Overall it was a great hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel had everything you needed. It was rainy season when we went and they provided umbrellas, slip flops, beach bag, slippers, etc. the breakfast was decent. They had a variety of food. The AC was cold. Better than expected.

Very clean hotel and rooms. The outside jacuzzi is in an enclosed space and private. The staff is extremely friendly. Centrally located and easy to get to different loacations around Phuket. Thank you Pinky.

Excellent hotel in the center of Patong, a few steps from Bangla Road, walking distance to everywhere. Friendly service from the hotel staff. Fresh, delicious and luxurious breakfast. Nice and comfortable jacuzzi room. Thoroughly cleaned by wawa every day. Free luggage bag given as a gift to the room. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean and value for money hotel in Patong beach, in a quiet area inside the Patong beach havoc. 5 minutes walk to the beach and to Bangla road. We were offered a free upgrade from Deluxe room, to Deluxe Suite, and the room and balcony were huge. Very nice included breakfast with a lot of options and changes each day. The pool was nice, not something spectacular. The hotel offers towels for the pool and the beach. There were a lot of spa offers (massage etc), which were a bit more expensive than the parlours of the area.

- location is amazing for Patong, near everything central yet very quiet - room is nice and comfy with a good balcony - room is big with lots of shelves - free soft drinks daily in fridge - bathroom is nice with a lot of space for stuff - bed is big and comfortable - the garden is nice - breakfast was nice, plenty of options - staff was nice - great value for money - it looked like some parts of the hotel are renovated, so we'd like to visit the new rooms next time

Conveniently located close to all the action near Bangla Road & Patong Beach Esplanade. Fantastic restaurant…. Breakfast, Pool Bar and Dinner were all exceptional and great value for money. Rooms were spacious and new and pleasantly decorated.

A short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and Bangla road but tucked away where the resort feels very quiet and relaxing. Pool area and swim up bar are great. Rooms are good, big size. There is a short cut through a back alley to the beach that makes it only a 5 minute walk, asked at reception for directions. Would definitely stay again if in central Patong

Lovely new modern well designed boutique hotel. An amazing pool and views over Patong. I had sent an email requesting a quiet room, and I was allocated the room which was the noisest. 201. Then moved to 701 on the 7th floor, under the swimming pool, where you can hear the pool motors for the Jacuzzi. Not sure either would bother most good sleepers.. The third night I was in room 411, an amazing suite, no views but quiet. I would definitely go back for few nights, only because I hire a bike...way to far for walking to the beach and mall otherwise. I hired a bike across the road for 200thb a day. Great staff, even the maintenance guy saw me struggle with my bag on the motorbike and loaned me some rope to tie it up, he said to be safe.. Lovely touch. Definitely recommend Rak.

I have stayed in many hotels and the staff here were excellent. The reception staff always had a smile on their faces, as did the breakfast and pool bar waitresses. The facilities were excellent. As a fairly new hotel there is a fresh and modern feel to the hotel, everything is exceptionally clean and the facilities are top notch. The pool, gym, yoga room and sauna were all excellent. My room was spacious, had a great view over Patong and was very modern and clean, with no issues at all. Breakfast was simple buffet option but the food was cooked well and tasted great. There was no limit to the amount of food you could eat. Fruit, salad, eggs cooked to your preference, coffees, cereals and more were all available. The location is away from the main beach which leaves a long walk but a great view across Patong from the rooftop pool. Taxi bikes and taxis are easily available and being away from the main strip there are actually many very cheap food and laundry services available which made my stay even better. This hotel was outstanding and i usually expect to pay far more for a stay of this quality.

The hotel had a modern design with a relaxing rooftop pool and beautiful views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Patong Beach and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. To start with: the room is was big and clean and had everything you needed. The bed was confortable. The pool, is absolutely amazing! You should try the cocktails at the pool bar! The breakfast was again a surprise - pretty diverse and delicious! We also had dinner at the restaurant and we loved the food! The pizza especially was very tasty. The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful! What i liked also, was that everyday, i saw staff who were doing certain minor repairs, even though the hotel is pretty new and in very good condition! Regarding location, the hotel is approximately 10 min walk away from the big shopping mall in Patong, and 15 min walk away from Bangla. In conclusion, a very good value for money!

Clean, modern, well-designed, comfortable room, with everything you could need. Location is brilliant just a few minutes to beach or Bangla Road, but it is quiet. Pool on roof is a lovely area with a great view, good music and bar/food. Staff friendly, helpful, gave requested high floor deluxe family room (no balcony) and had a side view to the beach. for four days and returned later for three days in ground floor jacuzzi room, bit more expensive, also good, with additional covered over outdoor space. Whole place is very chilled. Food is very good and worth taking buffet breakfast (Thai/Indian/Western) or can choose it whenever for 450THB (£10). Can also charge meals to the room and not charged the extra 3% for credit card use, which is done at most restaurants. Had half board for first stay and Tim (Amm) and Shaun, who are lovely, gave us a great dinner service and chatted. Can leave luggage and shower at pool later, after checkout. Booked one trip with agent in lobby, at very short notice, which was handy to go right away, but actually could have got a bit cheaper with Booking/Expedia/Get Your Guide. if had booked for the next day. Sweet older lady at stall in the same side street as the hotel, will cut up a tub full of dragon fruit/watermelon/mango for 80THB.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated. What truly stood out was the hotel’s no-nonsense, practical approach. The room came equipped with everything we needed—an umbrella, beach bag, beach towels, and clear instructions for using the jacuzzi, safe, and coffee machine. These thoughtful touches made a big difference and were notably missing in other hotels we stayed at in Thailand, even those with higher star ratings. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel also features a well-maintained, air-conditioned lounge area in the lobby and a fantastic rooftop swimming pool with views of Patong Beach, complete with a pool bar—a great spot to unwind. Breakfast was decent, though a bit more variety would have made it better. Overall, a highly recommended stay that delivers comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service.

Excellent location right near the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Hotel has a generator so when the rest of Patong loses power you are not inconvenienced. This was good as power went out in surrounding area twice in the week we were there. Excellent air con. Lovely big bathrooms with great water pressure. Comfy clean beds and pillows. The pool area is fantastic. Very clean and 360 views over Patong. The staff are amazing. We had them helping us at all hours of the night, never a problem. Cleaning staff are wonderful. Onsite massages are sooo good. The hotel breakfast buffet had a big range to suit almost any preference. Food available all day till 10pm at pool or restaurant. Bar at pool. Omg it had everything. But my overwhelming fave, the excellent air con. So quiet, and so quick to get down to the temp you set. Lifts and stairs available. Really good clean hotel.

I loved staying at Hotel Clover, the rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, shower has good pressure, I had a room with a balcony, which was very private. The breakfast has a huge variety for all nationalities very fresh and delicious. Loved the roof top pool and beauty treatments with air con pods. The location is very close to everything with the beach across the road. It is also very private and quiet. The staff make this hotel so enjoyable to stay at, I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Pool was beautiful with a great swim up bar. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner had a vast variety of dishes that were delicious. Great service and always able to get a variety of food at any time. Friendly staff and very clean. The rooms are beautiful and with everything you need. The roof top was amazing at sunset. We got a day spa package on site and that was incredible. Not too noisy for the locations is central and you can walk anywhere close by to the beach, restaurants and shops.

I love the pool! Its 1.6m depth and has a jacuzzi! Reception allows you to leave your luggage while waiting for check-in/flight time. There's a boat tour agent right in front of the lobby, offers pretty decent price compared to those at the beach.

We arrived at night, and the night receptionist man was an absolute delight. He chose a better room for us, on the ground floor, at the far end of the pool. It was so quiet and restful. The night receptionist was superb with customer service. Air-conditioning worked well. The bathroom shower had strong water pressure. The bathroom was spacious. Block out curtains were very effective at blocking the morning light. The room was very clean. The room was very quiet. The food at the pool bar was delicious. The staff at the pool bar were very welcome. Toilet facilities at the pool were very clean. Really large pool with water features, canals, and bridges. Quite extensive. Within two blocks of the beach. Laundry, 7/11, restaurants and bars close by. Hotel right near the main hospital.

Lovely hotel, good sized room overlooking the pool. Great buffet breakfast, happy hour from 2. -5 at pool. Restaurant onsite. Pool good size and kept clean. No bar in hotel after 9pm which meant it was quiet at night for early to bedders and families but in a central location to restaurants,cafes and bars/nightlife if desired. About 10 min taxi/tuk tuk ride to Patong beach and Bangla street. Complimentary bus from hotel to Patong beach at 10am and 2pm. Staff at Nipa Resort could not do enough and always with a smile.

Great Location. Friendly staff and clean property and room. Great pool, just the perfect size. Pool bar happy hours were worth the price for cocktails. Buy 1 get 1 free. The food was good on the menu for the restaurant and pool bar. Loved the egg station for breakfast. 7 eleven , money exchange, restaurants and bars are just around the corner. 10 mins walk to patong beach and Bangla Road. New gym equipment added.

Offered free upgrade to suite with a Jacuzzi, the room was beautiful but we turned it down so we could have direct access to the pool. Used free shuttle service to phuket town for shopping at central plaza, good options at breakfast, very comfortable rooms

Love this hotel. Service was amazing and prompt from the front desk, to housekeeping, even booking excursions was a breeze and not too over whelming (Pam I believe was her name)! Not once did i feel like anyone was trying to be dishonest or get over. they really care about your experience while in Phuket. We stayed in The Sense Suite on the top floor! What a treat the view was amazing we were able to see great views of Patong and witness both sunrise and sunset from there. All the amenities in the room worked great! (If you're in the jacuzzi tub theres two modes be aware one them you may have to hold the button down a while before it turns off) Everything was very clean! Even when they decorated the room for a birthday surprise they went as far as removing the hair from my brush (talk about over and beyond)! Just a heads up: Being up that high required us to have to take a couple elevators when can annoy some but we didnt mind. Just be cautious when coming in after a lot of partying (it could seem extra long lol) We only stayed 3 nights but i couldve stayed much longer had i know it be this great! Safety: I felt safe be aware of peepers. i didnt see any however what makes me say this is the frost on the windows next to both elevators were peeled off just perfect so someone can view the jucuzzi in both Senses Suite. It didnt bother me but it it is still a safety issue. if whomever sees congrats lol I forgot to mention it to the hotel but i will.

The staff team is amazing and professional. Very kind and helpful in our activities planning. The selections and the quality of the breakfast buffet could be improved but so far so good. The interior building is a bit old but very clean and comfortable, the staff doing very well in cleaning. The Swimming pool is brilliant in condition and size. Love this swimming pool very very much. Had 2 lunches at poolside restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Overall very pleasant experience and would love to come back again.

Staff friendly splash mountain bar staff were awesome. However the room cleaning needs to be better ie clean towel s everyday clean benches, replace coffee every day , clean sheets to. Clean vanity toilet and shower to .overall the stay was good

I had an amazing time staying at alfresco hotel. It’s the perfect location in Patong within walking distance of the beach and popular roads. From check in to check out the process was seamless. Every staff member we interacted with were so kind. Any time we needed a taxi, tour or suggestion they always coordinated everything for us! Customer service here is excellent. The rooms are very clean and you have your own balcony which is amazing because it is also budget friendly. One of the best features of the hotel would have to be its beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Spent many days just soaking up some sun and mingling with other travelers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable accommodations in Patong!

I stayed in the Alfresco Hotel from 9th January for 9 nights and I was really pleased with the standard of the hotel. The reception is fresh and reasonably modern throughout, My room was a grand deluxe which I guessing is one of the better rooms and it was large, clean and very suitable, great bathroom with tub and separate shower. My room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided, this is excellent. The room overlooked a main road and this generates a lot of noise, after a couple of nights you get used to it. The rooftop pool was undergoing maintainence as the water a couple of days didn’t look to good and I certainly wouldn’t go into it while it was that colour. However they are on top of the issue and I’m sure the water and pool will be excellent now. The pool area has a few large comfortable pods to laze around in and I quite enjoyed the surroundings. It is about a 15 min walk to Bangla Road and beach area and you can go in either direction, it is a great walk though as you pass several markets bars and the large Jungceylon Mall, there’s always taxis outside hotel if walking isn’t for you. I couldn’t fault the staff and they are keen to ensure you are happy. For the price of this hotel you will be hard pushed to find better value. I expect I will return next time I’m in Patong

This was my boyfriend and I’s 1st time in Thailand, so not knowing what to expect we chose Alfresco. To say the least, it was a highlight of our trip staying at this hotel! The staff is so friendly and willing to help you any way they can. If you get a chance the bar and pool up on the roof is a nice relaxing spot, we spent most of our time here! The hotel is close to all the main shopping malls and many delicious restaurants! We originally booked for 3 days, but ended up staying almost 3 weeks at Alfresco, if that says anything! When you come here you will find a very clean hotel with a great atmosphere, amazing people, and ownership that makes you feel as if you were home. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Really loved my stay at The Nap Patong! -Great location at the heart of Patong: the beach is just a stone’s throw away, and the trendy area (malls, dining, bars) is but a 5-10 minute walk. There is a convenience store just across the street, and despite being in a central location, the vicinity is quiet. -Staff are really warm, friendly and helpful -Room is clean, comfortable and cosy; I believe each room has an attached balcony which is really great for relaxing and lounging -Breakfast is great! -Hotel also offers transfer services to and from the airport which is a great bonus; reservation fees are reasonable and not beyond a typical taxi fare Highly recommended

We stayed for 5 nights and it was overall very clean and modern place. The pool was comfortable, the buffet was good. The mattresses were firm and somewhat hard. The shower has good pressure but at certain times of day the temperature was inconsistent. Not a big deal but something to consider. Overall the place was very clean but in the shower grout there was a few speckles of mold but that may be due to just the humidity. Overall I still recommend this as a place to stay. It is on a nice street that is walkable to both the beach and bangla road.

April 2023 was my first trip to Thailand and Patong Beach. I did a lot of research when choosing where I was going to stay. After my 2 weeks at Nap Patong, I could not have made a better choice! I returned to Nap for 3 weeks this year, and the staff were just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. The building and property was clean and meticulously well kept. I stayed in the Daydream Deluxe suite and it could not have been any better. The balcony is very large and the view was absolutely breathtaking. You will never miss a sunset. The air conditioning is powerful and will keep you as cool as you wish. The amazing beach is only half a block away. Safe to say I will be back again! Very nice hotel. Staff was great, attentive and helpful. Best location. Walkable and 5-10 min drive to most tourist attractions. The bed side furniture needs a lil updating but still very nice. I stayed in the Daydream Deluxe with amazing views of the pool from the balcony. General area are very clean and well maintained. Huge rooms ans updated bathrooms.

I have stayed at the Nap Hotel twice over the last 3-4 years, and I was reminded this week how much I enjoy both the staff and the hotel. The staff offer outstanding service and really go out of their way to make sure guests are happy with their stay. The location is just a block from the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife, so it is quiet yet very convenient to where you want to spend your days and nights. Their breakfast is one of the few I go out of my way to be sure to enjoy given the large amount of choices that come every day. The pool is beautiful, too, and a relaxing place to spend a few hours. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

As a recent guest at Andakira Hotel in Patong, I had a great experience overall. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the modern amenities I needed for my stay. The location is perfect—close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, but still quiet enough to relax. What really stood out to me was how smooth my check-in process was, thanks to the wonderful staff members Parin, Cha, and Den. They were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Cha and Den especially took care of my requests and made sure everything went perfectly.

We had an exceptional stay at Nipa (room 2204/2205/2208) There is not a single thing that we would change! The pool is absolutely amazing and looks stunning all day and all night. The room was spotless on arrival and was everything we could have hoped for! The beds are massive & the rooms are quite soundproof so sleeping was easy! We had several people in our group with allergies and the chefs were CONSTANTLY adapting to our needs and helping in whatever way they could (even made dishes vegan for me to eat!) They were so amazing and friendly and they made things so easy for us! Duan and Yui, shout out to you both for having such amazing personalities and being so friendly and kind - we appreciated it so much and loved seeing your faces everywhere! Billie at the bar is also such a delight and a highlight of everyone’s days. Aoy/Oi in housekeeping looked after us so so well and kept us hydrated with extra water when we needed it & always left our rooms feeling so homey! There is not a single member of staff that isn’t friendly - they all welcome you as their own! We genuinely could not recommend this place more - we loved our stay and want to come back soon!

Nipa Resort is a calm spot in busy Patong. The pool area is lovely & clean, it's lovely to lounge around for a few hours. Food & drinks at the outside bar are really nice & reasonably priced. Breakfast has loads of options. You definitely won't be hungry after it! I'm vegetarian & there was plenty of variety. I only had dinner in the hotel once during our stay & it was really nice. Our room was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. There was a bit of street noise but definitely nothing that disrupted my sleep. It is located on a busy road across from the hospital so some noise is to be expected but I didn't find the noise bad at all, and our 2nd floor balcony overlooked the road. The staff are so friendly, & so helpful. I would 100% recommend getting a spa treatment, they're a little bit more expensive than the other places nearby but it's well worth paying the small amount extra. The oil massage was heavenly!! If I ever return to Patong, I would stay here again

Stafff great Noi the staff was particularly very helpful and very kind Very clearn, great location- not on the beach but not far too, Swimming Pool clean but with lots of rules to follow by Bus trips twice to take you to the beach for free- which great. Beach and swimming towels provided Second day a small body lotion was given not on our first night. Maybe they forgot Hairdryer- this standard in all Far Eastern countries Tea, coffee and two bottles of water provided Hotel needs a deposit upfront which the Booking.com doesn’t mention at all. Breakfast normally to other hotels in Far East Asia Water provided to drink in the lobby, spacious, great resting place if you’re wanting for departure. Toilets are very clean in rooms but lobby

Good points: - Location is great. Short walk to the craziness and all the bars and restaurants but just far enough away from it to not be a loud or seedy area. - Pool is great. It’s a decent size and a really nice temperature. Opening hours of the pool are 9am to 9pm - we had one of the new rooms in the newer building which was really nice. Pool view was very nice, size of the room was good facilities were newish. Bad Points: - The pool bar is ridiculously over expensive at 120thb per beer (around £3GBP). Everywhere else sells beer for between 50 and 80 baht. They also charge 80 baht (around £2GBP) for a can of coke which can be bought at the 7 eleven next door for less than 20 baht. - Some staff have an issue with you bringing your own food and drink to the hotel, which seems strange considering they sold me a self catering package. They were fine selling me this but then told me off for eating food from outside of the hotel. - Breakfast is awful. I’m not normally one to complain about breakfast in countries such as Thailand. With that said, most hotels offer a decent western breakfast option. In this case it’s only toast or eggs, there’s no bacon, sausage, beans etc, just curries, noodles, deep fried stuff etc. There is also some fruit and 2 choices or cereal. The juice options were lovely. I would skip breakfast at the hotel and head out of the hotel go left and follow the road until you see Lucky 13 opposite Bangla boxing stadium, they do good food!
