breakfast anywhere else….that sucked

The room was super clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious, everyone was super professional and kind. We traveled with a baby and they prepared a crib for her and they were so accommodating to our needs. The beds and pillows are great!

The property is very nice, including the room. I would say the jacuzzi or whatever its called in the room seemed outdated, but other than that it was a nice stay in a nice room by the beach. The property is beautiful with all the nature, trees and flowers in the property.

awesome, comfy and classy hotel, in a beautiful classic style with green gardens throughout the property, very comfy rooms with good AC’s that cool the room nicely, I had the room that had the jacuzzi tub outside on the patio deck, and it was marvelous to sit in the warm jacuzzi tub at sunrise and drink my coffee at daybreak… Hotel Aura Del Mar is my ONLY choice for a hotel when I’m in Zihu!

The view from our room was my favorite! All the balconies are covered so you can enjoy the outside without being on the sun. A surprise was a large private jacuzzi on the balcony, I didn’t need to go to pool which was 3 floors down the stairs. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I felt safe and secure. The rooms were very clean, no bugs. Overall it was a good experience.

Simply the finest hotel I’ve ever spent a week. On the beach, luxurious rooms and service, brilliant happy hour with a view (thanks Abel). Close walk to Centro and tacos. Amazing pool and many places to just chill. Hidden surprises everywhere (turtles? Parrots? Birds? Jacuzzi on my balcony??). This hotel is paradise and I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else

we stayed in the spa room with the ocean view. it was very nice. my girlfriend really loved the jacuzzi on the balcony. if there is sargazo you need to go to punta coco, do not book anywhere else. this hotel is a very short walk to punta coco and Holbox mágico restaurant and beach club. the hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar which is very good.

We loved the hotel. We had a quiet room, never bothered by other people even though I think the hotel was full. The room looks cozy. The shower is really PERFECT and there were nice bathrobes. Hot shower with super much water pressure, so lovely! Every day there is free drinking water and a fridge in the room. We found it a lovely walk from the hotel to downtown, which is about 20/25 minutes. The beach near the hotel a 5 minute walk away (Punta Coco) is MUCH nicer, more authentic, more relaxing than the beaches in the center, so you are in a very good place! The hotel also has the perfect location if you want to watch the luminous plankton at night, you walk right there. The pools in the hotel are often quiet, plenty of space to lie down and a very nice relaxing environment with great music. Perfect and never crowded. The reception is always open and the staff is very friendly, they answered all our questions and took time for us. We appreciated the welcome drink, we really like that! We had a very relaxing stay, enjoyed the tranquility and could easily get to the hustle and bustle if we wanted to.

We loved the design and comfort of the whole place. Very thought through. Huge comfy king-size bed with 8 pillows, a kitchenette in the living room area, and a very clean bathroom with shower. The balcony with a hammock was perfect for relaxing and we had quick pool access. The staff went above and beyond and the food there was really good breakfast/lunch/dinner. Location-wise its a bit on the outside of town, but with 2 min beach access on the quiet end which is what we preferred.

Annie at the reception is the sweetest!!! Since the first minute we got there till our last day she was taking care of us and making sure we were doing well. She’s so professional and she has EXCELLENT customer service skills. Enrique at the breakfast area was also very professional and taking care of us making us feel very special guests. The property is away from the downtown area, but is very nice and the beach is walking distance. Also, you can walk to the beach at night to enjoy the bioluminescence experience without having to pay for the excursion, the hotel will provide you a headlamp to walk through the dark road but is safe since there’s a lot of tourist walking and groups that pay to go there. The rooms are nice, super clean and smell delicious! The food at the Phanter’s restaurant within the hotel is AMAZING!! And affordable$$! We fully recommend this property!! We will be back soon!!

It was absolutely amazing. We loved everything. At the beginning we were afraid it was far from the center but it was perfect. The room with kitchen was amazing, bed was super comfortable. Super clean. Beautiful bathroom. All the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop is just amazing to watch the sunrise at 7 am. We walked every day to the beach. 10 min to punto cocos and 30 min from the center. Loved it!!

We stayed here with our family (parents, grandparents and our two boys of 6 and 8) for one night. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely come back. The hotel has 10 very beautiful decorated rooms with all what you need. Very comfy beds and a great rain shower. Everything is very tasty decorated and the staff warm and friendly! Very nice garden with pool. We had dinner and breakfast and all was fresh and tasty. We highly recommend this place! Thank you and keep up with the good work!

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Calm and Relaxing! Clean. Wonderful calm music all day. Comfortable beds, shower and gorgeous flowers throughout! Exceptional staff- especially Elizabeth and RobieSpier. (And the maids) We will be back soon!

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

Traveling with my elderly mother and two aunts, I had concerns about finding a safe and comfortable place for us, but this hotel exceeded all expectations. Our rooms were spotless and comfy. The beds were plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. It was heartening to see how the hotel took into consideration the needs of different generations, making sure everyone was at ease. The amenities provided were also top-notch. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the inviting pool area, or the convenient, free Wi-Fi access, every aspect of the stay was thoughtfully designed. A highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel. It's not often that you find complimentary breakfasts that are truly satisfying, but the variety and quality of the options were impressive. Starting our day with such a delightful meal set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures. What truly stood out for me was the heightened sense of security the hotel offered. Traveling with elderly family members can be a concern, but the Holiday Inn Express in Mexicali ensured that we felt safe and well-cared-for throughout our stay. This peace of mind was invaluable and added immeasurable value to our trip.

Love the friendly staff. It’s located at such a convenient place with plenty of dinning and shopping options even a convenience store at walking distance. There’s also plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was ok, but had everything warm and staff was attentive to anything we needed. It’s very clean and quiet as well.

We just got home in SD from our trip to Mexicali for Fiestas Del Sol. I was very impressed how amazing the staff were the entire stay. The hotel is kept very clean and safe, and the free breakfast was sometjing I wasn't expecting...so fantastic! The rooms are super spacious and the beds are way more comforable than I expected. So overall, Team Diaz LOVES Holiday Inn Mexicali and will be returning sometime in the near future. Peace

Amazing location. Unobstructed view of the ocean. İncredible sunsets viewed from our balcony. Barracuda Restaurant and bar 10 feet from the hotel with great drinks, cerviche and seafood. Large, clean room with wonderful rain shower and amazing house staff. Exceeded all expectations. The photos on Booking.com do not do justice to the experience. 5 minute walk from the boardwalk and im t he center of all the activity, however, the hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful zone! The made to order breakfasts with fresh squeezed orange juice was wonderful. We had so much to do we didn't get a chance to enjoy the amazing infinity pool on the roof. Purely amazing!

From beginning to end our experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and accommodating - one of the days the hotel bar was closed, so they allowed us to bring our own drinks up to the pool. Free breakfast was included with our stay and was DELICIOUS! Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a stunning oceanfront view. Lastly, the hotel’s location was ideal - it was a close walk to all restaurants and bars, not to mention RIGHT across from the beach, but it felt tucked away and quiet from all the craziness.

The property was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was yummy! I like that there’s water on each floor for guests (I brought a water bottle with me). The customer service was great because all the staff were helpful and nice. My trip was for my birthday and I mentioned it to the hotel when I booked (because I was hoping for a great room with a nice view). Not only did I get a great room (with a comfy balcony and excellent view of the beach), they also surprised me by welcoming me with a birthday decoration, it was so sweet and added to my fun. I really appreciate how amazing the entire staff were. I definitely recommend!!!

Excellent location! 3 m walk from the beautiful, central Marimba Square with access to public transport and taxis that take you all over town for reasonable fees. Very attentive service by the excellent staff. Very clean. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Noisy central a/c. Unhealthy, greasy breakfast with processed meats and deep fried foods soaked in cream. One needs to pay additional $ for a health-conscious breakfast. Insufficient a/c in the dining room. Water saving device on shower head presents an appearance of a strong stream, yet little quantities of water.

This was such a surprise, so much better than Holiday Inn Express locations back home in the UK. Room was spacious with a fabulous view from the large window and the bed was seriously comfortable. The buffet breakfast was hugely better than we expected. Even the coffee was delicious. We rarely stay in chain hotels and only stayed here for convenience so we were extremely surprised at how good it was. Outstanding value for money!

My family and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas before going to San Cristóbal. I enjoyed the fresh and clean atmosphere at this comfortable location. The bright stars of this location were many and they started with secure interior parking, friendly service at the counter, a very good breakfast representative of Mexican/USA/Europe styles combined, and a great location. My favorite star of this location was the bed! After hiking through Tuxtla and the waterfalls at Chiflon, we loved sinking into the super soft beds the dreaming easily. I should make an honorable mention to the knowledgeable and friendly taxi driver Jorge who sits out in front of the hotel waiting for hotel business. He took us all over Tuxtla and to Chiflon (6 hrs!). I highly recommend this location.

This was an excellent hotel. Spacious. Clean. Great beds. Excellent daily cleaning. Wonderful breakfast. The room had a coffee percolator and provided coffee in specially prepared sachets. I had a really great view to which I woke up each morning. The hotel is well located near a busy square which was full of life in the evenings and a further 7 mins down the road, the main cathedral and town centre. A big supermarket was also close by. I walked everywhere except for when I made tripe to the zoo and botanical gardens.

Beautiful and sophisticated gem in the heart of the old city of Queretaro. The service was friendly and very helpful, the room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Our room had a private balcony with a jacuzzi!

The location is perfect, very central and easily walkable. The hotel design is upscale and modern, the library and pool area are great, our room had a patio and jacuzzi which was a highlight.

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of all of the main attractions of the city. The staff were super friendly, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool and the on-site library. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Really nice hotel with great decoration. The room with jacuzzi is amazing and really worth the extra price! Only negative point is there is no valet parking but otherwise everything was great!

What is there not to like about Las Brisas? The location and view is unbeatable. The climate is perfect, especially when you have your own private pool in your casita. Since we got legally married on the 20th we decided to have a mini honeymoon here and we upgraded to one of the suites that had a jacuzzi. The outdoor covered living area is bigger than the room itself which was a nice thing about the suite. The view was also one of the better views I’ve had while staying. As always the service is impeccable and everything is very clean and well maintained.

Las Brisas Acapulco has been around since the late 50’s. You get the sense of being at the place where old legends like Sinatra, Monroe and other characters of that caliber have stayed. The staff is extremely attentive from arrival to departure. We stayed in a Casita with a private pool and jacuzzi with one of the best views of the Bay of Acapulco. Although my wife and I are used to a firm mattress, the bed and linens are of very high quality. The bathroom is big and closet space was also ample for our one week stay. The 24 hour room service menu has plenty of options. If you are looking for privacy and quality, this is the place. There were a few meaningless details that we thought could be taken into consideration by the hotel such as the fact that they don’t leave you a wine or bottle opener but overall this has been one of the most romantic experiences my wife and I have had.

The view is incredible, we had a private pool, they brought breakfast to our room and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a couple of margaritas. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the beach club was absolutely incredible. The food at the restaurant was delicious and then there’s a bar near the top of the complex to view the sunsets in Acapulco Bay.

Beautiful views from every location The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets were crisp and smelled like they had been line dried. Having fresh coffee,fruit and pastries delivered every morning. Having sweet or savory bites delivered every evening. The private beach club; being able to swim in the bay. The restaurant La Bella Vista food was fantastic. The staff was professional and friendly

Ramada Encore is a modern hotel located right next to Antea shopping center in Querétaro. We stay here often since it has free underground parking and a really good breakfast that comes included. The beds are very comfortable and overall it is a very comfortable stay. The staff has always been very kind and helpful.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and tasty breakfast! Additionally, we really appreciated the available parking space, the availability of the pool and the convenient location, close to Juriquilla.

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious. The decor of the hotel is very fun. The best thing? The beds and pillows. OMG! I slept and rested like never before.

Ramada Encore in Queretaro is known for it’s theme of the Mexican “webo cartoons” which is an endearing way to make the modern building more friendly. I highly recommend it due to it’s super convenient location on the main roadway thru queretaro, it’s free parking, their wonderful beds and pillows, linen, towels… all great. And, one of the best breakfast buffets all around.

We stayed club. Room service was great. We were also roof top and pool was great view and very enjoyable. My brothers room had jacuzzi on top level. Entertainment night to night was excellent. We really enjoyed the lucadors lol. Wish I was back there right now

The room (once we got in a room with a view) was outstanding - a junior suite, with a king bed (super comfy and spotless) and open full bathroom (separate jacuzzi tub/shower). Then a sitting room with a twin murphy bed and a 1/2 bath that you can close off. Spacious, huge furnished balcony. My daughter had to stay out of the main bedroom/bathroom while hubby showered and vice versa, but it was immaculate. Entertainment every night that was a blast (a White Party with fire jugglers, etc.). The whole resort was manicured to a T. And the employees were so very accommodating and nice.

We travelled to Cancun for the last stop on our honeymoon and had the best time in this hotel. The room was incredible - we had a room with a rooftop jacuzzi. The unlimited trips to the a la Carte restaurants was a brilliant touch that I have never seen anywhere else before - there were 6 different restaurants plus the buffet. The Japanese and Bistro were highlights. The pools were a lovely temperature and all the staff were friendly throughout our stay, going the extra mile to make our holiday as relaxing as possible. We would love to return!

It’s a very beautiful place, with a nice beach that is like it was private it has a lot of sun beds on te beach , also the drinks and cocktails are made with high quality liquor and are unlimited ! , the food is exquisite with top quality ingredients also our bedroom had a hub , a jacuzzi and all the amenities with a full bar fridge and a champagne bottle all was fantastic

From the lobby to the breakfast room the space was so attractive. No bar or restaurant in the hotel as the Applebees was right next door. Not too impressive to have to stay in an American chain hotel with an American chain restaurant but I was on a tour so had no choice in the matter. The room however was very comfortable with everything I needed from WiFi, toiletries, English CNN on the TV, etc. and breakfast in the morning so no complaints other than it had to be Applebees or nothing for wine and dinner.

Very nice hotel, very clean and has good facilities. We booked another hotel but it was disgusting so came here last minute and it was so nice be in a clean room. The pool is very nice and has a kids pool, it could have benefited from more water in the pool as it was difficult to get out of. There is a kids play park which was a nice surprise and my son liked to use it. The only downside is it’s quite a distance from town, we used Uber to get in and out. We needed somewhere that we can get hot water for bottles and all the places closer we’re unable to provide this, this hotel has a coffee machine so was perfect for us. There was however no ice or fridge so struggled if we wanted cold drinks. They did have drinks for sale at reception but the fridge wasn’t working either so they were warm. Breakfast wasn’t great from a veggie point of view so not much for us. There is an Applebys next door with a kids play frame so we went there for lunch one day and staff were friendly.

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I want to give a special thanks to Arida I hope I’m spelling it correctly. She was in charge of the front desk in the evening and she was always very attentive and helpful in every aspect of making our stay unforgettable from always arranging transportation (taxi service was top notch, friendly and honest) recommending restaurants and places to visit in the evening and making sure my family was safe since we were a bigger group and had to use multiple transportation. Thank you Arida.

My stay was amazing, from the room being perfect for our stay to the breakfast. The staff was amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The pool, the auto laundry service, although the laundry machine wasn't very clean, we liked the beds and pillows, the location, parking spot, the buffet breakfast was ok, and the restaurant was pretty.

The hotel is well locater, near the beach, not so close to downtown, though. The hospitality is great. The pool area is beautiful, it has a river view. And they offer a buffet breakfast that changes everyday, the food is good, and you can have it outside in the fresh air!

I stayed from 02 -05 August 2018. The purpose of my travel was a vacations with my family. It´s a new Business hotel in town with a fresh style. however It´s a good option for a leisure time. It have a good ubication, 10 min to the down town with transportation for free. Good rate and all the amenities you could need (include breakfast). I don´t recommend take the breakfast in the terrace (because the ants) and I would have liked more variety in the breakfast dishes. In general I had a good experience in this hotel, I highly recommend

We had a great stay in Tuxpan. The personnel were very nice and professional. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had variations in the menu from day to day. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is inside the national park (a worthy cause for the national park fees) and thus was not surrounded by any commercialism (yay!). Free electric open air carts with multiple rows of bench seating ran regularly up and down the main road through the park which made getting to/from the ruins and museum very easy. The paths from the check-in to the beach and all over the property are all soft white sand so one can go barefoot everywhere. The beach area is big and full of soft sand and activities, like boating, are a few steps away. The staff is cheerful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and they spoke plenty of english. The breakfast included coffee/tea and fresh fruit, pancakes and eggs any way you wanted them. The room was spacious with lots of ledges and shelves and outlets. The bed was firm and comfortable with nice sheets. The rainfall shower area was spacious and they provided shampoo and body wash. Our jungle view room had a big tub which was wonderful and the first one in our 3 week vacation in Mexico. They even provided beach towels. The a/c and fan worked well. Our lunch at the restaurant was tasty and not too expensive and the hotel next door had a wonderful Thai restaurant featuring a chef from Thailand.
